Jeanie? And Ashley? I need to go back and double-check who I saw, but that sounds right. They're at the Green Valley location and are amazing! Melted always takes care of me and makes it easy to get in. I probably just need to bite the bullet and get a membership -- I hate commitment -- but they have such great people and are worth the commitment. read more

Melted Massage reached out to me regarding my review. They felt awful and really tried to make it up to me. Unfortunately my schedule just didn't allow me to take them up on their offer. I can't speak to their massages, but their customer service when trying to make things right is excellent. read more

I'm a sucker for a massage-especially when I'm on vacation. I stumbled across Melted Massage on a morning walk and found that they had availability for a couple's massage. From the moment you park your car, the ambience feels different. There's a calming energy that puts you at ease. Then inside, it just gets better. The low lighting, the soft music and the beautiful plants and decor make me feel like I'm floating on the air. The massage itself was also fantastic-I felt like I melted right into the table...I see where they get the name! This is a place that I'll happily return to. read more

I have never gotten a bad massage for this place! Everyone is outstanding, front desk staff are some of the most friendly people ever! I use both locations and don't have a favorite because they are both phenomenal! I like that you can stack your massages as well and get 120 minute. I have been coming here for years and plan to keep doing so as long as I can afford them. LOVE THEM!!!! read more

Absolutely loved the couples massage my husband and and I had. The therapists are definitely experienced and we felt so good afterward. Thank you! read more

We had a group of 6 during the week in between Christmas and New Years. The front desk agent was so accommodating getting us all in during overlapping time slots. Then we arrived and were immediately in awe of the gorgeous waiting room and the stain glass, the front desk agent again was ready in hand to get us settled in. Our therapists were all wonderful, we are a group of stressed adults and they worked wonders on our knots. The rooms are private, decorated well, and have high tech tables. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. read more

My husband and I got a couples massage at Melted Massage. The facility was nice, and relaxing. The service providers weren't great at communicating and that made this experience a 3/5 for us. They also don't have tap pay, which wasn't too big of a deal but good to note. Wouldn't rebook here. read more

Very nice customer service & massage! I called and they were very helpful to squeeze my husband in, even though their schedule was pretty full already. read more

Wow. I booked an 80 min with Tara and let me just say, I think this was one of the best experiences I've had. She was luxury spa level quality with reiki level intuitive massage technique. Her pressure was perfect. I mean PERFECT. There was the right amount of aromatherapy, breathing directives, and subtle things such as always letting me know where she was between area transitions. There were hot towels and appropriate coverage. She had the perfect balance of working on what I asked of her and showing me areas I didn't know I needed to be worked on. I'm pretty sure she's a sorceress. read more

They were so kind and helpful. We had questions, so we called the business. They answered all of them and even provided recommendations. Our massage therapists were Jesmin and Peyton. Both ladies were great!! It was one of the best massages my mother and I have had. THANK YOU! read more

Truly and irrevocably one of the most ELITE massages I have received. DILLAN is a gifted and passionate young professional. It is with strong conviction that I want you the reader to understand, if you truly want an experience, if you want your mind to calm and your body to heal do yourself a favor (and those you love) and give yourself the opportunity to experience his work. Just spectacular. I haven't felt relaxed and calm in weeks. I don't know what he did or how and I don't really concern myself with the how and the why I just thank God that he blessed me with meeting Dillan. DILLAN, God bless your hands, your work, your endeavors, and your family. Don't take MELTED for granted. Treat yourself and your spirit. Truly remarkable and memorable. Thank you, much much gratitude. With deepest appreciation -Richard. read more

Excellent service. All the staff is very professional and attentive. Definitely will book again!

I had some bad neck and lower back pain and needed a massage. I was on vacation and couldn't wait to get back home to go to my regular place. A friend referred me here. I was very happy with the personal service and professionalism. The therapist was amazing and focused solely on the areas that were causing me the pain. I actually had better treatment here than where I go back home in California. read more

Mark was wonderful. He didn't say much, just focused on the massage which worked out well!

I was around the area on vacation, and after days of hiking and being on my feet, I definitely needed a massage. To preface, I've never gotten a professional massage before, so I don't have any other place to compare it to. My friend and I found a great deal for a 50 min massage, so we decided to take advantage of it. We were able to book the day of and didn't have any problems. We both had an amazing experience! My massage therapist was great and worked on all my sore areas. We had some good conversations, but nothing took away from the peaceful atmosphere during the massage. I came out feeling so relaxed! I would highly recommend checking this place out! read more

Great massage, my husband and I went in on vacation. Very capable therapists and relaxing environment. I only give 4 stars because neither of our therapists were wearing masks... and in the last 5 minutes of the massage it was insinuated that we should have requested that they wear masks if we really wanted them to... I work in a similar line of work and I'm pretty sure that's not the health department guideline. read more

Very professional, relaxing clean place! We were visiting out of town and had a couples massage. It was an amazing massage and we left feeling like a new couple. I had so many knots in my neck and back. She went through each one and applied gentle, even pressure. I love the essential oils they use. We are definitely coming back when we are in town! read more

My husband purchased a gift certificate for me to get a 100 minute massage! I called to make an appointment and when I showed up I was helped back to a quiet room to fill out my paperwork. It was very clean and neat and QUIET! My technician was Hayden and he was very professional! He paid attention to the areas on my body that I was complaining about! My foot has finally had some relief following my massage! I like to go to try out different spas and their services so I have had a lot of massages and other spa services. This was one of the best massages I have ever had! This is a great place! I hope to go back soon! read more

A trip to Southern Utah wouldn't be complete without a trip to the guys at Melted Massage. My family and I are thrilled that they are finally opening an office in St George! I've been getting regular body work from Gage for many years and attribute a large part of my current well-being to his techniques. St George is so lucky to have therapists certified in Myofascial Release. I've suffered from seizures for many years and the after effects of a seizure can be debilitating, but with the MFR techniques I'm not only relieving pain after a seizure but doing doing better at preventing them with regular body work. Do yourself a favor and get in to see these guys ASAP! Compared to prices I pay in other cities they are a bargain. Check out their couples massage too...you won't regret it! read more
