I would give zero stars if I could. My mom purchased a firm pillow top mattress from here, she has fallen twice from her bed because the edges are defective (it slips downwards) and she developed back pain and lack of sleep. I called the store and they sent an inspection. Their inspection results were that it's basically not damaged enough for a store credit/exchange or anything. They only suggested we buy something called a "deck" to fix this issue - this is irrelevant since my mom bought another firm mattress (way cheaper) from a different place which works perfectly for her now (same bed). I was a little thrown off when no one greeted us near the door. Husband and I had to make our way in for them to see us, since the place is HUGE! We were greeted by Danny, who showed us to the sleep position machine. It was a good distraction for a bit. Once we finished Danny showed us around looking for the perfect mattress. What I loved about him was his patience. As you know, looking for a mattress is a bit like the book "three little bears". You go around saying "this one is too firm" and "this one is too soft". REVIEW FOR DELIVERY, BED FRAME AND MATTRESS COVER ONLY I still have totally high marks for the Glendale Sit n Sleep, and I went and bought a bed for myself recently, but since then, I have realized a few issues, and need to review the delivery team. I bought a new bed frame for my new bed, but it doesn't have wheels which is a major, major bummer when trying to move the bed! Also, when I went to rotate the entire bed and frame last night, I found two pieces of my old bed frame under my headboard. The delivery guys were in such a rush, they left them behind and I just discovered them. Also, one of the delivery guys almost knocked over an antique bookshelf in my living room as he was rushing out of my bedroom with the old mattress and wasn't looking. In addition, I felt like these guys did everything wrong because they started moving the new stuff into the bedroom before taking all of the old stuff out. This was so backwards to me, and now I see that it really was since they left old pieces of metal behind. My last comment is DO NOT BUY the mattress cover from Sit n Sleep. I wasted $100 on this and I'm really bummed. Since I got a Tempur-Pedic mattress, it's not very thick, and the mattress cover is HUGE and plastic!! I wanted to go back there to return it, but I have been so busy and now it's past 30 days. You can get a much better quality cover on line from the big vender for about a third of the price. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! A few years ago I bought several items from this store. 1 queen size mattress along with box spring and frame , 1 Cal-King mattresses along with 2 pillows and an adjustable base. All the sales rep could talk about was the warranty on these items. We purchased an extended warranty, which they sold us, with a company named Guardian. So we started having issues with the base late last year. We reported it. Per their request we provided pictures and proof of purchase. We did not hear back from Guardian. So we went to the store. Almost a year later after phone calls and emails to Guardian and various visits to the store itself this issue has yet to be resolved. We are not receiving a service we paid for. After all this we asked for a new base or the money back we spent on the warranty. After almost a year of sleeping on a broken base and dealing with these two companies we are angry and frustrated. Now when we ask for a new base or our money back Guardiab offers to send out a tech. This base was bought to help with health issues we are dealing with. At this point we decided to just buy a new base. So we asked for the money back that we paid for the warranty and it looks like that isn't happening either. We are disappointed that we invested and spent all this money on a base that gave out after a few years. Lesson learned. We are doing our research and being more careful where and what we spend our money on. read more

They had great service when we walked in and purchased the bed. After that, everything went downhill. They had first told us delivery would be in 2 weeks and it ended up taking 7 weeks. When the delivery crew came, they mistakenly brought the wrong size. We had to wait another 4 weeks. The first time the bed was installed, they had not drilled in the screws properly and it broke in a month. We called them, they "fixed it", just for it to break 2 months later. I had enough! Stay away from this place. Very cheap and very unfocused. I went to ikea and purchased my bed, and it is a million times better. I now realize how bad and cheap Sit 'n Sleep products are. Do YOURSELF a favor, and avoid Sit 'n Sleep. I wish I had read the reviews before, I would have never gone in the first place! read more
