From the moment we walked into the store until our new mattress was set up, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Ramin was incredible from start to finish. He never rushed us or pressured us into making a purchase, which made the entire shopping experience so comfortable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question we had. We were so impressed that we had already left him a glowing Google review before our mattress was even delivered. Unfortunately, when our mattress arrived, my husband noticed it had a defect. We contacted Ramin, and once again he exceeded our expectations. He was understanding, genuinely apologetic, and immediately took the initiative to have a replacement sent out. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding. When our replacement mattress arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Joey. They were absolutely fantastic! I'm someone who likes to jump in and help, but they kindly insisted that I relax while they took care of everything. They worked efficiently, were extremely respectful of our home, and made the entire process stress-free. What truly impressed me was that they noticed another item we had purchased--our bed frame with built-in lights--hadn't been assembled correctly by another company. They took it upon themselves to figure it out, realized nothing was broken, and completed the installation for us. Richard & Joey went completely above and beyond what was expected, and I was incredibly grateful. We often take the time to write reviews when something goes wrong, but it's just as important to recognize people who genuinely care about their customers. Richard and Joey didn't just light up our bedroom with our new bed--they truly brightened our day with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their positive attitudes and exceptional work ethic left a lasting impression. Thank you, Ramin, Richard, and Joey, for providing customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find. Your kindness, integrity, and dedication did not go unnoticed. We absolutely love our mattress, and because of the outstanding service we received from every step of the process, we will gladly recommend your company to our family and friends. read more

Best service. Competitive prices. The best part is how knowledgeable Ramin is an how he can answer all of your questions.

I walked into the store feeling anxious as I had no idea what type of mattress I needed, I just knew I needed to replace the one I had after several years. Ramin was amazing in helping me figure out what was best for me without any pressure nor leading me to a particular mattress. He educated me on the different mattress types and helped me narrow it down to 3 that were in different price ranges. He made the process so easy that I was in and out in less than an hour. I picked one and was very confident about my selection. My mattress was delivered 3 days later by two other men that were so kind as well. It was a smooth and easy process. I've had my new mattress for over 3 weeks now and I am so happy with my purchase! I didn't realize how much my body was suffering on my old mattress. My sleep has improved significantly and my body no longer aches. I wish I had come years earlier. Definitely a life changer! Thank you, Ramin, for helping me! read more

I don't know where to start on my review, so many good things to say about this place. I am a returning customer. The first time I bought a mattress from here I was pleasantly surprised. I had visited a few other bigger mattress shops and was expecting to be swayed by sales people to buy the most expensive mattress they had. To my surprise Ramin who is the owner was kind, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy. He let us roam and offered his advice. He asks you what you are looking for and within what range so he can guide you to certain models that will fit your needs. I had my mattress for almost ten years but of course of natural wear we had to come back for a new one. We met with Ramin again today and sure enough he is the same kind owner despite the inflation, he doesn't push you towards the most expensive just to make the sale. He asked us what we had in mind and what we preferred as far as brand, firmness and how we typically sleep. We found one we liked and were sold. He gave us a discount for being a returning customer and he always offers free deliver and recycle of your old mattress. He also throws in a free mattress cover. You simply can't beat that service. I will keep returning for however long he is in business. He also offers a trial period. If you don't like your mattresses for up to 30-90 days you can return it for only a redelivery fee. Only downside is that his beautiful dog Leo is no longer around. He was a sweet dog that customers loved. Please come check out this store for your mattress needs! Thanks again Ramin! read more

I bought one California king mattress and bed and two brown leather recliners and two twin beds, not to mention, I referred my friends to them and they bought two twin beds from them as well. They brought the wrong boxspring and then they brought the wrong mattress and the guy Ramin is so rude and his delivery service is always much later or they canceled last minute and I can't tell you how incredibly rude he was, never again. read more

Ramin was so helpful with our mattress purchase! He gave us detailed information on the mattresses and their prices. We went to other places and were dismissed. Not at Mattress Stop! We got exactly what we wanted for a great price! Definitely recommend Mattress Stop! read more

Ramin helped us out. Service was amazing. He worked within our budget. We didn't feel pressured and he took time to show us different options. Definitely come here if you want to see a great selection and have a no nonsense sales experience. I hate sounding like a cliche reviewer but it really was a great experience. We had been to several stores before this and got shined on or ignored after we told them our budget. read more

I developed sciatica in my right hip last August. As much as I love my old mattress, I know I must switch to a much firmer mattress in order to improve my condition. Ramin was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He helped me find the perfect mattress in no time and had it delivered to my house the very next day. During this mattress hunting trip, I also stopped by Sit N Sleep. Their mattress selections were much more limited and almost twice as expensive as Mattress Stop. I immediately went back to Mattress stop and finalized the purchase. Ramin really went above and beyond. And only 3 days in, I already had major improvements in my condition. I highly recommend this mattress store. Shop no further, you'll find your perfect mattress here. read more

Great experience! Ramin is very knowledgeable in what he does . Didn't pressure us at all , which I appreciated . I thought going to a mattress store would be similar to car buying as I am use to the employees chasing us around to buy something! That drives me away! Not here! The whole buying and delivery process was super easy, quick and we love our new mattress ! I'd def go in the future for any mattress or bed needs! read more

This business is far superb. This is the only place I would shop for mattress. Ramon knows his business. Gives you great deals. No waiting. As soon as you walk in he greats you. I had shopped at many of the mattress stores in the Valley looking for a new mattress. I am in sales & always appreciate an honest sales person. I did not have any faith in all the stores I visited until I went into Mattress Stop. Ramin is the most patient person. He spent time with me & did not try & sell me the most expensive mattress in the store. He showed me all different price ranges and his knowledge is amazing. I purchased my mattress on Thursday before Memorial day & he said it would be delivered on Memorial Day. I was very surprised but sure enough it was delivered & his guys were amazing. They were on time & so professional. I highly recommend The Mattress Stop and will not go anywhere else in the future. read more

I absolutely love my new bed! I hate shopping, but I had a great experience at the Mattress Stop. I have a lower back injury and I was worried about getting the wrong mattress. Ramin was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He guided me through the entire process without the high-pressure sales - he really cared about me getting the bed that was right for me. And the prices are great! I did some online pricing research prior to visiting the store and I was very happy with the variety of brands, support features, and pricing options. You must check out the Mattress Stop if you want the best experience finding the best bed at the best price. Thanks, Ramin. I appreciate everything! read more

BUY YOUR MATTRESS HERE. Seriously, I usually hate mattress shopping because they either rush you or are weird corporate types in suits or both. The people that work there are awesome. Ramin and Tina are the best. They're super informed about mattresses and tell you about what you need, not what's the most expensive. They both also only showed us products that were in our budget. Plus they both bring their dogs to the store so what could be better. They let us just chill on the mattresses for a while to really get a feel for them and didn't rush us at all. We actually took two days to make our decision (slept on it, came back the next day) and I never felt like they were waiting for me to leave once. I would buy from this small business with possibly more limited options any day over some corporate Mattress Firm or Sit 'n Sleep store. read more

Do you ever feel like you need an advanced degree in chemistry or mechanical engineering when shopping for a new mattress (or three in my case)? Want cradling comfort? Hybrid springs?! Reinforced copper toppers! Graphite and ceramic gel! Sometimes a girl just needs her beauty sleep. I don't have time nor patience to Google technical advancements in sleep gear. And, I don't trust third-party review sites as they generally earn commissions based on how many consumer purchases are made through their link. So, I went old school and walked into Mattress Stop and met Ramin. He's the type of patient sales guy who knows how to listen to your quirks and hone in on options to suit your finicky needs. Or, at least mine. I strolled around the non-descript store and plopped around various density beds and heights looking for that magical 'enhanced lower-back support and durability' factor every brand promises. Ramin made the choices easy once he knew what my preferences were. And, that's the hallmark of a great sales guy. Give a customer what they want and in record time. Great range of budget-friendly to mid-range to super luxe options for any wallet. I jumped up a notch for a Stearns & Foster bed and have zero complaints about its firm and bouncier surface, which lended to a more restorative sleep. The choice was is extremely comfy -- so comfy that we bought two more sets for other rooms. Why no pic? No one needs to see me in my sleepwear. read more

A few months ago we had a great experience learning about mattresses with Ramin Shapoory the owner of mattress stop (no capitals) on Ventura Blvd. Ramin and his best friend, Leo, the dog, are so cool and informed, all was a breeze and a completely successful task was completed. A few day's later his delivery men arrived; effortlessly unboxed our new organic mattress and took the box AND, gladly, took our old mattress with them. mattress stop is the way to shop! This store and business gets a 10/10 rating. Went here a few times compare mattresses before making a purchase and i always felt welcomed. Other local stores were not knowledgeable about their product or very pushy for you to buy on the spot. This was not the case or feeling at Matress Stop :) They have a great in store collection and can get you anything you want. After finally making a decision on a temperpedic luxe breeze king bed and placing my order, Ramin had it delivered to my house really quickly. The delivery guys were courteous, careful and friendly. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and it's safe to say i will be a matress stop customer for life and be referring more business for many years to come. If you want a quality mattress for the best price get it from Mattress Stop. We actually found it from the great yelp reviews and glad we found it after almost committing to the bigger guys. Ramin is a great guy and knows his stuff. He'll go out of his way to make you happy We actually ordered a 9" box spring which we realized was just to high, raising the top of the mattress extremely high. I called Ramin who quickly came out and replaced it with a shorter box spring. Give your business to a smaller business. You'll be happy you did. read more

Jenni and Ramin were so educational, accommodating and helpful when buying my mattress! I always had hand-me-downs all my life but recently been suffering with my cervical and lower back pain (thanks to a terrible topper). I was in desperate need of education and to purchase a bed to save my back. When I was initially calling, ramin listened to all my concerns. I went to 3 places and what I really appreciated from here was they gave no pressure to buy. Both allowed me to spend extra time to pick the right mattress. Ramin also price matched as best as he could. While i spent a little more than i wanted, the bed i got is AMAZING! I had options to buy within price range ofc but the firm latex mattress by spinal care is money! i had the best first night of sleep and my lower back already feels better. The delivery process was also very smooth and the nice guys set everything up, even allowing me to sweep before and took everything, including my old topper. Please keep in mind, this location is a little tricky to find. Apple map took me to sit and sleep which is on the corner of reseda and Ventura but this store is on VENTURA. They have their own parking lot you can enter from Reseda rd. Thank you so much for helping me! read more
