Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people. They were so kind and just overall, happy to help. Furniture Corner is a family-owned business that is ran by honest merchants. It is such a great asset to the Reseda / Northridge community. I expressed multiple times that I was worried about making the wrong choice. What ultimately gave me the confidence to move forward was being told that I had a 90-day comfort exchange if the mattress didn't end up working out. Unfortunately, what I was not told was that I needed to keep the large law tag that's attached to the top of the mattress (where you lie down) in order to qualify for that exchange and maintain the warranty. This was never mentioned during the sale, despite the amount of time we spent discussing my concerns about choosing the right mattress. Like many people, I removed the tag without thinking because I had no idea it was required. Now I'm stuck with a brand-new, very expensive mattress that is far too firm and causes me discomfort, and I'm unable to use the comfort exchange I was specifically relying on when making my purchase. Had I been told to leave the tag attached, I absolutely would have done so. I'm incredibly disappointed. A simple piece of information that would have taken seconds to mention has left me with an expensive purchase I can't exchange and a frustrating customer experience.

I walked in yesterday at 2pm, and was nicely greeted by Luis, & Arturo. They wanted to know what I was looking for. I told them that I need a nice, long lamp, a love seat, and a sofa. Right away they took me to those sections. This store along with their parking lot is HUGE! Last time I was here was back in 2021. We got both of our couches/love seat from them. Now that they are taking their last breath, we need to replace them with new ones. I needed both; the love seat and the sofa. They didn't have the color that I was looking for the sofa, (beige), but they did have the love seat, along with 2 throw pillows. They offer free delivery for anything over $500.00. The total for all my purchases together was a little less than that, and everything else has its own value and price, according to what you get. Alvin and Vince were also very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The lady that's in the middle of the store, close to the entrance did the paperwork for the love seat and we were told that it will be delivered between 4 to 7 days. Free of charge. The next shipment for the couch will be on the 27th of this month. As I was browsing the store, I noticed a few other things that would look nice in my apartment: a nice beige long vase with brown stripes going through it, the lamp that Luis showed me, a gorgeous burgundy armchair, a nice stand that has two levels made of plexiglass.
