    They sold me a console for $1,010 told me I had to take the floor model because these were made in India & they didn't know how long it would take to ship. ALL LIES!!!! All their furniture is available online for cheaper than in store. Look for it on Amazon, Walmart, or just do a google search. And they are not returning my calls. The salesman Geoff told me to speak to the manager. He wouldn't even speak to him for me. The manager is Sterling Moses. He will not call me back. Go, look, DON'T BUY! Order online for less and get free shipping. These are not honest people.

My in store experience was fine; however, once they deliver the product, you will find that there are a lot of flaws! My new bedroom suite was not set up at my house when my mattress was delivered on 3/9, so I asked the delivery guy to stand the mattress up next to the wall. I told him it can just sit there until my furniture arrive at the end of the month. Since I had paid so much money for a new mattress from a so-called reputable company, I didn't think that I needed to thorough inspect every inch of the mattress for flaws, so I sent the delivery guys home. Well, when my bedroom suite was set up last night, we placed the mattress on and found out there were three things that needed to be rectify: 1) There was a stain on the edge of the mattress - like someone had spilled something on it. 2) Since it was sitting on it's side for 2 weeks, the springs were uneven and it made the bed a little lopsided. 3) We didn't need the box spring but instead need to exchange it for a board. So I called Customer Service and explained the situation, fully taking accountability for not thoroughly inspecting the product before sending the guys home (now it's my words against them). However, I had also stated that since I mentioned that my bedroom set would not arrive until the end of the month, that the guys should have advised me not to stand the mattress up. I'm a consumer, not a mattress expert, so since they do this for a living, they should have explained to me what would happen if I did that. Again, I can't fully blame them but it would had been nice to have a heads up. Anyways, I politely explained my situation and asked if there was anything they could possibly do to help me since I just spent over 2k for this bed that is not stained and lopsided and I haven't even slept in it yet. The customer service rep said that Management would not approve any sort of exchange because of the stain and that it was my fault for not fully inspecting it. I was upset and asked to speak to a Manager - but they were all gone for the night so I called back the next day and spoke to a Supervisor. The Supervisor was rude and she didn't even listen to what I was saying. I explained to her that I was able to wipe off the stain so issue #1 was taken care of. I also said that I wasn't necessarily looking for an exchange of the mattress, I was merely looking for information on how to get my mattress spring to get back to normal, also looking to exchange my box spring for a board. The Supervisor rudely said I was not able to do any exchanges because it was my fault the bed was standing on it's side for so long and that it was over 30 days (mind you they didn't deliver my product until March 9th - which according to my math is NOT more than 30 days). Again, I said that as a so call mattress professional, they should help me to resolve this issue of the spring being uneven, even if it is to simply tell me to jump on the bed a few times or to roll around on it while the mattress is flat... whatever the solution is, just tell me how to fix it and she wouldn't have to worry about any sort of exchanges. Well, she said she had to call me back in an hour before she could tell me.. so that call occurred at 9:20am... it is 9:30pm as I am writing this review and no one had called me back. So basically, they take my 2k and give me a stained mattress, then they do not want to work with me to resolve the issue - even when I am trying to do it peacefully. MORAL OF THE STORY: Spend your hard earned money here if you want, but you better carefully inspect the product because they will deliver crappy stuff and when you think that a big company like Sleepy's would send you a defective product, they just may do it and hold you accountable for it. Btw, that sales pitch about the 20 years warranty is crap.. they will find every loophole to say it's void. Their contract even states that you have 21 days to report delivery issues; however, when you report it, they will just say that it's not their problem. Moreover, you may even get customer reps (who are Supervisors) that will say they will do something and will not do it. If this is the way Sleepy's run their business with their customers, how do you suppose they keep their inventory? From what I experienced, inventory are not kept cleaned and truthfully, how am I certain that the mattress spring wasn't already defective before they delivered it? I mean, I've seen a lot of people who keep their mattresses leaned to the side of the wall while moving, in storages, etc. but I've never seen the spring get so lopsided.
