I'm not afraid of a little sweat and this whole process was a little over an hour anyway. In the long run, I know it's worth it. . I walked in feeling like I had a "My name is Jodie, I'm new", sign on my shirt. Seemed like I stuck out and everyone in there knew each other but that didn't stop people from being friendly. I read the instructions on the front load washer. Exchanged dollars for coins. Bought a box of detergent and sat back to scroll thru X. (That's right. In case you haven't heard. Twitter is now X.) As you know, scrolling thru X and other media's will have your hour feel like 5 min. My fabrics/throws were done. On to the dryer. $.25 will get you 5 min of dry time. I put in 4 quarters since my load seemed thick. 20 min drying time. (Back to X) I grab my things from the dryer, and everything was perfectly dry! Next time I might start at 10 min. .Sue's is bigger than I initially thought. There's a whole back end that dog legs off to the right. Lots of room. Also convenient, it's right behind Dunkin' on Broadview Ave. Sue's is self serve but also provides wash/dry/folding services for you upon request! The place is really clean and equipment is nice looking condition. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks, as well as game machines and bubble gum machines. The change machine can take a $10 and provide change in quarters. Also 5's and 1's. Grab a coffee at dunkin and let Sue's handle your big jobs.

We had several weeks' worth of laundry piled up, including tons of toddler clothes that I typically stay on top of daily. Jeff (the owner) called me within hours and took the time to walk me through everything. I had a lot of questions since this was our first time using a service like this, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. The next morning, my husband dropped off our giant load - 9 garbage bags totaling 214 lbs (!!). The staff was expecting him, helped unload everything, and had him in and out within minutes. About 24 hours later, everything was ready. It was all perfectly cleaned, neatly folded, and organized. Socks were paired, toddler clothes/pants/shirts were grouped and wrapped separately, and everything was sorted in a way that made putting it away so much easier. The staff even brought everything out and loaded it into the car. The whole process was so seamless and efficient it honestly felt super luxurious. What really stood out was how reasonable the pricing was given the amount of laundry and the level of service. We just found out our new washer and dryer delivery has been delayed again, and my first thought was to send another load to Swiftdrop. At this point, we've joked about sticking with Swiftdrop's wash-and-fold service instead of replacing our machines! In our experience, it's rare to find a business that is this responsive and easy to work with. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Swiftdrop Laundry and look forward to using them regularly in the future!

I wanted to write a review on this particular Laundromat because IMHO, they were different. I've driven past this Laundromat a couple of times before deciding to go in. I went on a Monday night, thinking it wasn't going to be busy. Boy was I wrong, it was busy! One of the two coin changers was not working and had an out of order sign. Aside from the broken machine and a few lint balls on the floor - I was pretty impressed with this store. Overall it was pretty clean and bright compared to other Laundromats I've been to. The attendant greeted me when I came in and helped everyone w/ bringing in their laundry - I have never ever seen this at any of the other Laundromats I've been to. Maybe it's because I don't frequent them enough but I really like the way they run their business here. They even give away prizes every month which I thought was a nice gesture but not sure why a Laundromat would do that. I used their biggest machine - I believe the attendant told me it had a 75lb capacity? It was $8.00 for the hot wash and for one of the large dryers it was $0.25 for every 3 minutes. I washed 2 comforters, one king & one queen, and it took me only 35 minutes. When the wash was completed the comforters were only slightly damp which was strange since I know I saw water soaking them. I asked the attendant about it and I guess the washers spin so fast that it dispels most of the water - allowing for quicker drying, which is always a plus in my book. I had the comforters in the dryer for only 25 minutes and they were completely dry! I was in and out of there in just under an hour - AMAZING! I thought my experience was good and warranted a review so if you're in the Manassas area and need a Laundromat, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't come here - this is now my go to spot for comforters!

They actually have a kids corner where your kids can play. I didn't know how to operate the machine (no quarters). You get a laundry card and add funds to it. Herotage did not initially put my suit in the bag when my wife picked it up. Than they said it needed more cleaning and now they say the massive stain on the suit was there when I dropped it off.
