Back story...I'm Vietnamese but I have come to LOVE this Czech dish due to my husband's family making it one a year on Thanksgiving instead of the normal line up. The plate came within 5 minutes of ordering and it took about the same amount of time for me to devour it. The dumplings were delicious and the pork was some of the most tender, flavorful I have ever had. I think the gravy could have use a tad more salt (and I never add extra salt to anything) and I would've like the sauerkraut to be a bit more tart, but I understand that's a personal preference.
