They are counting on people to be late and not have great credit so they can capitalize on it. Well done on both counts! The table is much nicer than the original - the grain of the top and leaves match beautifully and it's in great shape. The shipper wrapped it carefully in shipping blankets covered with bubble wrap - very thankful for that, as it was a wet day when it arrived. Wonderful service! I'm gonna scroll through the archives because they do maintain an archive of past sales which really only benefits them because they're not letting anybody know what they actually sold the items for. So the archive is useless for valuation purposes. But I find a Broyhill Emphasis piece. Al line that's one of our personal favorites , and it has rather lengthy description accompanying it, explaining that "Emphasis" was inspired by Egyptian obelisks. Which is total malarkey!! Really if you look at Broyhill's original brochures for Emphasis ( see photo ) they talk about the process of veneering being invented in Egypt, but they say nothing about design inspiration coming from Egypt. So if you have a company that's so casually going to lie about the small stuff what whoppers are they telling you about the big stuff? I wouldn't trust them. I bought another piece from them when they were in their Florida store and had to have it shipped only to find out that their restoration included a wood putty filled missing veneer spot that they didn't bother patching the veneer on. It cost me $200 to have the piece properly repaired. It was a $500 piece. And that was maybe about two years after they first opened in 2010. Jackie the owner is what the other one star reviewers say she is. Yes she's terribly condescending and she's rude. The review mentioning how she offered to reimburse a customer for their trouble and then told them two weeks later it wasn't gonna happen is dead on to that woman's personality. She tells them what they need to hear to get them off her back. Stay away from the shop online and certainly don't bother going to Chattanooga to see them in person.

I did however move with my bed frame so I was half way there! I had exactly 30min to find a mattress, throw it in the back of my Uhaul, and return the truck in time for "no extra time fee"! I went to Yelp and looked up 'mattress outlet' and Mattress outlet of Chattanooga came up! I saw there were no reviews yet but the pictures spoke for itself and it also was the closest place to my location...I knew I had "literally" 30min so I called first and said just that. A nice man answered and I said "I'm in a bind and need to return this truck in 30min please pull out your best firm mattresses for me so I can make a quick decision"- he said "I'm already on it" and I made my way to them! When I walked in the owner looked at me and said "do you need a mattress in 30min" and I said "well now I need it in 15"- he motioned me over to the section with the firm mattresses & helped me decide. I was so appreciative! I fell in love with his firm mattresses called the Genisis...firm but comfortable with a cooling-type top! The owner also showed me an awesome mattress protector top that (if purchased) would withhold the warranty preservation of any type of water damage. So I grabbed that too! In and out in 10min! They loaded it into the Uhaul in under 2 min and I went on my way! Very please and appreciative for that southern hospitality! Will refer my friends to y'all! Take care!

I am writing this review due to the lack of communication and the unresolved reimbursement issue…read morewith Rustic Woodworx regarding my custom mudroom cabinetry, delivered on August 30. Upon delivery, the cabinets had visible paint damage through the shrink wrap, which was the only packaging used. The truck driver, Eric Wilhite, who was hired by Rustic Woodworx, helped open the wrap, inspect the damage, and arranged a video call with Randy Hamblen. During that call, Randy agreed that I should obtain bids from local painters and that Rustic would reimburse the repaint cost. After the call, I also sent Randy detailed photos of all paint-damaged areas. I received multiple quotes and informed Randy that the lowest bid was $800, which he approved. After the work was completed, I sent photos of the paint preparation, paint work, and the proof of payment to the painter to Randy on September 7. On September 12, Randy responded: "Good afternoon, did the painter provide any kind of detailed invoice? The insurance company is asking for one. Trying to get this expedited for you. Thank you for your patience." I provided the requested detailed invoice on September 15. Since then, I have reached out repeatedly--via text messages on Sept 20, Sept 27, Oct 9, Nov 17, and Nov 24--and left multiple voicemails, as he is not answering my phone calls. My wife also attempted to contact Janet Hamblen without success. We have not received a single reply from Rustic Woodworx since September 12. It has now been several months, and despite our efforts to resolve this matter patiently, Rustic Woodworx has not followed through on the agreed reimbursement or provided any update. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability. I hope this review prompts the company to finally respond and resolve this outstanding issue.
