It's rare to find a business that consistently delivers both superior products and outstanding service, but this store does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality barstools. They've earned a loyal customer in me!

UPDATE: so I had the pleasure of speaking with Paty after i posted my review talking about how…read moreupset I was. Paty called me she had a solution and I am very happy with the outcome. She went out of her way to solve my problem and this is the kind of customer service we need everywhere not only did she solve my problem she was very nice and understanding she heard me out without interrupting me or blaming me sense nowadays businesses tend to blame the customer when they don't want to own up to their faults. Once again I am very happy with the outcome Bought a sofa back in January and was very happy with the service and sofa Last week went in to purchase a bedroom set and fell In love The sales person that was helping me out I told him I want this bedroom set the way it is here he said all right no problem started fixing all the paperwork so we can get started and by the way the display they had of the bedroom set donde have the night stand The only thing they had was the dresser the bed and the chest And once again like I said that I told the guy that I wanted the bedroom set the way they had it displayed then he proceeded to tell me that the nightstand was gonna be pending because they didn't have it and I had to wait for it which I said it's completely OK because I am not interested in that part I'm just interested in the bed dresser and chest The person that helped me out was very courteous customer service was awesome Last week on Friday we got our bedroom set delivered to us when it got here I asked the guy that made the delivery aren't we missing a piece which is the chest he said no it's not on my paperwork he then proceeded to call the store and talk to the guy that did the sale and asked him hey the lady right here is saying she's missing the chess the guy said that was not included in the bedroom set and that was never told to me and the reason I was interested in the bedroom set was because of the chest and the dresser because I needed those two items the most on top of it the dresser is chipped and broken from the bottom and the bottom part fell of completely La Popular gave me a number to call to let them know that it was damage I went ahead and called and the lady I spoke to on the phone said oh it's because you try to move it you broke it I said no it's still in the same place where they left it I was about to lift it when I saw that there was a hanging part on the bottom which means it's broken she then proceeded and told me will go ahead and order you a new one and I told her how long is it gonna take for it to get here she said will give you a call on Monday it's not Wednesday and nobody has called me so now I'm stuck with $2000 with damage dresser that they expect me to pay the full 2000 and won't even consider and maybe giving a discount because when they brought it and I saw it chipped from the side I did tell the guy this is chipped he said it's nothing well it is to me because the furniture store expects me to pay the full amount on damage products

Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people. They were so kind and just overall, happy to help. Furniture Corner is a family-owned business that is ran by honest merchants. It is such a great asset to the Reseda / Northridge community. Wishing them many more years of successful business! Thank you for being a morally-upright business in this sometimes crazy world. I hope you continue to provide high-quality furniture at reasonable prices.

We had a simple question of when the rest of our stuff going to arrive and he said he already told us Saturday or Friday well if you haven't noticed it's Monday and we still do not have our furniture so I told him that and that next time he please be more specific on which Friday or Saturday then he just said you can just cancel the order than I was so confused he was rude and unprofessional and brought up the fact that he was at home and shouldn't have to deal with this right now ,deal with what a simple question? We need the rest of our furniture so my mom just apologized and said it's okay well wait I would've handled this differently and I will never understand how this man works for that amazing lady seriously if you can go to the woman for business. The furniture itself is fine although they did break a table upon arrival and was told that a replacement would also be here at the end of the week with the rest of the order obviously not here yet and it's the start of a new week. so fingers crossed everything comes not broken so we never have to deal with him again

My favorite is that they don't stick to a single particular style, so you can find basically anything of any style here. The woman who I think is either the owner or manager is always so sweet and kind every time I come and she always makes sure I leave with everything I need, plus she always makes one of the other employees assist with putting everything in my car instead of having me do it myself.
