this place used to charge less than $1.50 for any item. Now nothing is below $3/item! I don't mind that they charge more because it's their business decision. However, they never informed their customers of the increase and there's no place in their establishment that lists their prices. Going to a more reputable place going forward. read more

I hate giving bad reviews. I have been bringing my clothes at this location for years and have never had a problem until today. Couple of weeks ago i realized that my pleaded skirt from Zara no longer was pleated. I'm not sure why this happened because I've had had this clean here before without it problems. When I came back with a skirt and asked for them to iron it, I was told no problem. Today I go and pick it up and the spur is completely damaged. The lady gave me the skirt confirmed that skirt is damaged a shook her head. She got on the phone with a manager, Edwin. She gave me the phone and Edwin proceeded to tell me about how they are not responsible for these damages. He procededed to make excuses and not a want to apologize or try to do the right thing. Having been in the customer service field for 25 years I found it appalling that all I heard were excuses. I asked Edwin to do the right thing but ultimately was told he is not responsible for a skirt used 6 times, cleaned at this location twice without problems but now destroyed and even charged for the cleaning??? read more

I will never use this place again. I've used this cleaner several times in the past without any issues. Dropped clothes off on Saturday and returned a week later to pick up my belongings when I was told there was nothing to pick up. I had receipt and showed payment transaction on the bank account and was continuously told my clothes were not there. After refusing to leave without my clothes one of the workers came to the front checkout area to figure out where my clothes were while researching and speaking to someone on the phone until she found my items. I arrived home to find my items wrinkle, faded, and appears to have not been touched other than to hang and wrap in plastic. Very disappointed and will never again use this place under no circumstances. read more

If I could provide a negative rating, I'd surely do it based on the service I got. First of all, I told the person when I turned in over 25 shirts, that I wanted them to be HEAVY starched; but it seems their level is the total opposite of what I asked/paid for. In addition, I turned in a suit, and never have I gotten a suit jacket back that was not pressed lapels!!! Then when I tried to call, no one answers and their voicemail is full, possibly with complaints and unsatisfied customers! I will not use them agin, and I think I may have to physical deal with the person that recommended them to me! At that place, you truly get "$2-dollar service & quality"! I brought in my duvet to have it dry cleaned and repaired. I went a couple weeks later to pick it up as I had forgotten about it. I bring it home and I notice that it still smells funny and then I look and see that none of the repairs were made. So I took it back and pointed this out. I then came in that Saturday for it and the repairs were not finished. I stopped by again this morning to pick it up and the repairs were partially done. The lady at the counter said it would be ready by 5pm today. So I went by there on my way home to find, lo and behold that the repairs still were not complete. This place is the most inefficient cleaners I've come across. If it's not complete tomorrow I will be asking for a refund. read more

I have been going to ASAP Cleaners for quite sometime now and have never had any issue with them until today. I dropped off my two dress yesterday one dress that has an attached bow tie to it. The lady asked me if I wanted it to be clean I nodded and didn't think about why she asked. Today I went in to pick up my dresses to notice on my receipt that I was charged for three pieces not two. I asked why I was charged three pieces the cashier said because the bow tie is considered a second piece, told her she never informed me yesterday when I dropped it off if that it would be another charge. I explained to her that I have brought this dress on multiple occasions to be dry cleaned and never have been charged for the bow tie. I spoke to the manager and he said they always charge because they need to keep tabs on all parts that come into the cleaners. I have no problem in paying extra if that's the case but you can't just charge people extra and not inform them. Customer experience honestly was not good at all. I just asked him to please inform customers of up charges. I will not be returning. read more

Horrible. Do not trust your clothes to these people. They lost my pants that go to an expensive suit, and when I went in to go speak with them, the guy talking to the cashier next to me also had his clothes misplaced! The first cashier I spoke with about this told me that the owner/manager avoids dealing with customers, and that the manager directed employees not to tell customers when he is in, to avoid dealing with customer issues directly. The cashier then pointed to a large stack of claims forms for missing clothes, and several racks full of clothes that he told me couldn't be linked to customers. My pants were lost nearly a year ago and they have never once tried to resolve the issue. I've gone in person several times to deal with this (which is also super inconvenient) and while the staff are always sympathetic, they are pretty much powerless to do anything without being able to escalate issues to management. So yes, this place is fine until you have any issues and then stuff starts to really break down fast. You're better off going to Sera's Cleaners down the street. Also the guy who put up the review right before this one? Pretty sure he works there. read more

We came here and spent over a few thousand dollars for dry cleaning for two years. Hey but you get what you paid for. They ended up losing my husbands suit jacket that was getting altered. Mind you this jacket at retail with alterations cost us over $600. They charged our card twice for a separate transaction and still have yet to refund us after 30 days. This company has lost the jacket and stated at one point they had to take the jacket home when alterations should be done in house. Does that make any sense? So after a month they of course didn't find the jacket and so they have to give us what compensates it. Which is only half of what we paid for. They said that we had to give them the pants if they give us the money for the jacket... WTF. So after arguing with them they say we can keep our pants out of courtesy? Again does that make any sense? They admitted that this happens often so they know what to refund but there regulations on refunds are outdated so be aware! The girls at the front are super kind and work super hard. But management sucks here and needs to take some responsibility. We shouldn't have to argue so much for your mistake as a company. read more

We've all heard the commercials by now. The message has been hammered into our heads by radio advertisement that yes we no longer need tolerate expensive dry cleaning prices. It is possible to get delicates, wools, comforters,and table linens properly cleaned for a responsible price, and not sacrifice quality. Those are table stakes. However, what I like about ASAP Cleaners and what I believe sets them apart, is that they do all of their cleaning competently and at a competitive price yet still manage to provide that personal touch. I come in, drop my clothes off ,and the staff remember me and the small things like how I like my shirts laundered, or no creases in my pants. Though they are one of the pioneers of the one price dry cleaning philosophy, they have not rested on their laurels, having expanded their service to cleaning Uggs, and alterations at prices I can live with. WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER. They ruined not only one, but TWO of my daughters expensive prom dresses. Took them there the same time and they managed to damage them both beyond repair. The first dress was a silky material that had a small chocolate stain on the front that was smaller than a dime. When they gave it back to me there was a huge hole in it (about the size of a half dollar coin). They then tried to blame that on me, when I inquired about it. While all this is going on they're looking for the second dress and cannot find it. My daughter extremely upset points it out hanging in the back with a HUGE purple stain on the front (that was not there when we dropped it off). The front desk girl goes and grabs the dress and starts talking to one of the dry cleaners who comes back and states they tried to put it in the washer with the soap and this is what happened, and they can't get the stain out. Yes you heard that correctly, they tried to put a 500 dollar dress in a washing machine with soap. My daughters prom was the following day so I'm livid and she's SOBBING. The front desk girl spends thirty minutes trying to get in touch with the owner/manager before he finally answers (she told us he's very unprofessional and is barely ever there). He says he'll come in first thing in the morning and fix it and promises not only me, but my daughter. The next morning we stop by to pick up the dress and he has yet to make an appearance and the dress is in the same condition. We call and he says to come back in two hours. We come back after getting my daughter all ready for prom for him to tell us the dress ruined and he cannot repair it. My daughter wasn't able to attend prom and he refused to reimburse us for the dress. We had to get the attorney general involved and was only reimbursed 200 dollars for both dresses.
