The back of their store has the Magnolia collection (insert heart eyes). Delivery is why I knocked a star off. They offer delivery for a few, but it's just their workers doing it on the side, typically delivering from the back of their truck. We purchased two couches from them and paid $60 in delivery fees. Once the couches were inside we realized that they were too big and wanted to move one to the upstairs game room. The gentleman delivering offered to carry it up the stairs for an extra $60, no thanks.

They had a stage with live music. I looked around the store and they have a great selection of both indoor and outdoor furniture. I found them to be extremely expensive. They did have staff on hand to help if someone was interested in purchasing. I was approached by a salesperson but I told her I was waiting for someone for the event and she left me alone. I gave them 3 stars for their event space and selection, but I don't know that I'd ever purchase anything here due to the high prices.

We found the bed overpriced and our sales person said that they price match. We found the bed online $300 cheaper and that's where the problems began. Our sales person said she could not sell us the bed at the lower price without the owner's approval which was nowhere to be found. We waited around for nearly an hour ready to pay and no owner. We finally left and our sales person said she will call us first thing in the morning. Morning came and went and no call. Finally called the sales person back who still had not spoken to the owner. She finally called us back an hour later and gave us some song and dance about the bed on line not being the same even though the manufacturer and item numbers we the same. Horrible service, empty promises, and no price matching. We took our business elsewhere.

Other local companies said it would take over a week to have this completed, but Taylor was able to resolve our issue quickly and at a fair cost. We really appreciate Taylor and his team. We will continue to shop and use the Backyard Nursey in the future.
