Very cool addition to the Ashland area! They have a huge parking lot but the place is always busy when I dribe by. The space is huge, with indoor/outdoor pickleball courts and corn hole boards. Indoor and outdoor seating as well as a second floor patio. We didn't eat, but enjoyed a sampling of their beers, and they were solid. Service was a bit slow at the bar but friendly. Will definitely visit again when I am in the area!

Ashland Brewing was a great place for a Casual meal. While staying in the area we went for dinner and were seated promptly and our server came right over. I got the Blue Cheese Smashburger and it was delicious. The vibe was fun with the pickleball courts outside that can be reserved. Fun place for burgers and drinks!

I will start by saying I have no thoughts on the fun activities they l offer here, Pickleball in particular. It looks fun but I was here for the food and the beer. There is still work to be done on the quality of beer here, nothing bad necessarily, it's just not quite there yet. I withheld doing a review after our first visit here which was just after they opened. Now they have it together. I was a bit surprised to still see a pumpkin beer in early February. The rest of the selections, which you can see in my picture, offer a good variety. You will certainly find something to your liking. So let's get to the food. We each ordered the ABC Smashburger. It comes with fries or, for a dollar extra, another side dish. I had to try the jalapeño rings, which were not too hot. They were just right! They came out hot temperature-wise and fresh with a nice, tasty sauce on the side. As for the Smashburger, it was out of this world! You get two patties, not just one of high-quality beef. Where else? You're in Nebraska! The patties were hot and fresh with a little pink on the inside. The service was outstanding, mostly due to our waitress Nicole. She was absolutely friendly, smiling everywhere, and she had very good suggestions for beer and things like the jalapeño peppers.

Great atmosphere for outdoor seating in a nice day. Plenty of outdoor games to pay also pickle ball inside and out. Ordered some apps which were good bits lightly over priced in my opinion. Service at bar was slow. Nobody to bus tables.

I am I love with this new Brewery! The place is gorgeous and has two big pickleball courts out front, lots of tvs to watch games, and the open windows so you can see the brewery from the dining room! Wait staff were quick and knowledgeable about the beer menu. I liked my meal okay the buffalo cauliflower was just a little cold but it wasn't super mushy which I have found at a lot of other places. My partner had the peanut butter burger which I didn't get a picture of but I snuck a bit and will for sure get that next time!

They are close, this place could be awesome..but they have a long way to go. Food is average, service is average. Venue is awesome. Get a manager that knows the business. That's passionate. Yah it sucks to pay that salary but they would be rewarded 10 fold. Good luck !!

We started off with the Green Patio vibes for drinks. Light but delicious. We got the sweet loaded tots for an appetizer. The portion sizes are definitely worth the price. They are huge. These were sweet and salty. A unique find on a menu but would absolutely order again. We never thought about sweet loaded tots and decided we will try to replicate this at home. Before our meals came we ordered another drink. We ordered the $$$ in the banana stand and Helles . I love craft beers but sometimes when they come out a dark brown I'm unsure if I will like it or not. The $$$ in the banana stand tasted lighter than it looked and had the perfect subtle banana taste. My brother got the Helles and enjoyed it as well. For our meals we got the Steak Bao Buns and the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. We split our meals so that we could try both. Both were absolutely delicious. We both agreed we would come back and order the exact thing we did today. The waitresses were working hard. You saw them constantly on the move. We were impressed with the service and the overall experience. They were pretty busy with the Husker Men's basketball game on the TVs, but they were doing a great job keeping up. If you are thinking about trying it, just do it.

Yes, yes--I know it's new. That's actually why we waited a bit before checking it out. And disclaimer: I don't like beer, but I was still really excited for this spot to open because of the massive space and all the amenities. We waited about an hour for food, which we expected given the recent opening. In the meantime, we hung out upstairs at the bar. Unfortunately, they were out of three drinks my husband wanted, which was a letdown. I was happy to see Glacial Till cider available (shoutout to them!), but they had just run out of the sour I wanted to try next. I appreciated that they had a cocktail menu, but it would be great to see it expanded to better serve a broader crowd. When our table was ready, we headed downstairs--important note: the upstairs bar and downstairs restaurant operate separately. Unfortunately, the food was a real disappointment, especially after the long wait. The nachos were dry and bland (we had to ask for ranch just to add flavor), and the burger was politely... nothing special. That said, the place itself is impressive--tons of space, pickleball, bags, Jenga, and more. We checked out the pickleball courts, but $40/hour felt a bit steep. Overall, I want to be fair: it's new, and growing pains are normal. We'll definitely give it another shot down the road. I just hope to see more attention to the food and a more inclusive drink menu next time.

Stopped by the new brewery after Eugene Mahoney on a Sunday. We were hoping to get food but the kitchen was closed so only had drinks. It is a beautiful space with a lot of activities for the whole family, corn hole, pickle ball, jenga, connecting 4, etc. It was very crowded but we were sat right away. We ordered two diff IPAs which were good. My fav beer is a West Coast IPA which they had. Not a lot of places in the Midwest have that so I was excited. I hope to come back and be a le to try their food. A fun place to come with friends or with your kiss to enjoy some good beers and have some fun.

I visited Ashland Brewing for the first time recently and am glad I visited. Just outside Ashland and not far off the interstate, the brewery is located less than 5 miles off the I-80 exit for Ashland and central between Omaha and Lincoln. The parking lot isn't huge for the crowds this pace can draw, though there may be some street parking available nearby. With both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, you and friends can play in any weather. I definitely recommend reserving online in advance, as the pickleball is popular and books up fast. You can bring your own equipment or rent balls and paddles. The place itself is large, with an outdoor downstairs patio along the courts, a downstairs indoor dining area, an upstairs dining area, and an upstairs deck. Even with all of the space, this place gets very busy so make reservations if possible! While you can't get food at the downstairs outside patio, you can get drinks there while you wait. I sat upstairs at the bar, which had a nice view of hills and trees and felt very park-like. The beers are good and they had a great variety when I visited, with something for every taste. If you can't decide like I couldn't, they do flights of tasters, where you can order as many tasters as you want, served on a plate, and you pay per taster. I ordered the pickle beer, dark Mexican lager, and an amber. I loved the pickle beer as I thought it had the perfect balance of refreshing, pickle, and saltiness. Perfect for the summer and while playing pickleball! Everyone enjoyed their food as well, and we ordered a variety of items. To start, we ordered the platter of fried buffalo cauliflower and cheese curds. Both were delicious, and I like the ranch they were served with. For my entree, I ordered the smoked salmon sliders. They are served as cold sandwiches which is nice for the summer. The smoked salmon was good as a patty, and I liked that with the crunchy slaw it was topped with to contrast the textures. While the waits can be long, I enjoyed my time here and would definitely make reservations in advance in the future of wanting to sit at a table or reserve a court. This is a fun place with a group of playing pickleball and eating or drinking, or just eating and drinking! It's great having a fun new brewery nearby!

We were not sure what to expect but absolutely loved the atmosphere. The patio was large and right off the corn hole courts. Not a lot of food options but competitively priced and very good. We had the smash burgers and we loved them. Well seasoned and double patties. The sweet potato tots were delicious. If you like pickles try their Swing Pickle Pickle ale. Also enjoyed their American wheat. Lots of families and a lot of happy people.

So excited to see that Ashland Brewing Company is open and it's such a cool space! Lots of outdoor and indoor seating, pickleball courts, cornhole, jenga, and rooftop seating! The drinks and nachos were wonderful, and I loved the IPA brewed by ABC. Our service was awesome! Kate was our waitress and she was so kind and ready to take care of us. We will definitely be back again soon!

After I ordered I saw 10 other people with order numbers in their hand so that was an indication of the wait we were about to endure. We had to stand for a bit before a table was available. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

Most of the highlight was the various types of burgers and fries they had, so my partner and I got two kinds, and we both enjoyed our respective meals. I had the block burger, which was as good as I imagined it to be, with juicy patty cooked to medium and every ingredient needed to make a good burger. The poutine had a lot of beef gravy and cheese curds, which made the dish a comprehensive experience to consume, rather than just fries. The duck duck goose fries were amazing! The duck confit, cheese curds, mayo, gravy, and gooseberry gastrique combination worked super well on top of the fries, because they altogether basically made it a gourmet dish that I had to eat with a fork. Finally, the sloppy nick was seasoned very well, even if we got the vegan version, which used impossible meat instead of ground beef. It was still really great! Hope everyone who visits Omaha gets to try this spot! Their wall has quite a few articles that recognized them as a locally renowned burger joint, and I could see why. Since they can be busy, I would recommend people getting there earlier to secure a good table spot, if dining in.

Having just got to town and hungry for lunch I walked a few blocks to Block 16. I came because I…read moreread amazing reviews about them and saw they won numerous awards. I also checked out their menu and noticed it was definitely a unique, interesting menu. Upon walking in, there was a line backed up to the door and I waited in it about 15 mins and it didn't move one person, but I used this time to check out the menu and decide what I wanted. After noticing the line not moving and the cashier in heavy discussion with the family that was there placing their order, I felt it might be best to use their online ordering for carryout pickup instead. While doing this, the line moved up once and I suppose that next party had questions too and of course, plenty of time was spent answering those questions. This might seem like good service, but when the line is that long, either have more people there taking orders or use a kiosk for those of us who don't need to ask questions, or remind guests that there are many others in line (probably after the first 5 mins of discussing the menu) and the line needs to move up. After I placed my order, it told me it was accepted and gave me a time range of when to expect my order. I sat down and waited until the end of that range, which was only a few mins, and then went back up to the pick up area to ask about my order. The lady working was very friendly when I explained what I did. She gave me a number and told me she'd bring my order out, she also gave me the drink I pre-ordered. A few mins later, she brought my food out. I looked around to notice that people who were waiting for food prior to me still hadn't gotten their food. I'm not sure if it's always this slow in there or if it was busy because there's a conference in town. Opening the clamshell that my food was in - I noticed a beautiful sandwich and fries. The fries were piping hot and crispy and tasted great. The sandwich looked really nice, but when I went to pick it up, I noticed the entire bottom was soaked in grease and their hot sauce that was on the chicken. So, I fork & knifed this meal. The flavors of all the parts of the sandwich together were nice, just wish I could have picked it up without being a mess. If I ever returned, I'd get something different.

Being that it was our first visiting here, our server Ainsley was very patient with us and gave us time to look over the menu. We both opted for the house salad to start. Very good!!
