As people sometimes do, I slept funny and developed a kink in my neck. I remembered seeing a spa nearby and crossed my fingers as I looked on their website to see if I could book a same day appointment to get it worked out. I was lucky-they had an opening and I snatched it right up. I love an easy website for booking and AshiBar has it! I checked in and was taken back to my room right at the appointment time. After a brief consult with the massage therapist, my massage started about ten minutes later. It ended right on time at 4:50, so it ultimately was only 40 minutes, not 50. Oh well. The massage itself was fine-I left feeling relaxed and better than I had when I went in. Although there were a few little things that could be improved upon such as the full 50 minute massage like I mentioned. I also noticed that the room was mostly silent for the majority of the massage until nearly the end when music started to play. It would have been nice to have that music the whole time. I also felt like the price was a bit steep-$85 for 40 minutes. I've had massages elsewhere for the full 50 minutes for less money. My wife and I came for a couples massage. We brought the Groupon and booked it. They emailed us intake forms which we filled out and signed explaining our aches and pain points. We booked reflexology, back home this means full body and stretches. Here it was feet and hands. They start off with a foot soak for 5 min. Then we went to the room and were instructed to keep our clothes on and lie face up with a pillow under our legs but not head. They rubbed our feet and hands and lightly our scalp. My wife described it as getting a massage from your child. Let me be clear...they are very kind and the atmosphere is nice but they clearly come from the "massage school" in the same parking lot. read more

There's a difference between a good massage and a great massage. This was GREAT. I'll be back here next time I travel to Utah. read more

She did an excellent job, had great pressure, focus, and intuition (unsurprising given her 15 years of experience). I only wish I was in the area longer to schedule an ashiatsu massage with her, as that is her current focus. My husband and I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and got us in last minute. The facility was clean and had a great atmosphere. It has a high end spa feel for a great price. Our massages were very nice, we both chose Swedish massages. I had Kayshia and my husband had Miles. Kayshia was amazing and gave a very nice and relaxing massage and my husband said the same for Miles.
