My husband and I bought a bed for our wedding at Ashley furniture store. It was quite expensive about 1800 range. Fast forward 2 1/2 years and it's so uncomfortable. We're having back pain and can't sleep on it. We felt better just sleeping on the couch. Had a tech come out and look at it, and he told us that the bed WAS falling in the middle, but it would have to get twice as bad before the warranty would be activated?! He also said we needed to put more support under the bed. I pointed out that where the support was already was the exact same spot that it was falling, but it didn't make a difference. I contacted a manager and asked for either a refund, a partial refund or even an exchange of a cheaper bed. Anything that would help us get better night sleep soon! They did not help us finally we just went to Costco and got a new bed through then. Very disappointed, but supposed to last upwards of 8 to 10 years. read more

Let me say our in store buying experience was perfectly fine! We were excited and happy when we left the store. For the past three weeks, I have been trying to get a simple update on our shipment. Every time I call, I'm told someone will call or email me back--and that has never happened. I've had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get any information. To make matters worse, our couch delivery was pushed back by nearly three weeks (which is not the problem) BUT we would not have known at all if I hadn't called to ask. No proactive communication, no updates, nothing. It's incredibly frustrating to spend almost $6000 and be left completely in the dark. The sales team was friendly and helpful while I was making the purchase. They worked with me and provided a delivery estimate of late February for a sectional with a right-side chaise. However, after the sale was completed, the experience completely changed. Ashley moved the delivery date by over a month - to late March - without any notification or my consent. I only found out after contacting customer support myself. When I returned to the store for help, I was told this was "a warehouse issue" and there was nothing they could do. At that point it became clear that once the sale is done, you are on your own if problems arise. I requested a refund, which was granted. For review and follow-up purposes, I asked for the store manager's name and the salesperson who handled my purchase. I was told they could not provide that information because, after the refund was issued, my record had already been deleted from the system. In the end, I lost nearly a month waiting with no communication and no support. For comparison, I purchased the exact same sectional from American Furniture Warehouse and it was delivered within 3 days without any issues. Don't come here. Worst place to come. I was supposed to get my delivery the 15th didn't get it. I proceeded to go to the store and they will not help you, they can only sell you the items apparently . We had to go through customer care, which that went worse. I had to reschedule to pick up because they wanted to deliver it until the 21st they expect you to deal with it because they messed up. Now you think that was going to fix the problem right ? Wrong, they gave me a time I had to pick it up from 4-6 pm keep in mind they open at 9 AM. I rented a U-Haul got everything ready for it to go in my truck and when I got there my set was still on the sales floor. So we had to do it there ourselves. The sale workers had to load it and they chipped my stuff oh and to top it off I had to go back for the 3rd time because they didn't give us the screws to the beds. Someone rudely basically told my mom they couldn't help. My mother requested a call back from Michael. She had still not received that phone call. Now on the day of our delivery supposedly between 8:30-11:30a , at 1:38pm they are saying there is no delivery coming. And guess what? So I am putting two starts because THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE are GREAT. BUT if I could give ASHLEY WARRANTY team minus -10000 stars honestly the worst experience I ever had with a furniture company. I would never buy from ashley they do not help fix the problem, we made a claim months ago about our couch. when we bought it and got the warranty they told us if something needed to be fix they would send people, our problem falls into warranty so we did the claim asap, but after months of photos, phone calls, which by the way they never take the time to call back, we called again only to find out they never even made the report. After all this they say oh we'll just send a cleaning kit for us to do it, & they never send anyone to come check the back of the couch that is loose and it needs to be fix. The other problem was with bartstools screws just fall out of the blue for no reason, we have to take them 3 times back to store, until they offer to send new ones. ASHLEY YOU HAVE THE WORST WARRANTY and whoever took our calls on the phone shouldnt be there, or you need to train your customer service better. I can't even begin to express how negative my experience was. I paid for over $8k worth of furniture. Before ordering in the store I verified multiple times that they deliver to my address. After they took over $2k as a down payment and opened a line of credit in my name to charge the rest, they called me and told me they don't actually deliver to my address and I'd have to pay over $500 for a third party to deliver to me. I had to ask that they refund me the $500 so that I can pay the third party and they said yes. However no one was able to tell me how this will be refunded or when. I called the store multiple times and no one could tell me when or if it would be refunded. I don't live in town and they had me trapped, when I had already paid. The manager told me I could cancel my order (after they opened a line of credit under my name and charged it). I was finally able to speak with a manager over a week later and they refunded for the delivery fee so I can set up the third party delivery but only on my line of credit with them and not my debit card that I put the down payment on. I had to come up with another $500 cash for the delivery. I'm disappointed that I've had to fight for myself for this. No one was able to provide me any updates along the way. I never received any calls to help resolve this issue. I had to be the one to initiate every contact and fight to get my delivery set up. Also, the third party delivery forgot to bring one of my nightstands. It took another week to have them finally agree to drop it off in Mesa instead of bringing it to my house 2.5 hours away. I had to drive another 2.5 hours back up to my family's home to get it. It's taken hours of my life away, given me anxiety attacks, and has been incredibly stressful. I've lost all trust in the Ashley Home name. What a nightmare! read more

I would give a zero if I could for the Ashley warehouse. The experience in the store was good. However, I will NEVER again get anything from them b/c of the warehouse. We bought a king bed frame. The headboard was not correct (see below). Delivery 1: broken Delivery 2: damaged Delivery 3: just didn't show up (and, yes, the appt was confirmed) Delivery 4: rescheduled by them (I only knew b/c i followed up) Delivery 5: Arrived early and refused to wait for my husband to arrive. Oh his way home my husband had to stop them on the street and convince them to turn around. We took many days off work to sit around and wait ALL day. The warehouse flat out lied to me about "VIP" deliveries. There is no way of warehouse or store to get ahold of driver without a miracle happening. The delivery guys only took the headboard back with them, so we were also unable to return the bed!!!! There is much more to this and many more details. However, I have wasted enough time on this place. It should be pretty obvious that this store is unorganized, incompetent and a waste of money with little to no compensation for their customers. Never in my life have I ever felt so disrespected and brushed off we've been dealing with the delivery since last month and we bought a storage bedframe, which was not completed in the first place the first time it was delivered. Only three pieces were delivered and they did not bother to call us and tell us the other pieces were. I'm back order. We've had to reschedule delivery five times all five times Were either promised the wrong date or the item came broken and now we have to schedule another delivery. This is unsatisfactory and unacceptable and will not happen again we will never buy from Ashley's again. Their service was horrible. we purchased a reclining, loveseat in August 2024. I was down here for dental work as we are snowbirds. Love seat was delivered on time however I noticed that the seams didn't match up .I went into the store in Mesa and superstition mall that I purchased it from I had they told me I had to call customer service they could not do anything for me. I called customer service. They sent us a service Rep out and he said there was no damage to it. I again called for a second opinion that service man came out took stuffing out of the center console. Push the center console cushion down enough to get a oh a picture of it and said it was good to go. There has been No change in the seams matching up and no help from the store, service rep or Ashley furniture. We happen to go to a different furniture store saw the same piece of furniture Ashley brand all the seams matched up and was $1000 cheaper than what we paid for it at Ashley furniture. To this day we have not been helped out with this piece of furniture that we bought . I would not recommend going to Ashley furniture for anything very poor customer service, they don't want to make anything right and they don't want to exchange it. All we wanted, was it for it to look like the reclining loveseat that we saw in the Ashley store. Do yourself a favor. Do NOT purchase your next sofa/loveseat from ASHLEY. $1300 down the drain. After trying it for a couple of days, my wife found it to be EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Checked the website and found their REFUND/EXHANGE policy, unfortunately these policies do not carry over to the stores. So my ONLY option is to buy another, and sell these on CRAIGSLIST. *Predatory Lending* I purchase a Furniture set last year. All my intentions were to pay in full. The sales guy encourage me to take advantage of their 12 month 0 percent interest and I would receive 200 gas card. He told me I would gradually receive the gas credit as the Credit Card was paid. Do not pay off earlier. What he did not disclose after the 12 month was over I would be back charged $1032 in Interest. Synchrony the Credit company said there is nothing they can do after speaking with 4 reps they hung up the phone.
