I walked in with no appointment and they took me back right away which is so nice since most places in the area require an appointment! Tim did my massage and even with a language barrier he seemed to know exactly what and where my challenge areas were, I've had experiences before with no language barrier and a clear understanding of my knots and pained areas that did not come close to today's experience! I will definitely be back to see Tim again read more

For starters the place reeked when I got there. I almost left. Someone was having seafood for lunch and the smell filled the room. The masseuse was really nice he used a translation app and I appreciated that. He closed the door to the room where the offensive odor was coming from and it made it slightly better. They seemed to also lack awareness of how to create a relaxing place, greeting a second guest that came in loudly from across the room. The massage was just ok. It was not good but it also didn't hurt. I got a 30 minute foot rub but he barely touched the sole of my feet. I would not go back. read more

We had a lovely experience at Shamo! This establishment is stunningly clean and quiet. Everyone is friendly and professional. My therapist, Nina, provided the best massage I've had in years! I get massages a couple times a month, and I can honestly say she has wonderful technique. I requested deep tissue and I'm very pleased I can't wait to come back! Thank you! read more

Tim the best. I have had a leg injury and he so kind and worked my areas of need. Best customer service.

Absolutely wonderful foot massage. Clean, calm, and incredibly relaxing from the moment I walked in. The therapist was attentive, intuitive, and clearly skilled--exactly what tired feet need. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. Such a hidden gem. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone needing real relief and care. read more

Great stop for a massage on our way from Zion NP to Las Vegas! We were in need of massages after several long days of hiking and they were able to accommodate us as walk ins. The prices were reasonable and Linda and Yin were great masseuses- they worked the knots and helped us get on our way. It was very clean as well. read more

Lilly does the best massages I've ever had. She's very intuitive and also, very nice. I'm glad I found Shamu Haven!

Lilly is amazing! I had the best massage here. She knew exactly where to massage my back and where I had knots. She did different techniques with her hands and was able to massage my back and make it feel so relaxed. It felt so amazing I can't even begin to describe how good it felt. If you have a tense back and sore muscles definitely head to this place. I have never left a massage place feeling so relaxed before. Wish we had one in Utah! read more

Awesome! Wonderful!! Very clean. Very professional. I was very impressed by the massage therapists. I will come back again and again!

Excellent massages. The lady who owns it is very nice, and does such a great job. She helped my husband and I feel so much better! We used to live in Seattle area, where there were lots of Chinese massage places like this, and this one is just as good as the best ones there. We will definitely be back. It was just her today because the other guy had moved back to California, so we did back to back massages. Worth waiting my turn! read more

LOVEEEED the service provided by these gals, I went in with my dad and he had pain in his arm and I had fractured my leg so my body was extremely tense, these ladies took care of my dad and I. The experience was euphoric, the place was also very clean. They had meditation music in the background, clean bathrooms. offered us water after, she also offered to help me since I was in a knee scooter which was extremely kind of her. I get massages often but I had never received such attention to detail and delicacy to my body, not only my injured side but the focus on the knots that had built up from being on bed rest for so long. She kept making sure she wasn't hurting me and was putting just enough pressure which I appreciate from anyone who massages me. I felt so relieved once my hour was through, it was just what I needed at the time. We are going back next week!! It's so unfortunate we live far from Saint George or else we'd be there once a month!! this place is hands down a gem. So happy to have came across it on our road trip. read more

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! The most authentic Chinese massage I've been ever! I'm impressed when I find this place in the middle of the desert. This place is nice and clean. Me and my partner did body massage for an hour. It helped us release the most of stress during the trip. The staff here is really nice. I do appreciate their hard work and I wish them all the best. read more

Super bummed. I called before coming to make sure I could get in for an hour foot massage. He told me to come right in and it's no problem. I went right there and he sat me down to start getting ready. After that a couple walked in for both of them to get a massage. So the. They tried getting me to change my appointment so they could help them. I told them no that I also had an appointment and that I wanted my full hour. But because they could make more money with the couple I was the one who didn't get my massage even though I was in there first. I am someone who loves getting massages and would be a repeat customer. I have been there before. read more

Best massage I've ever had. I've been getting massages for over 30 years and hands down this was the best. The owner is so nice and very attentive. The place was clean and they were very thorough and didn't skimp on any place of the body. This was last minute and I'm so glad they had an opening. read more

My friend and I were visiting the St George area after hiking Moab and the local area and wanted to get a reflexology foot and body massage. The owner Andy was super friendly and this place opened 3 months ago - everything was super clean and new. We had the combo A which was 30 minute body and 30 min foot massage - you know it's a good massage when you wish it would never end! Living in Los Angeles I have had many foot massages and this was on par! I will definitely return when visiting again! read more

I came to this place to try out the foot massage. While I was waiting I noticed two clients getting their massage. When they were done, a male masseuse called me for my turn, I asked this guy to change the sheet but he argued it was changed. I was very observant with regards to sanitation and considering Covid pandemic is not quite over yet, this guy refused and was verbally rude. I got very upset and the other female staff asked me what was wrong and I told her that the guy was very rude and refused to change the sheet. I was asked if I was not happy, I can leave. Well the lady had the sheets changed. So I stayed, and the lady did a great job. I told her, the guy should change his attitude, bad for business. My advice make sure to ask for new sheets for your own health and safety. The male employee I was referring to is not the owner. I am hoping the owner will investigate this matter. read more
