One day after talking to him, he had the top soil delivered to our house and then came that weekend to grade it for us as well. I really have to say this was amazing customer service. Other local companies said it would take over a week to have this completed, but Taylor was able to resolve our issue quickly and at a fair cost. We really appreciate Taylor and his team. He was terrific. He did quality work, was efficient, and showed up when he said he would. He had excellent ideas and provided much needed guidance as to which problems to confront first. However, between a somewhat surly demeanor, a bare minimum job, and my having to fix his work, I can't recommend him.

I swing by there about every ten days or so to have my water tested (for free!) and they are always friendly. Chemicals and maintenance are way easier than I expected. About $10 a month is all. And my power bill increase was about $7 a month. Well worth it. I will continue to do business with GBP and especially Dara, patio furniture is next.

I would not recommend this place. I needed to replace my pool liner back in March. After two weeks and no one showing up I called Todd and he said it would be at least 5 more weeks to get someone out to measure. So in two weeks they slipped the schedule 5 more weeks for a total of 7 weeks to have some one come our to measure my pool. I then called a couple of more times and was told I was on the schedule but they were very busy due to rain. Which we haven't had much of. Last week after 8 weeks I cancelled the measuring and went to another company. They came out in a week and didn't charge anything.
