We gave it two months to try to adjust, and during that time realized the bed felt different on each side of it. We called the store, as we suspected that we were delivered a previously returned mattress, but were ensured that it was a new mattress. I'm still not sure to this day that it was. We later also called to inform that the bed did not perform and feel as in store, only to receive no response. Clearly, they didn't want to make the situation better and simply gave up on making the experience right. For what it's worth, we bought a bed here many years ago, and it turned out rather great. But, this experience has completely soured our taste, as the customer service (and standing behind the product they sell) has greatly deteriorated. We have since bought a new bed from a different store, and now have to dispose of the mattress we bought here. Awful experience and could not recommend less.

Wow. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but the sales associate in this store was so…read morerude just now that I feel compelled to comment. My 5 and 2 yo boys were being admittedly irritating in this store. (I mean, they're 5 and 2. Mattresses shopping.) But regardless, it was completely inappropriate for the sales associate to mutter under his breath (but plenty loud enough for me to hear), "These f***ing kids." Such a remark was especially appalling given how he'd just been telling us of his own children and grandchildren...so he's clearly met a child before. So of course I got extremely embarrassed, but decided to carry on. So a couple minutes later, when my kids started fighting (again, admittedly very irritating, but we were the only customers in the store so we're not exactly scaring people away), I grabbed my toddler and said "We need to go!" To which the sales associate exclaimed--with no subtlety--"Please!" He did not even say goodbye as we left the store. I'll never forget my first trip here with my friend Sam, definitely need to hit her up again for a plant day, but absolutely still enjoy coming here with others and of course solo for some planty self-care. Adding some Elephant Bush (Portulacaria afra) friends to the plant family at home. Absolutely and 818/SFV/LA Valley favorite among many. You'll want to get lost between the many areas the have here and in the main area as well as their extended open air garden on the parking lot side. Staff here is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. From lawn and outdoor patio furniture or fixtures, fountains, decorations and plant care musts, GTN has a bit of it all.
