Terrible customer service. I've bought multiple pieces of equipment from here in the past seven…read moremonths. I took a hedge trimmer that needed some repair and sharpening in, they had it for over a month. It never got fixed and then they got a bad attitude when I questioned why it had been there so long and not get fixed. John, the guy that works on equipment is pretty good but management lacks leadership and professionalism. Just take a few more minutes and go to race Brothers and get your equipment. That's what I'm doing. I'll never go back.
