The tech Anthony was unable to complete the job replacing a shower valve and putting it back together correctly. Instead choosing to leave 1 screw missing and 1 halfway in the wall and no silicone to waterproof the shower. I wonder why a business that could've easily fixed the problem with the product in the truck or the short stuff they had at Home Depot Corey the manager, we assume thinks offering a membership for future service is something people want when they don't do the first job correctly. I'm a real estate agent in the valley and I had a buyer that was under contract to purchase a home. We hired ASAP Plumbing to conduct a sewer inspection for us. My client paid $285 for the inspection and was told he would receive video camera footage, written report on what was discovered and an estimate for repairs. We only received a a partial camera video but no video showing the damaged sewer line or a written estimate for repairs. After multiple attempts to get the information that was promised with no response, we ultimately had to hire another company to do another inspection and we received what we paid for the same day. I've requested ASAP Plumbing to reimburse my client, but received no response. It seems they don't care about their image or customer satisfaction. I called to set up an estimate to replace a water softener. The technician arrived, finished with quote and handed us a bill for a $40 service fee. At no time when I called for the appointment did they mention a charge to come for an estimate. When I called the next day I spoke to someone that told me a manager will get back to me. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from them. Unless you're willing to pay for an estimate, ask when you make the appointment. Called for service on water heater, was told 69.00 which sounded good and after he got here was told 89.00, so had to correct him, then after he looked at water heater told me that 40 gal gas one would be 1800.00 + install, so told him no and he asked if I wanted water off to water heater, asked him if it would kill water to house, he said no , it did so I had to go out and turn back on, all in all , stay away from high dollar outfit, Lowes has 40 Gal with 9 yr warranty for 686.00. read more

I was quoted $700 after a $99 discount for a flush valve repair. $300 for flush valve. $450 for installation. $49 for valve adjustment. This was after already paying $148 a day earlier to diagnose the problem. Concerned about the pricing, we contacted another company and they charged us $136.15 all-in to perform the work above quoted at $700! $88 for labor $40 for trip charge $8.15 for the repair kit. The burner unit has to be replaced as per the service tech I had purchased the water heater through ASAP and been trying to get them to do the service work on replacing of the burner unit and this is the 12th day that I've been waiting. They said they would keep me informed but never heard back from them so on the 11th day I contacted SemperFi plumbing and heating and that's who they told me about the unit what needed to be done but ASAP purchases the Rheem through home Depot. I had a clogged condensation line, running from the attic to the exterior of my home. The clog was shutting down my AC in our severe heat. Ryan and Ryan from ASAP showed up on short notice and unclogged the line in about 15 minutes. This was after two visits by my AC service team, who could not fix the problem and recommended putting a new line in these guys have great work ethic and do good quality work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! SCAM!! SCAM! Im a landlord with properties all over Phoenix & Mesa, over the last 15 yrs, and I have a list of vendors that I've used and trusted. So one of my properties had a leak in the kitchen, and it was a Sunday, so the plumbers that I regularly use, were not available for same day service on a Sunday, and this situation was a bit of an urgent matter. So after searching on yelp for plumbers, I came across ASAP Plumbing. The only reason I called them was because they have good yelp reviews. I talked with the owner, Nick, on the phone and he said he can have a plumber there within a few hours. The plumber from ASAP, his name is Daniel, he showed up and after he his inspection, he called me and after that a few red flags came up for me: 1) The first thing Daniel asks me is... "Sir are you in the Valley?" I told him "no Im not" (Im in Tucson, but I didnt feel the need to tell him that). In my experience, I know that some vendors want to see if you are a local landlord / investor, or if you are out of town, and if you out of town... guess what, they are more likely to try to rip you off. 2) After finding out that Im not local in the Valley, Daniel then tells me that we have a slab leak (where the pipe underneath the slab is leaking and it is coming through to the floor in the kitchen), and that the repair that he recommends is a "rerouting of the pipe" ...a job that would cost over $3,200!! Naturally, I became suspicious. Daniel said they would need to come back and perform a leak detection with their equipment to make sure. 3) Then, Daniel then tells me "Hey you are going to want to have a restoration company come and clean up this water damage" ----- HUGE RED FLAG!! (for anyone that doesnt know, PLUMBERS GET PAID A KICKBACK COMMISSION, sometimes bettween $500 to $1500 or more from a restoration company to send them referrals. Then the restoration company comes in and tears up your property (before the insurance company can come do an apprasil), and holds you hostage with the repairs that need to be done, and the whole time they will tell you that your insurance company will pay for it. They will create more damage, to increase the bill ---- because someone has to pay the Plumber's kickback --- And you the homeowner could be out THOUSANDS of dollars out of your own pocket to get your property repaired, because the insurance company likely will not cover all of it, no matter what the restoration company tells you). 4) Daniel tells me, write down this name, Preferred Choice Restoration, call this number, and tell them that Daniel from ASAP Plumbing referred you ----- RUN FOR THE HILLS!! If this is not so blatantly obvious, that Daniel is getting a referal bonus from this company if they close a sale with me. After that phone call with Daniel, the scam artist, I was so weary about ASAP Plumbing. Not only did Daniel suggest a $3200 repair, but he told me to call this restoration company and tell them that Daniel referred me. The next day, Monday, Daniel came back and did the leak detection with the equipment. And sure enough, Daniel told me me, "yup, its a slab leak", and the cheapest repair would be the repipe option, which is over $3,200. That same aftertoon, guess who I got a phone call from? A person from Preferred Choice Restoration called, and said that Daniel from ASAP Plumbing gave them my phone number and they wanted to sell me their restoration services! ***NOTE TO ASAP PLUMBING: HOW DARE YOU GIVE OUT A CUSTOMER'S PHONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER COMPANY WITHOUT PERMISSION??!?! DONT EVER DO THAT OR YOU GET NASTY YELP REVIEWS LIKE THIS ONE!!*** Being wary of this scam artist, I called a different plumbing company, to have them come for a second opinion. So on Tuesday, the other plumbing I called, comes out and inspects the leak, and they determine that the leak is a broken faucet and pipe underneath the sink, and it is NOT a slab leak!! They fixed the pipe and facuet right away, and it cost me only $450 with this other plumbing company. After the leak was fixed (not by ASAP Plumbing), I called Daniel back, and asked him "why did you give my phone number to Preferred Choice Restoration?" (which by the way, has horrible yelp reviews) And he replied... "oh we work exclusively with them, so I gave them your number" ---- SCREW YOU DANIEL!! That's like a car dealer telling you its okay for them to sell your phone number to Bank of America because you asked them about auto loans, so Bank of America can call you try to sell you a car loan. The only reason why Daniel gave them my information, is so they he can try to collect a huge kickback if I use their restoration services. The owner Nick, will likely respond to this review, trying to make it better. But the truth is, you have a bad apple Nick, his name is Daniel, and it's not good for your business. My 80yr Grandmother called ASAP Plumbing because there was a significant amount of water coming up from under the 4ft block wall that separates her home from the neighborhoods. The Technician that came out was Luis! He asked if everything was turned off in the house. My grandmother and aunt told him yes! They all looked at the little round flow meter that is located in every water box. If the water is barely tickling it will barley move or if the shower was on it would be spinning!! That is the only thing the technician Luis went off!! He didnt get a shovel or a prob off the truck to explore or try to locate the leak. He sold my 80yr widowed grandmother on a fixed income a new water main because thats where all the water was coming from? Her water main!! Luis charged her for a trenchless technology install???? witch means they dont trench they just pull the old waterline out and the new one comes in right behind it. Well where Luis told my grandmother her water main was , when really the main was 30ft from the leak ON THE SIDE OF HER HOUSE NEXT TO THE NEIGHBORS WALL!!! MMM.... He didnt do the trenchless technology that he charged her for! He dug a 5" trench put the new main in and called it a day. the next day there was ALOT MORE WATER she called Luis back out and he looked around and said it looks like your neighbor has a leak to!! lol Long story short , the neighbor called her own plumber out and he dug down about 2" where the water was and located the leak!!! (See photos) My grandmother never had a leak there better yet any water pipes within 20ft! It was the neighbors water main the was leaking the whole time!!! they charged my grandmother $6,000 for NOTHIN! I dug up the original water main by hand and exposed all of it this water main was know where near where the leak was! I have tried reaching out to supervisors or the owner. Finally got a supervisor to come out he was very helpful took pictures we explained what had happened and he seamed to be embarrassed to have to come out to a call like this !! What's he supposed to say?? Its a no-brainer! Luis installed a $6,000 water main i a house that didnt need it! THE NEIGHBOR SURE DID THOUGH! He took his findings and photos back to his boss John Sulvan & owners! I reached out to the supervisor that came out to see what the plan was moving forward! Come to find out this supervisor had quit his job after there meeting??????? sounds like they might have lost the only honest guy they had working for them?? Now John is handling this. I reached out to John S at 4:45pm this Friday to see where we are at with everything, he acted like i was a bother to him he was arrogant and did wanna hear it. He keeps going on and on about re pressurizing the old main to see if it has any leaks. it has no leaks the ground is hard as a rock not a drop of water anywhere. Plus thats not the point the point is she called them out to fix the water coming up from the ground!! And after the repair there was more water!! They failed to correctly diagnose and repair the issue they where called for! John should do the right thing and give an 80yr women her money back! Also i called 3 other plumbers to get a quotes on how much they would charge to do the same job. It was from $2,900-$3,400 MAX!!! Where does that other 3k go????????????? I guess they just make up prices how they see the customer? Who knows!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS ! I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE LIKE THIS BEFIORE IN MY LIFE !
