WORST BUSINESS EVER - SCAMMERS & HARASSERS If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is the definition of deceptive, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Their online prices are a flat-out LIE--as soon as you step foot in the store, they slap on a $200 hidden fee like it's nothing. Classic bait-and-switch scam. And let's talk about their so-called "sales associates"--more like vultures. Pauline (yes, I'm naming names) apparently doesn't understand the concept of "NO." After I politely told her I wasn't interested, she decided to call me repeatedly like some unhinged telemarketer, even leaving voicemails insulting me and claiming I'm "mentally ill." Excuse me?? Who trains these people?! This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The employees are rude, pushy, and outright disrespectful. If you enjoy being lied to, overcharged, and harassed after walking away, by all means, waste your time here. Otherwise, RUN. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and your sanity. Thank you to Polin who assisted with purchasing a new mattress, she explained all the differences in Otho doctor recommended, coil spring differences, price differences, 10 year warranty with free delivery. I recommend this spot. Sit and sleep other mattress firm places were like robot sales people. I dont see how a machine determines what mattress I need and how much do I wanna spend based on back aches? Plus, delivery costs etc. Polin was very polite in letting me take my time and explained mattress preference vs memory foam style. The diference in how mattress was made with diffferent style designed coils, laytex inside with foam and mattress that adjust to tempertaute of body. This is your one stop shop, thank you Polin B. I spent over $3000 on a bed from this place. I am having surgery and need my bed lowered 3 inches. They charged me $250 instead of lowering it 3 inches they came and put it 3 inches off the ground so I can't even get in or out this is the most incompetent service I have ever received. She had a lot of patience with us as she walked us through different options, while keeping our needs and price point in mind. Loved how knowledgeable she was, too! My husband wanted firm, while I wanted a cloud and eventually we landed on the "Ortho Avenue- Firm" mattress and it checked both our boxes by providing firm support for him and a luxurious cooling memory foam on top for me. I purchased an Ortho brand mattress almost 5 years ago. When I was moving it got damaged (due to rain) and I was so upset. I immediately called the store and asked if the mattress was still available. Matt, the manager, answered all of my questions and was super friendly. Headed back to Ortho and after trying the mattresses out again, I just purchased the same one I had before from Matt. The cooling memory foam is great for my bad back and just entire body. It's the Ortho Avant Medium. Also grabbed a couple matching memory foam pillows that are exactly what I've been looking for post brain surgery.
