They give a good massage, but it's definitely awkward, like, a shady place where could very easily have a "happy ending" if you know what I mean. It almost seems like they expect you to, hinting at it for most of the massage. It made it awkward when I went for a couples massage with my husband, and we didn't ask for "more". The Front desk lady also stood there at the door and asked for more of a tip before we left, even after I tipped them 20%. read more

***UNPROFESSIONAL*** I do not recommend Star Massage... I get a massage twice a month in St. George, but I needed one sooner than I could get into my normal location. I was excited when I found out there was no wait at Star Massage. This was great news and I felt that with the location and all, I was planning to start using Star Massage from now on. On arrival they asked for payment first, and that was fine, but as she started the massage, she said I needed a 2-hour massage, so I said let's do a 90 minute. She wanted me to pay for it then and asked how much of a tip I will give. We just started so I said I will pay at the end, she said it will be an extra $40 and I was fine with that. As I went up to pay the extra $40 plus give a tip. She asked how much tip... They use a computer to charge your credit card, but you are not given the opportunity to input the tip yourself, so she asks "how much tip..." I said $15, and she said "NO, I give you 90 minutes... it's $20 tip for 60 minute, and I give you 90 minute, you owe $30 tip" I was taken back by this and felt pressured to do so. I wish I was quicker at thinking, and would have pulled out of my wallet cash and paid the extra $40 only and said, " that is unprofessional to the point I will not leave a tip" Or, if there is a next time (but there will not be) I should have never let her upsell me, then I need to have a tip in a sealed envelope to hand her at the end. read more

Talked on the phone and scheduled for 4 people! Like 8 hours in advance, 15 minutes before right when we left to go get the massage they cancelled! Then next day we were able to go and the good looking Asian ladies were there including the one I talked with on the phone! When I got in the room I took my clothes off and laid down and the cute Asian lady was setting everything up! Then 5 min later the old unattractive lady came in and I said I wanted to get a massage from the good looking one! And the cute one and old one seemed to be having a dispute in Chinese! The old one told me the young one didn't work there! She then proceeded to give me the worst massage I have ever had and demanded a tip after! I wish I had said no because a tip is earned not given! Worst massage experience ever! She also was massaging me at the beginning with a sheet covering my whole body I said can we take that off so you can massage me skin to skin!
