I don't know where to start on my review, so many good things to say about this place. I am a returning customer. The first time I bought a mattress from here I was pleasantly surprised. I had visited a few other bigger mattress shops and was expecting to be swayed by sales people to buy the most expensive mattress they had. To my surprise Ramin who is the owner was kind, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy. He let us roam and offered his advice. He asks you what you are looking for and within what range so he can guide you to certain models that will fit your needs. I had my mattress for almost ten years but of course of natural wear we had to come back for a new one. We met with Ramin again today and sure enough he is the same kind owner despite the inflation, he doesn't push you towards the most expensive just to make the sale. He asked us what we had in mind and what we preferred as far as brand, firmness and how we typically sleep. We found one we liked and were sold. He gave us a discount for being a returning customer and he always offers free deliver and recycle of your old mattress. He also throws in a free mattress cover. You simply can't beat that service. I will keep returning for however long he is in business. He also offers a trial period. If you don't like your mattresses for up to 30-90 days you can return it for only a redelivery fee. BUY YOUR MATTRESS HERE. Seriously, I usually hate mattress shopping because they either rush you or are weird corporate types in suits or both. The people that work there are awesome. Ramin and Tina are the best. They're super informed about mattresses and tell you about what you need, not what's the most expensive. They both also only showed us products that were in our budget. Plus they both bring their dogs to the store so what could be better. They let us just chill on the mattresses for a while to really get a feel for them and didn't rush us at all. We actually took two days to make our decision (slept on it, came back the next day) and I never felt like they were waiting for me to leave once. I always had hand-me-downs all my life but recently been suffering with my cervical and lower back pain (thanks to a terrible topper). I was in desperate need of education and to purchase a bed to save my back. When I was initially calling, ramin listened to all my concerns. I went to 3 places and what I really appreciated from here was they gave no pressure to buy. Both allowed me to spend extra time to pick the right mattress. Ramin also price matched as best as he could. While i spent a little more than i wanted, the bed i got is AMAZING! I had options to buy within price range ofc but the firm latex mattress by spinal care is money! i had the best first night of sleep and my lower back already feels better. The delivery process was also very smooth and the nice guys set everything up, even allowing me to sweep before and took everything, including my old topper. Please keep in mind, this location is a little tricky to find. Apple map took me to sit and sleep which is on the corner of reseda and Ventura but this store is on VENTURA.
