Leather recliner

Me and my fiancé were shopping for new furniture for our new place and decided to stop in to look! Wafa greeted us and helped us pick out a sofa a recliner and a coffee table!! We were hesitant and decided we needed a night to think about a couple thousand dollar purchase. Wafa gave us her phone number and told us to just call her if we wanted any questions answered and was so helpful. We went back the next day and she was so helpful during the finalizing of details and delivery! Would definitely recommend!

No costumer service.

$1,400 Stolen from me. warning do not do business with this store stole $1400.00 do not do business with this store do not do business with this store sofa sleeper was never dropped off due to damage. i was still charged $1400. no response from costumer service or no one to get a hold of. call me back now. 315.416.7570

I only give them one star, because zero stars was not an option. The sales people at the store were great, very kind very friendly however, the people that assemble their furniture have a lot to be desired. I was sitting at our dining room table and noticed that it didn't feel right, like the chair was gonna fall apart. So I flipped the chair upside down and noticed all the screws were only tight on all the chairs in total. We spent a lot of money at that store and it's not like it was a $500 dining room said it was extremely expensive two weeks after we got the dining room table and had a massive crack in itas the wood settled. They were kind enough to replace the table by people the proper tools to put the stuff together or send me a check for having to redo it everything.

Use them if you dare! Ashley (new Karen!!) is nothing but a nightmare we had several problems with the table. First one being the chairs were not even and wobbled when sat upon. It took them over six months to fix and then guess what ??!! the leg on one of the chairs just plum broke off .... took forever, but we were able to get a hold of someone somehow after an hour of calling and being transferred. New leg sent to us and I have the complete joy of trying to figure out how to put this leg on (which I more than the prior can do)it just seems ridiculous that a company cannot follow through with their furniture let alone their customer.

Or sales rep was really nice help us decide on what we wanted we got extra discount for paying cash plus they were very friendly.
