Well the type of massage I booked was a 90 min Swedish massage for my daughter and myself. I have had a lot of massages in my Life and never one like this. Jennifer did NOT massage my back, shoulders, legs or arms. She simply took my arms and legs and twisted them into a few weird positions...almost like a chiropractor would and then put extremely slow pressure in that area. It was not relaxing. Also The music stopped mid session and there was a knock on the door during session and at the end someone open the loud door and I jumped. NOT RELAXING It was NOT a full body massage like I booked and paid for it was so frustrating. Then they wanted a tip! My daughter had an even worse experience with melody, and we both will tell everyone never to go there. read more

I realize she does not know anything about the biology of the human body or even knows about the body's pressure points and how they work. She did however refund my money. Please be careful when going here, especially when an owner of a massage parlor does not know how the body's response to pressure points from massages is not a good thing. I made the appointment this morning and just walked out of one of the BEST treatments I've ever had! The waiting room is relaxing and beautiful. The treatment room was A-Mazng! There's a beautiful fountain in there! Not one of those table top ones from BB&B, but a full on fountain, with a small tree and twinkling lights! So relaxing! I can't recommend Maui massage enough. Jen is very knowledgeable and amazing. I am a construction worker and I beat up my body with regularity. When I went in for my first massage I could barely stand. She doesn't just work on a sore area. She tracks down the cause of the pain and works her way from there.
