Best in class experience at this location. Never felt anything but heard (not pressured in the least). Store manager was incredibly knowledgable and able to guide me in a very large space with so many options to the 4-5 best within my price range and for the specific needs held by my aging mother. He was patient with questions/concerns and my overall savage attitude ;) had a great sense of humor and in the end pulled together a deal for me that was just right. He even offered flexibility in payment as well as ease of booking white glove delivery and install on the exact date I need. All the policies for exchange were explained, and a process I had been dreading and attempting to avoid with an online purchase was made so easy. We just bought a new bed from Wayne Hargraves at Sit 'N Sleep in Studio City, and we couldn't be happier. Wayne is the store manager and a superb salesperson. He took a lot of time with us, helping us find just the right bed, frame, and headboard. He also helped us pick out ultra comfortable pillows and linens. The mattress is so comfortable that our bedroom feels like it's been elevated to a whole new level! I absolutely love the look of the frame and the headboard. Beautiful wood frame, with an open look and artfully carved legs. The headboard is wood with inlaid plush material. It's comfortable, stylish, homey, and elegant. I expect to get many, many years of enjoyment out of our new bed. You don't make purchases like this every day. It takes time, and a lot of trying different mattresses and looking at different headboards. This review is about the excellent service we received from Joe Adams, the store manager. In the past, when purchasing a mattress, we would try out a few in the showroom and pick one that felt good, but the system at Sit & Sleep is entirely different. They actually use a computer to analyze your body and your partners and determine the best mattress. When Joe led us to a mattress to try, it was instantly comfortable. He then went on to ask some other questions in order to make sure that the mattress was correct for our needs. Having been disappointed in the past after spending quite a bit of money this experience felt very different. Joe was very knowledgable about all aspects of the mattress, including pillows and sheets. After placing our order he also followed up to make sure we ordered the correct size to fit our bed frame. Again, this review is speciffically about Joe and the buying experince. We have not received the mattress yet. Hopefully I will be writing a second positive review about the mattress. BTW - the store has parking in the back, which is a definite plus in Studio City. read more

After needing a new mattress I decided to stop in sit n sleep to see if I saw something I liked. I walked in and was greeted by Peter who was really nice and could handle my big personality. I took the mattress test and found out that I needed a more soft mattress (which I knew). It was Covid safe. You receive a sheet to lay on and there is hand sanitizer at the door. We kept our masks on all over. But I am so happy I tried out the mattress test instead of just listening to all of my friends because I got to see what I needed. So Peter asked my price range so we could gauge where to start. We tried multiple mattress and then I found the one that I loved. So I thought.. After a week I revisited Peter to check out some pillow top mattresses with my boyfriend. I took the mattress test again and I got the same results but found out my boyfriend needs a more firm mattress. So I looked at the pillow top mattress and fell in love!! I ended up buying the new mattress. I got a headboard, pillow, and the mattress with a feature that allows the bed to go up and down all at a price I could afford. Peter was so knowledgeable and helpful! I am so excited for my new bed. Thank you Peter!! The bathroom was also really nice and clean with I like. The inside was clean as well.
