The Springfield store people have been super nice trying to get me in touch with the ones who handle the internet and quilt show circuit. I was credited my purchase on my credit card and one week later it was charged back onto my card again. Cannot get an answer how to return the trolley either. This has been an ongoing nightmare. over 6 weeks later, I'm still dealing with it.

She then came to me and asked how she could help me. I told her I need my watch band adjusted so I could wear it. Immediately snotty she said, "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE!" She then sent me down the street to a real personable jeweler with a better attitude. She either didn't know how to adjust watch bands, or she was profiling me thinking I couldn't afford it and I was willing to pay big money for that perfect fit. I will never recommend anyone to go there if they like to be treated like a beggar. Shame on her for profiling and acting like she was better. I've never been to a jewelry store that did not know how to do or refuse to do the simplest thing such as adjusting a watch band, in which most people have to have.
