A few other people came and sat at the bar after me and ordered food and drinks. Their food started arriving but not mine. After 30 minutes the bartender said she would go downstairs and check on it. The tacos were fine. Not terrible but not great. I asked for the check but she ran out of paper in the register. She got a partial print out of my bill and asked me to just sign it. I said no I needed a receipt for work. So I waited another 15 until she could find somebody to help her with the register paper. I might go back if I was with friends but I would order something else and I would not want her as a bartender.

(Why would you choose bottom shelf ?!?) They also have $2 domestics on Tuesday's. Wednesday's are Whiskey Wednesday's. The bartenders are friendly and obviously know the locals well. They do not serve food, but there is a Mexican food truck in the parking lot, and they welcome folks bringing food in or having food delivered. They have DJ's on the weekend which is going to be liked or not based on personal preference, but during the week days, like at many places, you can choose what music you want to listen to. They have 4-6 tv's and have sports playing when there are games or golf. They will change them to what you want to watch if no one objects. They also have 2-3 pool tables that are in pretty decent condition. The crowd until about 7 pm during the week are business people who are leaving the downtown area or heading home from work. After that you start to see more neighborhood folks coming in. I have never experienced any problems, and people have always been very friendly. That said, I have not gone on the weekends for many years.

And if you're from out of town for the World Series, you're going to be amazed at how inexpensive the drinks are - tip the shit out of the hot bartenders and drink your face off with local vibe. You don't have to be a regular to feel like a regular - people are so cool. Parking is limited so Uber here. They have pool tables, darts, and they are very dog friendly. There is no food, but there is a food truck across the street. I've been to 1,000 bars in 100 cities, and I don't review unless I love a place 5 star. See my other shit. This place is legit. Dig it!
