The last time she went to put me on hold, she didn't want to keep me waiting and said, "I'll finish this up later, I've got this, we'll see you at 12:30pm on Wednesday for your massage" I got to my massage at 12:20pm to find out they had no record of my appointment - they had an account for me, but no appointments on my schedule. The women at the front desk were sweet and scrambled to call in a massage therapist who had just gotten off work. But it would be with a male provider, at 1:00pm, and no more than an 80 min massage. I thought for a few mins and decided that I didn't want to wait around 40 mins for a male provider to get a shorter massage. I'm here on vacation with 14 family members. It takes a lot to schedule some self care in the middle of all these group plans, activities, and ensure my kids are occupied while I go get a massage. So it was pretty disappointing because I don't really have an opportunity to reschedule. I tried calling a few other places but happily found a wonderful nail salon and had one of the best pedicures ever.
