When President's Day weekend rolled around, I decided to start checking out mattresses that Friday after work. I went to the store half an hour before closing, and Ivonne helped guide me to different mattresses. She offered a great deal on it, and I told her I'd think about it and would come back the next day if I decided to get it. I went to a big box store after that but wasn't too impressed. I usually prefer supporting small businesses anyway. The following day, I went back, and she let the associate know to look out for me and the deal she had offered. Her associate, Hugo, was so kind - he even told me about how caring Ivonne was as a boss and how she had gotten him a bigger screen monitor and special keyboard when he got glaucoma. I was sold. I love it when I see business owners who really care about their workers. On top of that, the box spring ended up being too tall with my current bed frame so they switched it out for me at no extra charge. I don't think I would have gotten this kind of quick and attentive service at a big box store. I'm so happy I found this place. This place is horrible bought a bed frame from them around October/November 2020 with a "warranty". One of the rails broke and iv been going back and fourth with the company to try and get it replaced, They were somewhat accommodating. It broke January 2021 and barely attempted to fix it today. The delivery person/assembler was rude and not professional. He cussed my mom out because she showed a little frustration and was asking questions. When he started cursing she said hey that not necessary and your being recorded he flipped out even more calling her a b*tch. He walked to his truck still cursing saying fuck off. About 20 mons after that incident my mom went into the store to talk to the manager and he walked in saying mom i cant believe what this b*tch did. In front of customers continued cursing and caused huge scene. After everything i called Sal trying to diffuse the situation to get my frame fixed. I asked is their no Repercussions for an employee speaking like that to a customer and he said no. This place is a god dam joke read more

Be sure to price match here, but also be sure to ask what they are going to charge for delivery when you do that. We price matched off of Amazon and they tried to charge us an amazon delivery charge that didn't exist. With that being said. We did order a mattress that ended up being too soft for us, and we were able to do the exchange that week. It took about 3-4 weeks to get our exchanged mattress. I wouldn't personally do business with them again because of the exchange I had with Henry about the not straight forward delivery charge. IMO honesty is the best policy. You guys won't need to make stuff up and get caught if you stick to that. We would of been happy to pay the standard amount for our exchange rather than being mislead about it. read more

DO NOT buy from here! My son shopped around for a mattress and found this store that advertised a full size hybrid memory foam mattress for $429. He took me with him to buy it and he told the women who rang him up he specifically wanted to purchase the full size hybrid model. He pointed out the mattress to her in store...she rang him up and took his payment and promised delivery THE NEXT DAY... Next day comes and the delivery guy calls says he's stuck in Culver City and he'll be late. Then someone from the store calls to say they made a mistake and didn't have his mattress in the warehouse and she would call him next week to deliver. She never called. We had to call the store Thursday and were told they would deliver Saturday. Mattress came today while my son was at work....I didn't open it but it didn't look right. He just got home from work and it's not a hybrid...it's just memory foam. The mattress advertised had a feature that allows you to raise a portion of the mattress to sit up...this mattress doesn't have that. They cheated a young kid out of his hard earned money. Please shop elsewhere when looking for mattress do not give your business to these people! read more

Hands down the lowest mattress prices in town. My boyfriend and I walked in today (a Saturday) and were immediately greeted by Ivonne who was warm and kind.
