"Lost on Furniture... Found by Daniel at Mattress World"…read more **Rating:** (10/10) I recently moved into a new home, and for a long time, I'd been living with virtually no furniture. I searched everywhere--online especially--but ordering something you can't actually see or feel always felt risky. So there I was, still empty-handed, and it was starting to really get to me. Then, on a trip to LA, I spotted Mattress World on Sherman Way in Canoga Park. On a whim, I walked in--and I'm so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wide variety of beautiful furniture pieces. But the real surprise? The store manager, Daniel. In a matter of seconds, this man untangled every knot in my brain. I had no idea what I wanted. No clue about color schemes. Honestly, I was completely lost. Daniel didn't just help me--he *solved* my problem. He was informative, patient, professional, and genuinely lovely to talk to. What could have been an overwhelming experience turned into a genuinely enjoyable one. he was such a fantastic salesman that yes, I did end up buying a lot. But here's the thing--I didn't feel pushed, rushed, or pressured. I felt *guided*. Daniel is a true asset to your company. He's knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly likable. He even took the time to show me the books and walk me through everything. He deserves recognition for the work he does--and if you're reading this, I sincerely hope this message reaches the head honchos, because this man deserves a raise. If you're looking for a place where you can see and feel quality furniture without the high-pressure tactics, I highly recommend Mattress World in Canoga Park. And if you're lucky enough to get Daniel, you're in the best hands possible. Thank you, Daniel. I'm so grateful for your help--you truly made my day. BTW, I've slept like a baby, turns out to be the most comfortable bed I've ever owned. Best store EVERRRRRR!

I did speak with a representative there and was told inventory comes and goes. Prices seemed to be reasonable but I am pretty sure that fluctuates with the different types of stock that arrives. He never rushed us or pressured us into making a purchase, which made the entire shopping experience so comfortable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question we had. We were so impressed that we had already left him a glowing Google review before our mattress was even delivered. Unfortunately, when our mattress arrived, my husband noticed it had a defect. We contacted Ramin, and once again he exceeded our expectations. He was understanding, genuinely apologetic, and immediately took the initiative to have a replacement sent out. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding. When our replacement mattress arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Joey. They were absolutely fantastic! I'm someone who likes to jump in and help, but they kindly insisted that I relax while they took care of everything. They worked efficiently, were extremely respectful of our home, and made the entire process stress-free. What truly impressed me was that they noticed another item we had purchased--our bed frame with built-in lights--hadn't been assembled correctly by another company. They took it upon themselves to figure it out, realized nothing was broken, and completed the installation for us. Richard & Joey went completely above and beyond what was expected, and I was incredibly grateful. We often take the time to write reviews when something goes wrong, but it's just as important to recognize people who genuinely care about their customers. Richard and Joey didn't just light up our bedroom with our new bed--they truly brightened our day with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their positive attitudes and exceptional work ethic left a lasting impression. Thank you, Ramin, Richard, and Joey, for providing customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find. Your kindness, integrity, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people. They were so kind and just overall, happy to help. Furniture Corner is a family-owned business that is ran by honest merchants. It is such a great asset to the Reseda / Northridge community. Wishing them many more years of successful business! Thank you for being a morally-upright business in this sometimes crazy world. This place is great if you are looking for a matching bed set or a faux fireplace that turns disco colors. I do like their little cafe that has complimentary snacks, ice cream and coffee. That's a nice touch. The worst part of the experience is that the measurements on the tag of the furniture we bought was wrong. It said "12.75 deep" but it's actually 15.75 deep. Needless to say, we'll likely be returning the item because it won't fit in our space. Wish we had known to save ourselves the trouble. Delivery was easy and communication was great.
