After a sudden decision to move to a new apartment, I had to buy a new bed. I walked into Sit n' Sleep around 6pm and was greeted by a very friendly woman who informed me that William would be right with me to assist me with any of my questions for a potential purchase. The entrance had hand sanitizer and we were all masked and while I tried out the mattresses I was given a special fabric to use for if I wanted to lay on the mattresses to test them out. I was also able to try out this very cool machine that helped read my pressure points while laying down to help me find the best mattress as well as consider my sleep partner. After given several options and told about many different deals, I made my selections and asked about next day delivery (extra charge). William was very helpful, and not pushy towards any specific sale at all. He gave me time to consider what I wanted to do and tried to help me find the best deals. At the end of it all, I paid for my purchase and he sent me on my way, letting me know he would contact me with the info for my delivery; no need to wait while he had to take care of paperwork and make calls for my special request. My new purchase consisted of a new bed frame, very nice new hybrid mattress, lovely new pillows, Egyptian cotton sheets, and special covers for the mattress and pillows that helps protect my purchase with an extended warranty. I believe my purchase was completely worth it. I received an automated message the next day to inform me of approximate delivery time (40 minutes from call) and it was almost exact to the time of actual delivery. Delivery was quick and easy. Thanks Chris E for assisting us in choosing the perfect bed for our needs. We were in dire need of a new bed as the last time we purchased one was decades ago and who would have thought beds have come a long way. Talk about a necessary upgrade and going with the theme of our place, everything is now smart technology including the bed and I'm in love with the Smart Pro base and the Technogel bed. Along with those I also upgraded with the side sleeping pillows, silk pillow cases, cooling comforter and duvet and sheet set which is a must. Overall it was a great experience going in there I wasn't expecting much but to purchase a cheap mattress but came out with something luxurious and smart tech now enjoy a luxurious sleep experience in which I can track my sleep cycle and the bed massage and sound experience feature is a plus after a long exhausting hard day at work. I mentioned to her that I'm looking for something comparable to tempurpedic pro adapt "firm" that can save me a bit of money and she hit it spot on when she had me try the first bed. I ended up leaving with the Infinity Sleep Cool Encore Firm Mattress- Queen. I know they work on commission, and I was straightforward on what my budget was, and he knew right away what I wanted. He asked us what were in the market for, our budget, and if we were looking for any add ons. Upon hearing our details, he also handed my mother her "cover" (precautionary item for Covid). He highlighted items that were on sale and calculated several costs for us to ensure that we had a full picture of what we did or did not want to purchase. I wrote a review about this store about 3 years ago. Today I'm writing again at how amazing their staff is and how easily it was to buy a mattress. I wanted to go in to see if they have the same mattress I bought 3 years ago, but I couldn't find childcare. I decided to call their store and see if they can help me via the phone. First off, I called their main hub and spoke to Vicky, who was so kind and courteous. She got my detailed order from 3 years ago and told me which mattress to get without having the hassle of trying to find it again on my own. That was a big help! I got transferred on the local store in Northridge, where Rod was the sales person. He was attentive to my needs, he was quick to find me the mattress I needed and he was so awesome that he was able to have my mattress be delivered to me before the weekend! I will keep coming back to Sit n Sleep Northridge because their customer service is overall the best I have seen in a long time. All I can say is KAREN! I went in to this location for the second time in the past 2 years and my experience here took a 360! When I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely lady who was helping a another customer. She directed me to Karen and I'm so grateful Karen helped me! I actually went in with a warranty credit but didn't want to tell them as I had been treated differently when I went into the Tarzana location a few years back. Since Tarzana wasn't very helpful, 2 years later, I ended up with a totally wrong mattress that ended up with a HUGE dent in the middle of the bed. Now I have to do another exchange under my warranty! Not convenient at all! Karen got me on the mattress checking machine (finds the right mattress for your profile). After my results showed as a "blue" she asked what my budget was to try and help me find something in my price range. I then fearfully told her I had a warranty credit thinking "now here is where her service will change". I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't change her interaction with me one bit! I felt so comfortable and confident in her suggestions. She found me the best fit and in my budget. I got a luxury mattress that happen to be on sale.
