-Go put on your big boy/girl pants on and take the leap and go to Sit & Sleep. Buying mattresses online without even trying them is a mistake we have made for way too many years. Go on their SLEEP MACHINE. It's cool and it really works. -Invest in the moveable bed base. Although it will make you feel like an old person because of all the ridiculous commercials we watched on TV as kids, it reallly is life changing. -Call and make sure Adam Serrano is working that day to help you. He is ahhhhmazing and so full of mattress/sleep/pillow knowledge, your head will explode from all the useful information you will learn from him. Best guy ever and super easy going to work with. He is the GOAT of Sit & Sleep IMHO. -Don't bother even asking to run across the mattresses in the store. It won't work. Like because of physics. Adam will explain. Thank you Adam for helping us get our Helix bed & bed base. We love it so much and have been sleeping like babies since we got it.. No more back or neck aches. Whaaaa??? Keep being the GOAT!!! read more

Remarkable service from Joe Adams. He provided helpful information based on our needs and budget, explained information clearly, and was consistently accommodating and patient, as my physical disability makes the process of testing beds take longer. A 5 star experience and would recommend everyone to this location for stellar customer service. read more

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new mattress with Joe & Adam. Joe took his time explaining to the results of bedMatch test and help us determine the right bed. Should have wrote this along time ago. I had a really great experience working with this mattress sleep consultant " Adam Serrano" He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit rather than just making a quick sale. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain the differences between options, and made the whole process feel relaxed and pressure-free. Even though we haven't made a purchase yet, we left feeling confident and well-informed. We will be back ! Definitely one of the better shopping experiences we had. read more

Maybe my timing to visit this store wasn't right! I visited during the labor day sale! Not a great brand variety of mattresses! The sales person, who was courteous and attentive, gave me some generic explanations about mattresses. Then a machine picked the degree of firmness for me, but I basically had to go around the store trying to find something that felt right, nothing did! I would have preferred a more personalized approach when the sales person asks my needs and points me to a couple of high quality mattresses I can choose from. Many of the mattresses I tried were on sale. read more

We just bought a Purple Luxe mattress with a Tempur-Pedic adjustable base, Purple Harmony pillows, and sheets--and the entire experience was excellent! Chris helped us out and was amazing from start to finish. He greeted me right away, was super friendly, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made great recommendations, and even pointed out things I hadn't thought about. We ended up working out a great deal, and I was back home in time for lunch. The whole process was smooth and pressure-free. From my family to his--thank you, Chris! We really appreciated your help and care throughout. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a better night's sleep. read more

Joe is great! We came in today to look at a mattress with no knowledge of what to get for my dad . He walked my dad through every thing to know about a mattress and was very caring and thorough. Although we didn't buy a mattress he was still great! Very nice to deal with a salesman who isn't overly pushy about buying a mattress immediately! He needs a promotion! read more

We purchased this Serta mattress from Sit'n Sleep at Santa Clarita. The product had a strong fabric smell. We gave it couple weeks so the smell subsides; it did not!! Now after 4 weeks, we called in the Sit'n Sleep location at Santa Clarita and told to call the customer service. We called the customer service and we were told that an associate will call back. It has been a week and we gave not received a phone call. I promise I will update this posting if this issue is resolved. read more

We were shopping and came into the store to browse and look around and we were so impressed with Peter super friendly, knowledgeable and directed us very smoothly into finding the perfect mattress. He was very patient and guided us through each process to choose which one would be best for our needs. He knows his mattresses and highly recommend him if you're looking for a mattress. It's worth the drive. read more

This is an updated review that I previously wrote about our buying experience at the Northridge store. We used the bed there that was supposed to gague what our best mattress would be. We ended up purchasing one, but after 7-8 months, the bed had a sizeable sinking area under where each of us slept, leaving a ridge up the center. It was a full-size bed, so there wasn't a lot of "wiggle room". It was incredibly uncomfortable and started aggravating my back. I sent them a text message, and they sent some kid out to "test" the mattress for compression, but the verdict after waiting 3 or so weeks (and they didn't notify me; I had to phone the store) was that there was no sagging in the mattress. No way! We ended-up having to buy another mattress only after having the mattress a few years. That's a major expense. My advice is to BE CAREFUL!!! My husband thinks we were victims of a "bait and switch", but we didn't have the delivery slip to compare with the invoice. Just be very careful not to be railroaded into buying the wrong mattress. read more

The store manager, Peter, was incredibly helpful and took the time to educate us on the different options based on our needs and preferences. While we initially planned to purchase the Helix mattress, we ended up choosing the Casper Snow thanks to the wide range of options available at this location and Peter's expertise. So far, we've been sleeping great this week. Thanks, Peter! read more

My wife and I came here to look at mattress because we're thinking about getting a new one. The sales person who helped us was Lisa and she was amazing. It was our first time visiting a Sit N Sleep so she recommend that we go to the bed match where you'll answer some questions about your sleeping habits and then lay on the bed so it can determine what mattress suit you best. I was in the blue range and my wife was in the green range so the computer recommended a blue grading mattress. They had some good options but my wife likes the red grading mattress because it was more firm. Lisa was amazing on telling us how soon a delivery can happen and the process of it. We had to go back home to do some final measurements to make sure everything will fit but when we are ready to purchase, we'll be sure to go back. read more

Went today to find a pillow for my husband for Christmas (romantic, i know!) and Chris met me with a warm greeting and answered all of my questions. He asked a couple questions about my husband and his sleep and was able to recommend a couple pillows for me to try based on the info he collected. He was so knowledgeable and clearly cared about getting the right pillow to get my husband (and me!) the best sleep possible. Left with what I think will be an excellent choice. So happy with my whole experience, and so glad to have had Chris as a guide for this experience. His knowledge was invaluable and will definitely shop with him in the future! read more

Just had a Sealy 4.0 adjustable base delivered today. Service was super prompt and efficient. Delivery team was terrific as they went one extra step to transition old base and boxes to side of house. They work hard so be sure to give them a tip and bottles of water. Karen was fantastic as the sales rep as she was truly exemplary with her professionalism and knowledge of all the products. We haven't slept on it yet, but can't wait to enjoy the 4.0 for the next 25 years plus. Sit n Sleep, THANK YOU! read more

Very satisfied with the customer service and experience here! My husband and I came looking for a mattress. We were greeted by all the employees and Joe helped us find the perfect mattress and pillows! He helped us 2 days! We came back 2 days later and tried them again to finally chose the mattress and helped us complete the purchase! He was so helpful and kind and professional! Thank you Joe! We recently stopped by this location and didn't do any research before hand on what we wanted. When we entered the store we were immediately greeted with a friendly greeting and told that we will be assisted momentarily. I do not recall his name, but he is the gentleman that is bald (sorry that's the feature I remember most). He gave us clear communication as well, because there were other customers and he did let me know that Chris will be helping us both- which I wasn't expecting, and it was nice to know we were not overlooked. So far, we felt attended to & not just lost. Once Chris came over, he was very friendly and ready to help or answer any questions we had. His answers were very helpful/useful and help determined which kind of bed we were now looking for-and the process was much easier. They had a wide variety of options to choose and try, but with Chris' advice and direction, we were able to find exactly what we needed for our little one. The price was well within our budget and not breaking the bank either. We got a great mattress at a great price. Thank you to both staff for such friendly service, and thank you Chris for such great service! read more

Just the best for service and price! If not your first stop it will be your last. One stop shopping!

I never felt oversold! My partner and I have been through four mattresses in seven years and we were fed up with the perfect mattress search. Self admittedly we came in with a little bit of an attitude expecting to be oversold and pressured into buying a mattress. We were lucky enough to meet Karen M. when we came into this Tampa location. At no point did we feel pressured which instantly put our guard down and we left with the purchase of a mattress that would be delivered the next day. Through our seven year journey I've never felt more comfortable working with someone in the mattress business. Karen was absolutely the best. When we need another mattress I do hope that we have the opportunity to work with her again. read more

My husband and I had a great experience with Sit 'n Sleep while shopping for our new bed. The real star of the show was Karen, she was kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She greeted us and had us try their special bed that provides insight into how much support you need. She then took us around the store and had us try a number of mattresses. Not once was she pushy and the mattresses she showed covered a variety of price points. In the end we purchased a mattress, mattress cover, and new pillows. We showed her the bed frame we planned to purchase and she provided great insight about the height of our mattress + the bed headboard. She mentioned the headboard may not show much due to the low height of the frame and our 14 inch mattress. I really appreciate her warning because once we did the math, we realized we'd have only seen 4 inches and it would have been a waste to splurge on that headboard. The whole buying experience showed Karen's dedication to the customer experience and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. read more
