The stated reason was they moved out of their building and were searching for another location. Their website no longer exists. They do not answer their phone or texts or return messages. My husband scheduled me a massage for the only day that worked with our busy schedules. It was scheduled for 10am, and 9am I received a call saying the therapist they had assigned to me called out sick and they needed to reschedule me. I would like to say that I totally understand that people get sick, but what I thought was unprofessional is that they require us to give them a 24 hour notice if we have to cancel our appointment, but we don't get the same courtesy in return. The worst part is whoever I was texting back and forth was about this appointment was being so rude, not apologetic, and ended up no longer responding to me. Extremely rude and I did not appreciate that attitude and the lack of professionalism at all. Won't be recommending anytime soon and they never rescheduled my massage. Not a fan. read more

It's always a gamble to request from the massage therapist to be intuitive rather then tell them explicitly where you'd like work. But a good massage therapist will be able to hunt down the areas that need the most work, even if you were aware of them yourself. The gamble paid of at St. George Massage in droves. Paola worked specifically on my neck and back, incorporating a lot of stretching with the massage. She proved to be very knowledgeable. Paola took care to explain what she was doing and often checked to make sure I was comfortable, the temperature of the stones and the pressure of the massage were appropriate for my needs. I think it is important that the therapist do this. So many don't talk at all but it's important to check in with the client as many clients may not speak up. Staff was masked and took care to make sure clients were appropriately socially distanced. I chose a hot stone massage and it was wonderfully relaxing. No complaints about our therapist. the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because you don't get the whole royal treatment, meaning no finger foods and no robes no essential oils and they for some reason they don't do feet and hands massage. I visited this establishment with my mother, we both purchased a 60-minute full body massage and my therapist, Lisa, was amazing!! She listened to me describe my chronic lower back pain, and how I carry stress in my shoulders, and paid close attention to these areas during my massage. I almost fell asleep several times during my massage, her presence was very soothing and I was very impressed with her ability to work out knots in a painless manner. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with warm, flattering lighting and quiet spa music in the background. I can't say anything besides highly recommending that you stop here!! read more

This is the perfect pit stop for the trail-weary traveler in need of a little massage therapy! I just had a WONDERFUL 90 minute massage for $77 (not including tip, which was well deserved). My therapist, Allie, was knowledgable, thorough, strong and super friendly. It does get much better for this price... or for any price, for that matter. The offices are just south of "downtown" St. George in a little industrial-type area but once you're inside, it's clean, calm, warm and inviting. We came here on a short trip to St George for a couple's massage. My masseuse Trevyn instantly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable through the entire session, checking in and taking his time. He was amazing! Only four stars because my husband's masseuse was super noisy; she kept kicking chairs and dropping things and startling me. I did a "me" day and had an hour massage with Amy and an hour facial with Kensie. What a great day. Amy had scented lotion that I fell in love with. Her pressure was just right and I felt like a million dollars after. The facial was fantastic. She had this killer tool that removed all clogs in pours and blackheads. Absolutely worst customer service! I would give 0 stars! They don't care about customers and most definitely don't know how to keep them! Can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone it straight up goes to voicemail and they'll give a call back at their best time. The owner is rude and is the one who actually talks over the phone and will not accommodate the customers time or requests. The last time I went, my massage was 15 mins short. Talked to Chris and he is a little understanding and will try to work with you so I bought the deal that was going on then. Haven't been able to get in for those and when I finally did get an appointment I was asked to reschedule at the time that works for them. Horrible service! read more

I am in St George for vacation and looked up massage places. Glad I found this place and Gabby(?), who gave one of the best massages I've had, and I've had many. The location is convenient to almost anywhere in st George and, although a little weird to exit the building to go to the massage room upstairs the facility is great, tranquil, clean and professional, room is spacious and free from all exterior noise. She seemed to be able to quickly identifying all knots and work in those while still delivering a very relaxing massage that had me in and out of consciousness throughout. I'll make it a tradition to get a massage here whenever I'm in St George. read more

As many of our LivingNomadStyle.com followers know, we travel full time. We have visited massage therapists and massage therapy businesses nationwide. As a business, St. George Massage is best of breed. It is one of the best, if not the best, operated massage therapy business we have visited. They are fast, efficient, reasonable and very welcoming. As it pertains to the service side of things (massage), I (Daddy Nomad) had Katie work on me. And Mama Nomad had Monica work on her. We both agree, these ladies were great from day one. Since we hiked multiple times each week we were in the St. George area, we acquired some tight muscles and knots that really needed some attention. After three visits, our muscles had released and we were tension and pain free. It did not take 3 visits to see positive results. We simply had been traveling and had not seen a massage therapist in a while. So, our muscles were pretty tight. Nonetheless, Michael runs this place in a top notch fashion and the massage therapists that worked on my wife (Monica) and I (Katie) did an excellent job. We simply could not have asked for more. We can EASILY recommend this place for your massage therapy needs. By the way, they really focus on therapeutic massage. So make sure you are clear on what ails you. I found St. George Massage through Yelp, after I googled for massage in the area. I was visiting St. George on business and pleasure for a few days, and I needed a massage after hiking all over Zion. I gave them a call to book an appointment and Michael - the owner- set up the appointment quickly and efficiently. We were on and off the phone in 3 minutes, which I appreciated. I inquired about a yelp deal they had on their yelp page and he said he would honor it. He was polite and set up my appointment quickly. I got to the location about 10 minutes early. The location is quiet, clean and welcoming. They seemed busy when I was there and I always think that's a good thing. I did have to wait a few minutes past my 2pm appointment because the previous customer was taking her time, so I'd suggest that they end at least 5 minutes before the hour to have enough time to set up the room. I was excited to get a massage and didn't want to wait. But that is the only thing I'd change. The massage therapist, Suzanne, was a really wonderful massage therapist. She was professional, polite and even gave me some wonderful Reiki while she did my massage. We had a nice conversation and her massage technique was consistent and strong. It was over before I wanted it to be-only because it was so good, I wanted the massage to not end! Afterwards, I had a nice conversation with Michael at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable about healing work and essential oils too. **Very friendly people at this massage studio.** I have a lot of friends in St. George.
