Customer service? what is that they wouldn't what that if it hit them in the face. Got a dinning table set from them April of 2021 now it's Feb or 2022 we're still going back and froth for the defect trash table that they sold us. Every time I call customer service I'm in hold for a good 40 to 60 minute and whatever they say does not match when you go to the store. the employees at this location to their corporate office don't know what customer satisfaction is. Those people who work at this location are just hungry for sale and the funny part is when your just walking around or just waiting for their slow employees to finishes your paper work (which buy they'll way too 2 day I had to go back another day) you can hear all the other employees fighting with one another for clients FYI just because you're not talking in English doesn't mean we don't understand what you're saying. We bought a new couch a year ago and we sold the protection plan guaranteeing us everything was covered. We spent $500 for the plan and i tried to use it and was told the issues of tearing and mechanical problems are not covered. Customer service is the worst thing i've ever experienced in my life. I got a couch delivered last summer and it was delivered with a hole in the wood of the arm part of my couch. A technician came out and "repaired" it and told me that it was 100% delivered broken and they knew about it. Apparently they tried to fix it before delivery. After a month of her repairing it, i still had the same issue. I called over 10-15 times within a few months and sent numerous emails with no return. The amount of times I was hung up on was insane. Finally I get in touch with someone and I'm told they can't replace it because it's been in the home for nearly a year. Yet the warranty covers full replacement of pieces up to a year and it's been before a full year. (Also I was ignored for months and then just kept putting off trying to spend hours to deal with someone who could help) Lastly, the people are just rude. I'm very understanding, I just want what i paid for. Instead I get hung up, sent to different phone numbers, and then they have a texting process where I can feel the sarcasm in their responses. I wish corporate would contact me so I can show/explain all of this to them. I'm assuming they don't care though. I would never in my life recommend this place to anybody. The customer service, and lies I was told on how easy it would be if I needed a repair/replaced piece. I spent over 2 grand on a couch and I wish I saved my money and had a lawn chair in my living room after the way I've been treated by these people. Ali and his manager, Mehdi were fantastic. They were able to match online prices and gave us the best deal possible. Ali was especially knowledgeable in mattresses. We found a deal on a mattress that he couldn't beat, and he was very honest and straightforward about that. So, we were only going to buy a bed frame, but ended up getting a whole bedroom set because of the great deal they were able to make happen. Know what you want, your budget and have a plan. Well, their customer service is nonexistent and basically, they are denying my claim because I should have read paragraph 4 page two of the small print, and reported the problem within 30 days. This business is currently SCAMMING customers. They are currently falsely advertising stock that they do not have and not showing up for their delivery date. This has happened to me and a friend of mine who just moved into new apartments. The mattress was sold out and the saleswoman tried to sell one that cost $2500 more. Then after choosing a sofa that was clearly marked as being $995 for a five piece sectional was told that the sign wasn't correct and the item cost more due to an ottoman piece that wasn't counted as part of the package?! Most of the non 1-2 star reviews are employees. I've seen them at the store standing around waiting to harass potential customers. Hope Yelp can differentiate and filter those reviews out, considering they're in commission, they definitely have the added incentive. I've left a previous review but another is warranted following some updates. After fighting to have "new" furniture replaced because it was horrible and destroyed during delivery, 2 additional exchange attempts were made; one VIP (someone checks the furniture before it's delivered) & the other boxed products to ensure I wasn't going to receive damaged items. Both attempts were turned away because the product quality was again that of a child's school project. The items I ordered are now discontinued and the store refuses to take calls, offer a refund, or handle the issue. I purchased a matching set which will no longer be a set, it was purchased at my elderly mothers request as a gift for her and she has been forced to sleep on uncomfortable temporary bedding for over 6 months due to the negligence of this company. The service is still non existent, the products are horrible quality, and the prices outrageous, especially for the quality of product they are offering. This was my first Ashley Furniture experience. I will say it will be my last, I have been trying to get an item replaced or fixed since January 11th, 2020. I had just bought my Sofa in November 2019. In less than 3 months, I needed a repair. No one gets back to me and every time, I speak with Customer Service I get a new story. When, I purchase my Sofa I was told I had warranty for an entire year. I have called over and over and no one seems to know what's happening with my claim. I purchased a $500 bookcase in November 13. I have never gotten a single email beyond the initial order confirmation, and I've spent hours on the phone and chat with customer service. I got an updated tracking number on November 23, which still says "awaiting" when I look online. On Ashley's order detail page, it says my item was shipped an delivered Nov 15, but it was never even shipped in the first place. I've now spent a total of 5 hours online with support and have gotten ZERO response. I went home and found that they charged me $119.99 for protection plan and they set Pick-up warehouse, really cheating service. I had my bed frame delivered this morning. I filled out a delivery survey that I would honestly like to redo now after fully inspecting everything. I have a couple of complaints that I think are things the company needs to reevaluate. First of all, I understand that with CoViD, delivery of parts was delayed and so the delivery of my bed frame was delayed. However my delivery date was change 4 times before it actually got here and with don't many changes the company would not accommodate me with helping remove my previous bed frame. Now I am a female who lives by myself so it would have been impossible for me to do it alone. And with all the rescheduling, I had to keep figuring out how to find people to help me remove it. I finally managed to get my friend to come the day before the delivery to help me remove my frame. Now I was given a 4 hour delivery window that started from 8am. But Ofcourse because I didn't have a bed frame I couldn't sleep in my bed that night so I slept at a friends place. I get a call the next morning to say that the guys were 7 mins away so I had to get up and rush home. Now I understand that I was given a delivery window but the window was so big and I couldn't sleep at home so I would have loved it if they could have reached out at least 30 mins before to let me know so I could get home because Ofcourse the delivery guys would wait more than 15 mins so I'm already rushing in morning traffic just to make it home. They put up my bed frame. Leave my apartment looking filthy and I thought at least that was the worst of so I did the survey. Only to find out after the survey that they had dropped an Ornament I had brought from The Congo and broke it. And of course they didn't say a word. So now I'm furious. I couldn't even go back to edit my survey. This is has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I tried calling customer service but that line also has multiple issue starting with my number choices not going g through to the service team not hearing me on their end of the line. I tried to email all of what I've just written to them but ofcourse the e-mail came back undeliverable and i also tried to select a customer support form on their website and it just took me back to their home page. Wish I had read the reviews before stepping into this store. I purchased a dresser, a night stand and a big wall clock and paid around $1500 with their 50% memorial discount. I knew I didn't get a bargain deal, based on the quality and the pieces I got. You could find better quality dressers at homegoods than this store. But, anyways I went ahead and placed the order. Emik was my sales person, she was patient, but kind of clingy. What upset me the most is that she didn't mention me about their return policy. She never told me that anything you take home from the store can not be returned, such as the clock. The wall clock was too big for my wall so I had to take it back. I walk in to the store and I see Emik, I tell her I want to return the clock, she says oh no you can't!!! Anything goes out of this door is a final sale. Thanks for letting me know :) Now, it gets better.. I go to the customer service desk and Maria Montana gives me a big time attitude that the return policy is written in the contract. Now, tell me who reads the back of a printed receipt, those tiny words that require a magnifying glass?? I tell her how was I supposed to know about your return policy when the sales person never mentioned it to me. Had I known I would have never taken the chance to buy that clock. She goes well, you should have read the contract. Unbelievable! What a great customer service. All she could have said is "I apologize if my sales person didn't mention it to you" but, unfortunately this is our store policy bla bla bla instead she kept lying to me that according to Emik she did mention me the policy. I want to start by saying this has been the worst experience I've had with a major cooperation. I purchased in April 2021 a Stearn and Fosters Cal King mattress ($over 3000 dollars item). The item came, the package was not open, when I opened it the whole mattress had the worst Stitching job ever. I called to request a replacement, was told the mattress needs to be inspected. Technician came out a month later, technician determined it was defective and requested I get a replacement. Replacement came worst than the first mattress. They offered me 1000 with little credit I pay off my 800 dollar bed and they decide to pull my credit limit from 1000 to 250. They say for some external reason or internal reason but have yet to show me one reason. I have 100 percent payment history with all my credit cards and I paid them on time more than the minimum every time. It's been months of back and fourth and no real answer. Worse customer service ever. Vanessa is the absolute worse "customer care"representative anyone can deal with. Does not exhibit the qualities any customer care representative should offer; empathy, adaptability, self control, patience, attentiveness, etc. She needs to be re trained or find another job. The eve before my delivery I got a call to confirm and was told they would call me 30 before arriving the day of the delivery. I got the call from Vanessa once they were there and told her I'd be there in 20 minutes, since this is a new house i am having furniture delivered too. She states that the pre call is not mandatory and is a "courtesy" and that I should have been more responsible of being there during my time frame. I am now dealing with rescheduling a $7,000 products worth delivery. Will never shop with them again and am considering cancelling order all together and taking my business elsewhere. read more

Not only was the furniture not delivered, I was told that "I was never told that" Unbelievable! The order was strictly because I needed it for a grand opening.
