Call you credit card and file a dispute for unfulfilled services, if you have prepaid massages with them

Also had a credit at St George Massage, but despite multiple texts, emails, and phone calls have not been able to get a hold of them or refunded for the credit I had. Disappointing to say the least. read more

I had a great massage therapist at St. George Massage, but they shut down their business sometime in October. My 10/17/25 appointment was cancelled. The stated reason was they moved out of their building and were searching for another location. Their website no longer exists. They do not answer their phone or texts or return messages. I have several hundred dollars of unused credits that it seems will be lost. read more

This place closed their doors without notice. I have credits on my account. Nothing against any of the therapists, but the owner and management are lacking any business sense. read more

Very clean operation. The therapist was experienced and helpful. I was able to make an appt on short notice and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommend this business read more

My husband scheduled me a massage for the only day that worked with our busy schedules. It was scheduled for 10am, and 9am I received a call saying the therapist they had assigned to me called out sick and they needed to reschedule me. I would like to say that I totally understand that people get sick, but what I thought was unprofessional is that they require us to give them a 24 hour notice if we have to cancel our appointment, but we don't get the same courtesy in return. The worst part is whoever I was texting back and forth was about this appointment was being so rude, not apologetic, and ended up no longer responding to me. Extremely rude and I did not appreciate that attitude and the lack of professionalism at all. Won't be recommending anytime soon and they never rescheduled my massage. Not a fan. read more

I very much enjoyed my massage at StGeorge Massage. I highly recommend! When they say 60 minutes, they mean a full 60 minutes!

I have had several treatments at St George massage. Very impressed with the level of expertise. Today my therapist was Sydney Shea. Her level of care and expertise was great. She listened to me and gave me a level of care that was top notch. I came out of my appointment felling better than I have in months with my neck issue. She advised me on what I could do at home to help me with my problem. I highly recommend her. Randal P. read more

Cute space in the inside. Staff was very friendly. Quick check in process. Affordable massages.

It's always a gamble to request from the massage therapist to be intuitive rather then tell them explicitly where you'd like work. But a good massage therapist will be able to hunt down the areas that need the most work, even if you were aware of them yourself. The gamble paid of at St. George Massage in droves. Paola worked specifically on my neck and back, incorporating a lot of stretching with the massage. She proved to be very knowledgeable. Paola took care to explain what she was doing and often checked to make sure I was comfortable, the temperature of the stones and the pressure of the massage were appropriate for my needs. I think it is important that the therapist do this. So many don't talk at all but it's important to check in with the client as many clients may not speak up. Staff was masked and took care to make sure clients were appropriately socially distanced. I chose a hot stone massage and it was wonderfully relaxing. I'm very impressed with St. George Massage and will be back. read more

Such a great place. I love Angela so much she is the best therapist there and her massages are the highlight of my month. Overall this place is my favorite in town. I have been to maybe 4 other massage places in town and I have never had an experience like I do here. read more

Our couples massage was great! No complaints about our therapist. the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because you don't get the whole royal treatment, meaning no finger foods and no robes no essential oils and they for some reason they don't do feet and hands massage. Clean facility Water leaking due to heavy rain Not your typical posh place. Very hippie and out dated Nice staff Warm beds Nice fireplace Pleasant smell. read more

StGeorgeMassage - Lounge - Massage Therapy Near Me - Saint George, Utah

I visited this establishment with my mother, we both purchased a 60-minute full body massage and my therapist, Lisa, was amazing!! She listened to me describe my chronic lower back pain, and how I carry stress in my shoulders, and paid close attention to these areas during my massage. I almost fell asleep several times during my massage, her presence was very soothing and I was very impressed with her ability to work out knots in a painless manner. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with warm, flattering lighting and quiet spa music in the background. I can't say anything besides highly recommending that you stop here!! read more

This is the perfect pit stop for the trail-weary traveler in need of a little massage therapy! I just had a WONDERFUL 90 minute massage for $77 (not including tip, which was well deserved). My therapist, Allie, was knowledgable, thorough, strong and super friendly. It does get much better for this price... or for any price, for that matter. The offices are just south of "downtown" St. George in a little industrial-type area but once you're inside, it's clean, calm, warm and inviting. I was able to make a same day appointment this morning for this afternoon, but I'm guessing you should book in advance, as they are quite busy! read more

Best massage I've received in YEARS. I come here every time I visit St. George from SLC. You can't beat the price and service. You won't regret it. read more

I've always had great massages and masseuses here. All very attentive and skilled. Always put in a full hour. Always leave feeling great!

We came here on a short trip to St George for a couple's massage. My masseuse Trevyn instantly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable through the entire session, checking in and taking his time. He was amazing! Only four stars because my husband's masseuse was super noisy; she kept kicking chairs and dropping things and startling me. Plus she wasn't wearing her mask correctly, even though she had a cough. But overall, we had a good experience. read more

I love stgeorgemassage and have been going there since I moved to St. George on 2020. Celeste is my got to therapist once I found her, but I haven't found anyone I didn't like. Thanks for the great service, Y'all. read more

Absolutely worst customer service! I would give 0 stars! They don't care about customers and most definitely don't know how to keep them! Can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone it straight up goes to voicemail and they'll give a call back at their best time. The owner is rude and is the one who actually talks over the phone and will not accommodate the customers time or requests. The last time I went, my massage was 15 mins short. Talked to Chris and he is a little understanding and will try to work with you so I bought the deal that was going on then. Haven't been able to get in for those and when I finally did get an appointment I was asked to reschedule at the time that works for them. Horrible service! read more

I did a "me" day and had an hour massage with Amy and an hour facial with Kensie. What a great day. Amy had scented lotion that I fell in love with. Her pressure was just right and I felt like a million dollars after. The facial was fantastic. She had this killer tool that removed all clogs in pours and blackheads. Its this power tool that sucks out the congestion on the whole face in just minutes. My face feels so smooth. Do it. read more

The therapists are fine but dealing with the front office guy named Michael is HORRIBLE! He is short tempered and so RUDE!! I was in a great mood and called to schedule an appointment and could not believe how rude he was. I finally told him he was rude and he hung up on me. Unbelievable!!! read more

Just had an amazing massage with Crystal. I highly recommend her if you need a deep tissue massage!

Us four girls enjoyed a massage on our "Mom's Trip" this weekend and we were very pleased! All of our therapists were great. The facility is clean and well put together. Paola and Jared were exceptional. We booked prior via phone and they offered us a fantastic deal on a 90 min massage. read more

I've been here a few times. I saw Julie this last time and she was amassing. We had a couples massage. About halfway through my wife started having a lot of anxiety and almost wanted to stop. Her Therapia, Jared was so understanding and helped talk her through it. We both had great massages and will be going back. read more

This is my 2nd time trying this salon I had Gabriela this time, she has no idea what she's doing . Now I'm going have to go get another massage. Ugh! I would not reccomend this place. read more

The owner mike made me feel very uncomfortable. He gave me a price on the phone the day before and then I felt like I was being yelled at when I arrived. Plus the massage was a 4 out of 10. Nothing exciting or special about the experience at all sadly for me. read more

I am in St George for vacation and looked up massage places. Glad I found this place and Gabby(?), who gave one of the best massages I've had, and I've had many. The location is convenient to almost anywhere in st George and, although a little weird to exit the building to go to the massage room upstairs the facility is great, tranquil, clean and professional, room is spacious and free from all exterior noise. She seemed to be able to quickly identifying all knots and work in those while still delivering a very relaxing massage that had me in and out of consciousness throughout. I'll make it a tradition to get a massage here whenever I'm in St George. read more

We had never had massages so we weren't sure what to expect but Julie and Nick were amazing! We didn't give them super clear instructions but we both left feeling so relaxed and calm. We will definitely be back & would recommend !! read more

I was extremely happy with my massage and the therapist! I will not be going back due to the old guy at the front desk who is also the guy answering the phone. He was a total jerk and when I asked about deep tissue massage he proceeded to tell me there is no such thing and it is simply a made up term that "fluffy" spas use. read more

As many of our LivingNomadStyle.com followers know, we travel full time. We have visited massage therapists and massage therapy businesses nationwide. As a business, St. George Massage is best of breed. It is one of the best, if not the best, operated massage therapy business we have visited. They are fast, efficient, reasonable and very welcoming. As it pertains to the service side of things (massage), I (Daddy Nomad) had Katie work on me. And Mama Nomad had Monica work on her. We both agree, these ladies were great from day one. Since we hiked multiple times each week we were in the St. George area, we acquired some tight muscles and knots that really needed some attention. After three visits, our muscles had released and we were tension and pain free. It did not take 3 visits to see positive results. We simply had been traveling and had not seen a massage therapist in a while. So, our muscles were pretty tight. Nonetheless, Michael runs this place in a top notch fashion and the massage therapists that worked on my wife (Monica) and I (Katie) did an excellent job. We simply could not have asked for more. We can EASILY recommend this place for your massage therapy needs. By the way, they really focus on therapeutic massage. So make sure you are clear on what ails you. Also, keep an eye out for specials. They run them from time to time and they can give you a decent savings. Safe Travels. read more

I found St. George Massage through Yelp, after I googled for massage in the area. I was visiting St. George on business and pleasure for a few days, and I needed a massage after hiking all over Zion. I gave them a call to book an appointment and Michael - the owner- set up the appointment quickly and efficiently. We were on and off the phone in 3 minutes, which I appreciated. I inquired about a yelp deal they had on their yelp page and he said he would honor it. He was polite and set up my appointment quickly. I got to the location about 10 minutes early. The location is quiet, clean and welcoming. They seemed busy when I was there and I always think that's a good thing. I did have to wait a few minutes past my 2pm appointment because the previous customer was taking her time, so I'd suggest that they end at least 5 minutes before the hour to have enough time to set up the room. I was excited to get a massage and didn't want to wait. But that is the only thing I'd change. The massage therapist, Suzanne, was a really wonderful massage therapist. She was professional, polite and even gave me some wonderful Reiki while she did my massage. We had a nice conversation and her massage technique was consistent and strong. It was over before I wanted it to be-only because it was so good, I wanted the massage to not end! Afterwards, I had a nice conversation with Michael at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable about healing work and essential oils too. **Very friendly people at this massage studio.** I have a lot of friends in St. George. I will definitely recommend this studio to them and also book another massage when I am back in town. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants a massage or Reiki. read more

This place is the best! Jared gave me the best massage I've ever had in my entire life. 10/10 recommend

Katie was a fabulous massage therapist, working with just the right amount of pressure to relieve a stiff and aching back after a long day of travel. Thank you, Katie! Additionally the setting was very comfortable and peaceful making the entire experience worthwhile. The office is very easy to find and Michael was kind enough to provide very good directions when I made my appointment. I highly recommend both St. George Massage and Katie! read more

Found this place on Yelp and what a find! The spa is calming and relaxing. Everyone from the reception to the therapists were very friendly and helpful. Paola was the therapist who worked on me. She was AWESOME! She worked on everything I asked for and even did a couple things I'd never had done before. Helped my shoulders relax and got rid of the headache I'd had all day. Will definitely be coming back next time we come up from Vegas. read more
