I had a facial massage targeted for migraines, as soon as she took a look at my neck and posture she was able to pivot the services slightly to help my neck pain. She knows how and when to apply medical massage techniques or other body work to meet my specific needs, which are complex after suffering a major accident over 10 years ago where I broke close to 20 bones in my body. She is a gifted practitioner who listens to her clients and helps build a plan to address the need of the moment. This week for me it was an amazing relaxing reset massage. Prior weeks it was a medical massage dealing with a sciatica flare up. She has helped me as I continue to work through lingering impacts of that accident and I know she can help you!

Above and Beyond Experience with Heather at Bodies in Balance…read more This was my very first massage, booked last minute--late in the evening--and Heather still went all out. She didn't just squeeze me in; she gave her full energy and care, making me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Her deep tissue technique was powerful, focused, and intentional. It wasn't just skill--it was genuine attentiveness and professionalism that made the experience unforgettable. Heather's running a special until the end of August 2025, so if you've been putting off self-care, this is your sign. I walked out not just relaxed, but truly restored.

Thanks!

It makes my back tight and he released it 100%, make sure to go in with an open mind, he is healing your body. I cannot recommend his services more if you're looking for a great deep tissue Massage See Colton Owner is very pleasant & knowledgeable herself. Overall excellent experience & price was comparable as well.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good massage place. Also this location took as a little bit to find it was hidden in the back . Place was clean, bathroom was also clean.:)

I was lucky-they had an opening and I snatched it right up. I love an easy website for booking and AshiBar has it! I checked in and was taken back to my room right at the appointment time. After a brief consult with the massage therapist, my massage started about ten minutes later. It ended right on time at 4:50, so it ultimately was only 40 minutes, not 50. Oh well. The massage itself was fine-I left feeling relaxed and better than I had when I went in. Although there were a few little things that could be improved upon such as the full 50 minute massage like I mentioned. I also noticed that the room was mostly silent for the majority of the massage until nearly the end when music started to play. It would have been nice to have that music the whole time. I also felt like the price was a bit steep-$85 for 40 minutes. I've had massages elsewhere for the full 50 minutes for less money. It was a good experience, but I'm not sure it was the best I've ever had.
