We had a wonderful experience working with Brian when purchasing our new mattress. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through all of the different options, explaining everything clearly and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Brian also went above and beyond to help us find the best deal and made sure we were getting the right mattress for our needs and budget. What really stood out to us was how thoughtful he was about the delivery date. He understood that we didn't want to wait too long for our mattress and made an effort to find an option that could be delivered as soon as possible. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate Brian's excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress. Thank you, Brian! read more

I have never purchased a "nice" mattress in my entire life. I've always relied on cheap options from Amazon but I am moving to a new apartment and this time I decided to get something nicer. I had visited another mattress store in Burbank and the sales people there were way too intense and pushy so it made me feel unconfident in buying from a store and figured it would be better to shop online. Then I took one last chance and visited this store and wow I am glad I did. Brandon was able to help me find a mattress I liked right away and truly listened to me and understood what I needed while also helping other customers at the same time. He never pressured me into a more expensive option and genuinely wanted me to enjoy what I ultimately decided on. He walked me through the financing options and helped me set up the perfect situation that fits my needs. He deserves 10 Stars if I were able to rate my experience beyond 5! I love my new Tempurpedic! Even the delivery people were awesome and helpful. read more

Dear Brian and Alain, I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything you did to help me get a mattress when I needed it most. I was in pain, on a tight budget, and feeling overwhelmed--but you both showed up with patience, kindness, and unwavering support. Even though the process was long and challenging--especially doing it all virtually--you never gave up on me. You treated me with such warmth and respect, and truly made me feel like a queen. I'll never forget how hard you worked to make it happen. Thanks to you, I can finally rest better and start healing. You are both absolute gems, and I'll be recommending you to everyone I know. read more

I wanted to reach out to give a special validation to Alain Dayal. With a recent mattress purchase he assisted us with patience, clarity and was very knowledgeable. In addition he was a great listener. I highly recommend Alain while visiting this store. read more

Best in class experience at this location. Never felt anything but heard (not pressured in the least). Store manager was incredibly knowledgable and able to guide me in a very large space with so many options to the 4-5 best within my price range and for the specific needs held by my aging mother. He was patient with questions/concerns and my overall savage attitude ;) had a great sense of humor and in the end pulled together a deal for me that was just right. He even offered flexibility in payment as well as ease of booking white glove delivery and install on the exact date I need. All the policies for exchange were explained, and a process I had been dreading and attempting to avoid with an online purchase was made so easy. He also saved me the giant headache of returning a mattress I was planning to order online by talking me through and letting me test and see how wrong it was for my mom. Thank you to Roderick for the A++ service and attention to detail - I appreciate it and will absolutely be back and recommending this Sit'nSleep to anyone in my life in the market looking for a shop that actually cares! read more

This place has an extensive selection of different mattresses and a technology that helps you determine the best mattress for your body type and way of sleeping. I just wanted to say that I was very happy with my experience with this location. Ken was the one who helped me with the process. It takes me time to decide when it comes to buying big stuff (like buying a new mattress), also I'm anxious about scams or overpricing, specially because English is my second language. Here I felt the honesty. And Ken was nothing but patient and helpful when it came to the decision and the financing options. I ended up buying the mattress I wanted for a long time. 10/10 And the Delivery? Immediate and efficient. Thank you. read more

We first met with Alain a few weeks ago when we were initially testing mattresses, and after visiting a number of competitors, decided to come back to make our purchase. Customer service is very much still alive... Alain was professional, knowledgeable, and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Thank you so much Sit 'n Sleep! read more

Highly recommend this location. Decent selection of beds to choose from. Friendly and patient staff; a shout out to Ken Gituma for excellent service. Whatever bed we purchased, price was reasonable. They had lower and higher priced options. Overall, a pleasant experience shopping for a pretty important product. (I thought that I posted a review previously about this location, but it may be elsewhere. Found Ken's card on my desk, and just checked to see if this review was here.) read more

I'd been searching online for a new mattress for months and didn't feel confident purchasing one without testing it, so I went to Sit 'n Sleep in Studio City to see which mattress would be the best fit. Roderick (Rod) was so helpful and patient as I tried out several mattresses several times. It feels like a huge purchase (it's your sleep), so having his guidance and expertise took away the stress. I purchased one that day, and it was delivered the next morning. The whole process was seamless :) read more

Sit 'n Sleep delivered an outstanding experience, and much of that is thanks to Brian. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, friendly, and exceptionally accommodating. He took the time to guide us through options without any pressure and ensured we felt confident in our purchase. What truly set him apart was how easy and seamless he made the delivery process, everything was handled perfectly, and we didn't have to lift a finger. Brian went above and beyond, and I can't recommend him highly enough. If you're considering Sit 'n Sleep, do yourself a favor and work with Brian. He deserves the recognition for his excellent service. read more

I bought a mattress from them and paid over 6000. My 20 year old mattress was better than this junk. In a year this mattress looks like 10 years old. Check around other stores before wasting your money here. I suggest Costco. They stand behind their products, not like these thieves read more

We just bought a new bed from Wayne Hargraves at Sit 'N Sleep in Studio City, and we couldn't be happier. Wayne is the store manager and a superb salesperson. He took a lot of time with us, helping us find just the right bed, frame, and headboard. He also helped us pick out ultra comfortable pillows and linens. The mattress is so comfortable that our bedroom feels like it's been elevated to a whole new level! I absolutely love the look of the frame and the headboard. Beautiful wood frame, with an open look and artfully carved legs. The headboard is wood with inlaid plush material. It's comfortable, stylish, homey, and elegant. I expect to get many, many years of enjoyment out of our new bed. You don't make purchases like this every day. It takes time, and a lot of trying different mattresses and looking at different headboards. Wayne is a salesperson who knows how to show you plenty of things, give you information, and also step back and give you enough personal space. We really appreciate it! read more

Just want to give a shout out to Rod, who helped me buy a pillow today. Since I wasn't spending big bucks and buying a mattress, I could have easily been ignored, but I was not. I appreciated all the help and attention I got from both the employees on duty today. They let me try out any pillow, and lay on them for as long as I wanted. When it came time to buy, Rod was super knowledgable about the choice I made, and very eager to help. He even honored an outdated price. I would totally shop here again in the future- customer service is great. read more

We went to the Studio City store to get info on a new mattress. We were greeted by our sales rep Joe who began by having us take a "pressure point" scan to help get the right type. Our old bed needed replacing and we weren't sure where to begin but Joe showed us some options that made the decision easy. He worked with our budget and got us a really good deal. Nice store, lots of inventory and Joe was very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend this store and Joe to anyone looking for a new bed. read more

The customer service and support was outstanding! We had a problem with the mattress we purchased in the first few weeks. Despite a battle with the manufacturer, Sit 'n Sleep fought the battle on our behalf and even appealed the initial manufacturer's denial. Eventually the manufacturer gave in an honored our warranty claim. Then going back to the store, Adam S went above and beyond to help us with the replacement. He is so knowledgeable and helpful we highly recommend him if you have questions about what mattress to buy! Thank you Sit 'n Sleep and thank you Adam S. read more

Coming here to rave about Adam - he works out of the Studio City location but we met him in Pasadena which has been overwhelmed due to the Eaton Fires. We had an awful experience at the Casper store on LAKE and ended up making our way into Sit & Sleep where Adam was transparent about mattress prices, and showing us mattress's that fit our needs & budget. We wanted a cool mattress & he showed us what we could afford. Never once did he try to upsell us. He knew his shit! read more

Very bad follow-up service. They contract it to others and I had to wait 10 days to get a new mattress platform fixed.

Mark was great, he was very informative and he helped us find the perfect mattress. I'll definitely be back for the adjustable platform!

customer service was really good the guy who sold me the bed, Adam was really helpful. He walked me through the right bed to pick and helped me save money. experience was better than living spaces and it was a bit cheaper too. beds and pillows are clean also. they are very informational so it made my first mattress purchase easy read more

This review is about the excellent service we received from Joe Adams, the store manager. In the past, when purchasing a mattress, we would try out a few in the showroom and pick one that felt good, but the system at Sit & Sleep is entirely different. They actually use a computer to analyze your body and your partners and determine the best mattress. When Joe led us to a mattress to try, it was instantly comfortable. He then went on to ask some other questions in order to make sure that the mattress was correct for our needs. Having been disappointed in the past after spending quite a bit of money this experience felt very different. Joe was very knowledgable about all aspects of the mattress, including pillows and sheets. After placing our order he also followed up to make sure we ordered the correct size to fit our bed frame. Again, this review is speciffically about Joe and the buying experince. We have not received the mattress yet. Hopefully I will be writing a second positive review about the mattress. BTW - the store has parking in the back, which is a definite plus in Studio City. read more

Rod assisted me with the mattress I recently purchased. After more than two hours of searching, I finally found the perfect mattress! I required a soft mattress, therefore I utilized a mattress tester that has a 96% accuracy rate. It arrived in only a few days! I'm very excited to sleep on this mattress and be free of back pain! After needing a new mattress I decided to stop in sit n sleep to see if I saw something I liked. I walked in and was greeted by Peter who was really nice and could handle my big personality. I took the mattress test and found out that I needed a more soft mattress (which I knew). It was Covid safe. You receive a sheet to lay on and there is hand sanitizer at the door. We kept our masks on all over. But I am so happy I tried out the mattress test instead of just listening to all of my friends because I got to see what I needed. So Peter asked my price range so we could gauge where to start. We tried multiple mattress and then I found the one that I loved. So I thought.. After a week I revisited Peter to check out some pillow top mattresses with my boyfriend. I took the mattress test again and I got the same results but found out my boyfriend needs a more firm mattress. So I looked at the pillow top mattress and fell in love!! I ended up buying the new mattress. I got a headboard, pillow, and the mattress with a feature that allows the bed to go up and down all at a price I could afford. Peter was so knowledgeable and helpful! I am so excited for my new bed. Thank you Peter!! The bathroom was also really nice and clean with I like. The inside was clean as well. There is parking outside with meters and I think there may be parking in the back. All in all this was such a great visit. I highly suggest going to this sit n sleep and ask for Peter! read more

This week we went mattress shopping and found ourselves at Sit 'n Sleep in Studio City and to our good fortune, was greeted and assisted by Rod Buycks. Right from the start we knew we were in the right place! Choosing a mattress can be quite tricky with so many brands, styles, features, etc. and the cost factor alone can add stress to your final decision. Rod Buycks alleviated all of that! Rod had helped us a few years back and to see that he was still at the Studio City store was great. Never was there any pressure in trying to make the sale....he was there to guide us with answers to our questions and let us wander around until we found the perfect one for our specific needs. Great value & quick delivery promised too! Rod is extremely knowledgeable, very easy going, concise in the necessary details and makes your mattress purchasing a very smooth & painless experience. We will continue buying our mattresses from the Studio City Sit 'n Sleep as long as we can work with Rod! He is a fantastic asset to the company and a very good person!
