This is a nice place. I understand why they have electric order kiosks, but I still don't like them. Sure it allows them to be able to hire less staff. They often cause delays and customer frustration. The store has a nice selection that are reasonably overpriced.

I asked around and found this was the old school car wash where you can do it yourself. Funny I didn't realize how many people still go to self serve car washes because it was packed! There was about 4-5 lanes and you have to get tokens to operate the wands. The machine takes cash and credit card. The tokens are $1 each and gives you a certain amount of time. So the more time you need, the more tokens you should purchase. I say, come with patience because as I said this place was crowded and depending on who's in front of you, your wait time will vary. I got out the car while I was waiting to get my tokens before it was my turn but I did see a guy pull in to the bay and then go get his tokens. The guy I was behind started busting out his buffering tools and wax so I waited quite a bit for him to finish! But he did add a couple tokens when he left and told me to pull in! I will come back like on a Tuesday morning.

Needless to say, the car is now in the scrap heep and had to endure one summer in Florida without air. I stand by my comment. You told me to go to an air conditioning shop. I even got the Inspector General of Virginia involved after you thumbed your nose at the Better Business Bureau. This was after you originally told me you could fix it the AC. The engine work was done fine. I had to return it once for the engine work but you did fix that problem. But you shouldn't have taken in the AC work if you didn't know what you were doing or at least refunded the money I paid for the AC work. You want me to remove my negative response, return the $800+ money you charged me fir the AC replacement that never worked.
