After visiting 4 mattress stores in Central Blvd in Glendale, I met Carlos at LA Mattress Store at 201 N Central Ave in Glendale! Not only Carlos store carries one the top mattresses in the industry, but he gave the lowest price with award winning mattress, remote control recliner base and the bed frame itself with a nicely design headboard with 15 years warranty! I realized I bought two complete bed sets in 2010 and I ended up buying at the same mattress store again! I explained my situation and said that I needed a firm and supportive mattress. He took us to a few beds to try. We even tried the expensive Tempur-pedic mattress. That didn't work for me as it was too soft. We ended up between two more traditional styles and I ended up with the Airloom. Adis was very patient and explained the pros and cons of each mattress for us. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we made up our own minds and feel we got the best one for us. He was able to work with us a little on the price and we made our purchase. He told us a week to 10 days for delivery and it was exactly that. We had the mattress delivered this morning and the delivery guys were great. They even fixed a broken bit on our frame. I have to say that the new mattress is so great. We are loving it. Sev (one of the store's co-owners) greeted us right away when we arrived and got to know a bit about our preferences. It was only our second store of this particular mattress buying journey, so we hadn't figured out everything yet but he was great in guiding us to some potential options across the store floor. What I loved most about the experience was just how low-key it felt: Stepping into most other mattress stores sometimes feels like being thrown to the sharks at a car dealership, but Sev was politely present as we rolled around on a variety of different beds, giving us just enough space to discuss what we liked or didn't like but making it clear that he was available to us if we had any questions, which we frequently did. We ended up staying for about an hour just testing out a bunch of different mattresses and ultimately what sold us the combination of finding a really great bed and realizing that the owners truly believe in giving you the best experience possible. When Sev gave us quotes for each of the three mattresses we were considering, we were really surprised by how competitive they were and how generous the return policy was as well. He even threw in a pillow that we had been eyeing for free! You can tell these guys are really committed to the customer experience and aren't worried about upcharging you for your mattress, which happens frequently elsewhere and results in stressful bargaining. If you have any doubt at all, don't hesitate. Mattress Central is so highly reviewed for a reason and we'd recommend this store to everyone!

They only suggested we buy something called a "deck" to fix this issue - this is irrelevant since my mom bought another firm mattress (way cheaper) from a different place which works perfectly for her now (same bed). Don't buy from here - I wish we had bought from COSTCO with hassle free returns.

The owners really know how to create something unique that you really haven't seen anywhere else before. I recently ordered from here for Mother's Day (wasn't able to capture photos) and my mom and grandma were obsessed with their arrangements. I also recently had a baby and was gifted the most beautiful, unique arrangement from CV flowers! I received the flowers almost 1 month ago and I can honestly say they're still sitting in my dining room since they're too beautiful to throw away and lasted SO LONG! I will continue to use CV flowers!!! I highly recommend, will not disappoint.

My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

They even have roses that's 6 feet tall! The workers were very friendly and helpful. They showed me the different colors and sizes. They even wrapped my bouquet nicely for only $5. I would definitely come back because the roses were beautiful, fresh, and good price.

I…read morecame home from work to water my front yard and saw a bright spot with lots of purples and lavenders from the corner of my eye. The extremely thoughtful delivery person decided that the bright sun of my porch was a bad place for fresh flowers and placed the vase under the protective leaves of my philodendron plant in a shady spot. It meant the world to me and the person who sent them to me from far away. The bouquet was beautiful, and I still have it almost 1 week later. I will definitely be placing any future orders with them even though I am in Burbank.

I know people sometimes just give 5 stars to give 5 stars when the place does not deserve 5 stars, BUT believe me this place deserves 5 stars and if you want to get a good deal and friendly service then come to this place for your mattress!!! :) I bought my mattress from there a month ago and not only is my mattress really good, but they found me the best mattress at my budget that I gave them! They gave me a great deal! The owner Joann happened to be there on the day that I went and I have to say she was REALLY nice and had no problem helping me and meeting my budget! I had such a wonderful experience at mattress connection, far better than my experience at sit n sleep which will be my next review. Jeff helped me find the perfect mattress for me which cost about $100 less than what sit n sleep wanted to charge. Jeff is a really nice and helpful person, not the typical sales guy who is just after your money. And the delivery was great too, they guys were in and out in like 5 minutes flat, bringing the mattress and box spring upstairs, taking my old mattress and box spring downstairs, and before I new it, my new bed was all set up. It was amazing! Tonight will be my first night sleeping on it and its like heaven to lie down on it. Thank you so much Jeff! read more

If you are looking for top of the line quality mattresses then look no further. The price for each mattress beats all surrounding businesses that sell the same brand mattresses. For some reason other store charge up to 200 hundred or 300 more on the same mattress that Mc mattress connection has. For example if sears across the street is selling a mattress for 1500 over here the price for same mattress would be 1200. Javier is really experienced and knows what he is doing so if you go to this store definitely ask for him.also, finding a good pillow may be hard at times to find the right one, but over here there is a great selection to choose from really good pillows to choose from. read more

I had an outstanding experience buying my mattress from Carlos. He was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, never once making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was his encouragement to do further research based on the insights he shared. I did just that, and after visiting other stores, it became clear that no one offered the same level of information or genuine customer care. Most places felt like they were simply trying to make a sale. I returned to Carlos and confidently made my purchase. When I'm in the market for another mattress, he'll be my first and only stop! Just purchased a mattress set, another mattress for the guest room, and a California King box spring to replace our worn out one. I was met with a friendly greeting from the salesperson (Omar) and we proceeded to discuss the bedding style and sizes we were interested in purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and gave some helpful suggestions. NO pressure sales tactics were applied so it made the shopping pleasant. Most of what I purchased was ready for delivery the following day and this is exactly what I hoped for because we needed the merchandise ASAP. Good Job Omar! I just moved here from FL and needed a bed to be delivered the next day. Went to all the mattress stores on Central Ave. and Mattress Connection was the most helpful. The store manager and owner was very friendly. He asked all the right questions and was very knowledgeable of his products. He offered me a discounted floor model at 40% savings and included the bed frame for free and delivered the next morning promptly at 10am just as promised. The delivery team was also very friendly and set up the bed for me in 5 min. I had the rest of the day to do what I needed. I would highly recommend Mattress Connection. read more

So I currently moved from New Jersey to California and I needed a mattress for my new apartment This was my first spot to go to but I also wanted options from other places. Luckily for me the owner was at the store and he was very pleasant! I found a mattress but still wanted to look elsewhere. The customer service at this location exceeds my expectations. Carlos is very professional yet very compassionate. He works with you to get what you want at your budget. Amazing staff!!! Javier was very nice while we took our time looking for a new mattress for my kid. He showed us all of the options within our price range, and patiently waited for all of the possibilities to be tested, several times over. He even wanted to make sure that we were happy before we finalized all the paperwork, just to make sure we were getting what we truly wanted. Great deal on a high quality bed, friendly staff, fast delivery! Need I say more! I moved to LA on Friday, and my top priority was finding a great bed for a very low price. Jeff at mattress connection was awesome! He knows his products, was professional and didn't pressure to buy. He was patient while we tested multiple mattresses and answered all questions with confidence and sincerity. We finally purchased a mattress and can't wait for it to be delivered in a few days. I was pretty overwhelmed with the mattress buying experience, but I came here first and got to try out a bunch of difference mattresses and Javier taught me about the different types of coils and material. This is my first time purchasing a mattress. I happened to already be in Glendale and found this gem. The workers here are knowledgable, helpful and FUNNY. John was great with working with my budget. Jeff (the manager) was also great. I met another staff member Bill from Boston who just moved here, and he was extra funny while we were waiting to finance. Pre- Labor Day shopping was worth it. Javier is an excellent mattress sales person. I told him what I wanted and got exactly that with next day on time delivery. I bought my new bed in March 2018 and it's now May 2018. I had over an amazing month of sleep in my Mattress Connection from Glendale bed and counting. It took me awhile to post this review because I was recovering from over two years of sleeping on air mattresses and not being fully rested. This store's customer service was exceptional. I had all my questions answered, and had no problem whatsoever. While shopping another person had came in whom said he was in some sort of predicament but within minutes Javier had helped him sort his problem and as well as his questions regarding mattresses and frames. The store is great. If you're in the are and need help figuring out what's right for you in your price range I definitely recommend coming to see this place out first. read more

Excellent service from Jeff. He gave me detailed explanations of the different frames and mattresses, and even had a cross section display of mattresses. The other 3 places I went to did no such thing. He gave me the best price, and the best quality of product. Great personalized service for what I needed, and professional knowledge of their product from a family run business. Javier was really helpful, glad he spoke Spanish as my English isn't as good. He answered all my questions that needed answering.
