Stumbled upon this joint for lunch and so glad we did! LOVED the menu options - great classic American bar food. Everything was clean and bright and updated. The (table) chairs were plush and comfortable. Pretty glassware, even for soft drinks. The service was fast and friendly. We were in and out within 45 minutes, but could've hung around longer.

Small Town vibe , like a neighborhood meeting spot . The food was really good! And the burger was huge I only ate half . Doggie bagged the other half . The menu is small but what they offered was good .

A refined retreat where modern gastronomy meets the effortless charm of small town life. The aesthetic blends crisp white interiors with lush green accents, echoing the balance they strike on every plate: thoroughly reimagined elevated comfort food! Sourcing seasonally and locally, the chef crafts dishes that are both inventive, yet familiar. From the standard refined classics to the pop up specials, every dish is crafted to surprise, satisfy and maybe even spark a little menu envy. Behind the bar are friendly familiar faces - who believe the best drinks are made with precision, creativity and a dash of well placed sass. They don't make your grandad's Old Fashioned, unless your grandad has a cedar humidor, a record collection that smells like whiskey and a tattoo he got in Paris. Served over a hand cut cube that melts slower than small town gossip, it's always bold, balanced and consistent. Come hungry, I always do, leave glowing and maybe a little bit in love with your entree. Cheers!

Spicy pesto panini sandwich

Came here on a Saturday for lunch. They must have been super understaffed. Had to wait a super long time for food. Also heard multiple comments from the wait staff about being called in last minute and wishing they had more help. I'm not sure when this place opened, but it seems that they definitely have some more learning to do. I ordered the spicy pesto panini with fries. It was pretty good. My main issue is that my panini came out quite literally 15 minutes before my fries or my partner's food. Then, after my partner finally got his food, they had prepared the burger with cheese (he's allergic to dairy). They immediately re-made it and brought out fries to hold him over. I appreciated how they handled it, but wish we didn't have to wait for so long. They also took the burger off the bill which was much appreciated. The only reason this review isn't lower than 4 stars is because I admire how they handled the situation and I'll give them grace for being a relatively new restaurant. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was nice. The green vibes were good.

BLT with fries

This is a great spot for delicious food. The portions are huge! We started with the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. I had the BLT sandwich with fries and my sister ordered the cheeseburger. The service was great! We got there at a good time so it wasn't too busy or crowded during lunch. Our waitress was the only one working the bar and tables so we made sure to give her a generous tip. Can't wait to return to try something different on their menu.

I really enjoy Ash & Dill! They have great food, good drink specials, and kind efficient servers. I've been 5 or 6 times since they opened and I think it's one of the best restaurants we have here in Wendell. Ash & Dill is a great neighborhood bar anywhere but our other restaurant options here are lacking - come on, Wendell! I really hope they stick around because the burgers and sandwiches are delicious, fries are crispy and seasoned, and they run changing food specials which I've also enjoyed! Please give them your business if you're looking for an affordable laid back and tasty meal!

Fast food at a higher level…read more I usually stay away from chain restaurants, but this relatively new midwest chain caught my attention - and I am glad it did. When you walk in the door it just feels different. The interior is clean, relaxing and inviting. You still have to order at the counter, but then you seat yourself and a server brings your freshly-prepared food to you. The signature item, the ButterBurger®, takes this staple to a new level. I tried the Deluxe with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Lettuce, Onion and Pickle. It was one of the best fast-food burgers I've ever had. The patty was as thin as all the other burgers around, but juicy and slightly buttery. The Onion Rings had a good balance of sweetness and crunch - a definite winner. The Wisconsin Cheese Curds were dry and disappointing. The Grilled Reuben Melt was not quite what you would get at a New York Deli, but still enjoyable. There was a good portion of tender corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut on nicely buttered bread. Other options include three Salads, Grilled & Fried Chicken and Chicken Tenders. The Butterfly Jumbo Shrimp were surprisingly good, and the Cocktail Sauce pleasantly tangy. My favorite is the Beef Pot Roast sandwich with extra Grilled Onions. The shredded beef is tender and flavorful, and the Horseradish Sauce tastes like the real thing. The Crinkle Cut Fries have that crispy snap with a tender, crunchy inside. Cod Fish and Shrimp dinners come with Crinkle Cut Fries, Cole Slaw and a Dinner Roll. Culver's Ice Cream is creamier and smoother than most soft-serve I have had. There's also Regular & Malted Milk Shakes, Root Beer Floats, Ice Cream Sundaes Concrete Mixers and Smoothies.

There was no cheese and it was also cold! It looked mashed together by hand!! This was my 2nd and last visit. My first visit no issues however today was definitely a waste of time and money!

Love the decor and the names of food items on the menu…read more Our Brie bartender/server was very friendly and talkative. Made us feel very welcomed. Starters of Jalapeño Chips and Pretzel. The Pucker Punch Sour and the German Lager were excellent choices for lunch beverages. The Vanilla Porter perfect for dessert. Yes, we did eat. Big Menu, Bold Flavors…read more Parkside is yet another excellent wendell Falls Parkway dining option. While the decor is rather austere, the service and food are first-rate. There is ample outdoor dining and a full-service bar with a good selection of draft beers. I particularly like the diverse menu and surprising variations on many tried and true classics. The Deviled Eggs starter is kicked up a notch with the addition of Jalapeño and Bacon. I really like the Chicken & Waffle Sandwich. The slightly crunchy Belgian Waffle is wrapped around a crispy fried Chicken Breast and topped with Hot Chipotle Honey - yum! If you are looking for a plate full of pure comfort food, try Mom's Meatloaf. The substantial portion of this old-fashioned favorite brought back fond memories of mom's kitchen. For something a little out of the ordinary, try that Canadian favorite (with a twist) Short Rib Poutine. The French Fries are smothered in a Hot Jalapeño Gravy, Garlicky Cheese Curds, Green Onions and chunks of Fork-Tender Boneless Short Ribs - so delicious. For something more basic, there's a very good Grilled Chicken Sandwich on a Brioche Bun. The fresh House Salad with Lettuce, shredded Cabbage and Carrots, Cucumber and Cherry Tomatoes is a perfect accompaniment for this hearty winner. There were a couple of items that missed the mark - at least with us. The Veggie Wrap with Coleslaw was bland and uninteresting and the slaw was not to our liking. We also did not care for the Tomato Bisque.

I wanted to take a friend to a nice spot Friday June 12, he had never had the pleasure of…read moreexperiencing. I've been here many times however it was his 1st visit. I let him know the food was great, home cooked and good portions. The one thing that ruined the evening was the RUDE waitress, he walked up to the table and before he could sit down she bought my drink out, she asked what will you have to drink, he's looking confused and responds still standing, well what do you have? She rambles all the options so fast I'm not sure he understood all but made a choice. Then he sat down. She came back and slid it on the table like a fly by.. Soon she bought a hush puppy basket they were cold, I dare not complain she was so nasty and distant. Next she came back, order book open and I was like it's his 1st time, she didn't say anything, she just looked out the window and waited, so we just knew we needed to order, so I named my meat before I could finish SIDES??then he simply asks did they have bone in chicken ( I didn't know he was going to ask or I would have told him beforehand) she says no we have , fried chicken breast tenders, sisco chicken etc, she named every chicken dish on the menu without taking a breath.. I can give her props for knowing that..we both were looking at her confused and she never looked at us it was always "looking out the window " He said just give me "Flounder " one piece or two??? He replies one, SIDES??? Like we needed to be on point. She took the menus and left. She asked the questions she needed but was mean, not engaging and just rude. The WAY she asked.. When our food came this waitress walked by and literally slid our food on the table in a way that was like HERE! And kept walking I don't even think she stopped when she put them on the table she may have slowed down. We had to reach towards the end of the table to slide our plates in front of us. We both looking at each other in agreement she just nasty! The next time she came back she walked by and sat down a half glass of refill for his drink, she hadn't asked she just did it, suppose he wanted a glass of water? When we put our forks down she came over to get his plate and bought me a to go box as I still had half my food on my plate and she left the ticket. She didn't say is there anything I can get you or anything the entire time. He put his pymt with the ticket and put it on the edge of the table, I hadn't been in a while so I forgot we would pay on the way out. She was cleaning the floor near us and slid our ticket/pymt farther on our table, as if it was in her way, again he's confused so he said this is ready and she let him know to pay up front. I have never experienced such a nasty waitress at this restaurant and because of this I probably will never go back. I don't like not feeling comfortable and welcomed in a place where my money and time is going into. I started to complain before I left but in reality I don't think it would have mattered, and we left a tip not as much as we would have if she was more pleasant. I don't know whether she was having a bad day, a long day or to take it personal but I can't deal with attitude like that and won't take a chance on it again. This man drove a hour to experience this was just unbelievable!!!!
