You must remain in the car before handoff to inspector. Failed inspection. Lena quoted reasonable price to fix it. Refused to print estimate. After getting other quotes, Lena's price was half the cost. However, not sure about the quality of the fix. Passed, after getting it repaired by Countryside Service Center. Reinspection. Claimed to have a warranty on repair. Inspection sticker was not filled out; completely blank. Thankfully, the printout has their information. FRAUD: Cashier Lena took my cell phone for the Groupon code. Turned her back with my phone to discuss with the mechanic. I immediately got Groupon emails proclaiming: "thank you for your review of Countryside Service Center." A review that I didn't make. I suspect that the cashier took my phone and gave her business a 5 out of 5 rating, before returning my phone. Unethical!! I won't go here again!! You've been warned!

I asked around and found this was the old school car wash where you can do it yourself. Funny I didn't realize how many people still go to self serve car washes because it was packed! There was about 4-5 lanes and you have to get tokens to operate the wands. The machine takes cash and credit card. The tokens are $1 each and gives you a certain amount of time. So the more time you need, the more tokens you should purchase. I say, come with patience because as I said this place was crowded and depending on who's in front of you, your wait time will vary. I got out the car while I was waiting to get my tokens before it was my turn but I did see a guy pull in to the bay and then go get his tokens. The guy I was behind started busting out his buffering tools and wax so I waited quite a bit for him to finish! But he did add a couple tokens when he left and told me to pull in! I made sure to order my fair share of tots. I got myself a tots platter and an appetizer with tots as a part of the trio. I ordered a few other items and made my way to pay. After paying I waited for my food to be prepared. This was a decent end to the run and made for the end of my day after shopping and stopping well worth it. I sat there in anticipation of my food and maybe salivated a bit. I got lost in my thoughts until I heard my number yelled out. After my food was ready I went outside to set up the appetizer in my vehicle to eat on the ride home. I stuck around a bit before getting in my vehicle to set the GPS (I still get lost down here). It was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. It's summer, so my car has been picking up a lot of bugs. Ew. So I decided to hit the car wash to see if I could knock some of the gunk off. It's a pretty standard gas station car wash, so my expectations weren't super high. Be aware: The line for a wash was long. Each car took about ten minutes to go through, and once in the queue, there's no way out. If you're in a rush, plan carefully. The nice thing is that the receipt allows you to use your prepaid code for about a month, so you can come back. Once in the car wash, it was a pretty average experience. The soap smelled like bubblegum toothpaste. Not bad, but noticeable. The washer flap things did move my side mirrors around, but nothing was damaged. Cons: The drying cycle was entirely too short. Not even the windshield got dry. My car also wasn't super clean - I had to go back over a lot of spots with a rag. They lifted easily, so that was a bit annoying, but again, I wasn't expecting perfection from this car wash. Pros: It did knock most of the dirt off and got rid of maybe 70% of the bug debris. If you're wanting your car to be super detailed, I'd spend a little more money and go to a hand wash place. But if you just want a quick tidy up, this was fine.

The only down side is getting out of the gas station since it is right by the traffic light. When in doubt just turn right, it will save you a traffic headache.

He was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He answered my questions, explained everything well and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I also want to recognize Samantha at the front counter. She was awesome, great personality welcoming, and kind to every customer who walked through the door. What impressed me the most was watching her go out of her way to speak Spanish with several Hispanic customers, even though Spanish is not her first language. She didn't have to do that, but she is teaching herself Spanish so she can better serve others. To me, that speaks volumes about her commitment to excellent customer service. Both Jose and Samantha worked incredibly hard during my visit and made the experience a positive one. Employees like them deserve recognition because they represent outstanding customer service.
