I ordered the tomato soup combo, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The tomato soup was rich, flavorful, and perfect for dipping. The real star, though, was the Parmesan-crusted sourdough. Absolute chef's kiss. Crispy, buttery, cheesy, and packed with flavor!

They serve Gourmet Grilled Cheese Melts, Salads, Soups, Sides, Kid's meals and Milkshakes. They also have a Classic Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Combo. I gave a 3 star overall, but I give the Grilled Cheeses a 4 star. The 3 star overall is for 1 reason. We had a couple of questions about the menu such as, do they not have the Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Soup or the Mac & Cheese Bowl anymore ( They have removed these items from the menu ) and the employee was kinda rude about it and I really didn't like that. Anyway--- The Sandwiches are really good and the sides were good. They also do catering and you can find them on Facebook and Instagram. There is a covered outdoor patio along with shared seating inside. It's a good place to grab a Grilled Cheese and a tasty Milkshake.

Most recently, I was at Reunion with some friends grabbing drinks, and I found myself so grateful New Berlin was open. While I firmly believe that their food is good all the time, it's exceptional after a few rounds. I went with the classic Doner Kebab, and it hit the spot. Everything is fresh and full of flavor - it's extremely craveable. It's important to note that the bread is also as close to authentic as possible in the States - their team made sure of that! We also shared some fries and cheese curds, both of which taste phenomenal in their housemade ranch. New Berlin, keep on doing what you're doing. I'll be back soon!

Food trucks can always be hit or miss with the wait time, food quality and prices. I think that Busan Bop does a fine job with their food and menu but my particular choice of food wasn't so impressive I would order again or even from this food truck again. My coworkers and I were incredibly excited that this truck was going to be at Vanderbilt's staff appreciation event. Most of us intended to order the bibimbop but by the time we got to the front of the line they had sold out of the bacon fried rice and the bibimbop. I ordered the japchae with the beef brisket. The beef brisket was the best thing on that dish. The rest was a little underwhelming. The vegetables in the dish (mushrooms, green onions, carrots and red peppers) were sparse and the noodles didn't retain any of the flavor of the sauce they had sauteed it in. The kimchi on top of the dish added some more flavor and spice which I enjoyed. They did give hot sauce out to us when we asked for it as well. I think if I had gotten to try the bibimbop I would've enjoyed it more. The japchae was not very filling nor satisfying but the taste and flavor was pretty good.

Offerings include…read morejapchae, a sweet potato glass noodle dish, and bibimbap, a rice bowl with veggies, and poached egg. Both dishes can be served with spicy chicken, Korean bbq beef brisket, and sauteed mushrooms. The truck owner noted that she sometimes adds other dishes to the menu as well, such as kimchi fried rice with smoked bacon. For drinks, the Bop offers sodas, Korean specialty drinks, and peach tea. I was lucky to find the Bop near my workplace to test out the food. I ordered the japchae with spicy chicken, which was short-cut sweet potato glass noodles cooked perfectly in a tasty sauce with a variety of vegetables. The sauce is more cooked into the noodles than it is poured on top. It had less sesame oil than what I was used to in japchae, but it was still quite delicious. The spicy chicken was not very spicy at all (I asked for it that way). I imagine if I had asked for it to be spicier, she would have been able to make it so. The peach tea, which was a black tea that seemed to be sweetened and flavored with peach juice, was the perfect companion to the meal. A coworker ordered the bibimbap, and it looked delicious as well! If you have the good fortune to stumble upon the Bop, definitely give it a try!
