This firm gouged my lawn because they decided to put profit over service and cut the grass when it was too wet. You can't make sudden turns on wet grass with a zero-turn mower because it will damage the turf every time. They gave excuses rather than addressing the issue after I complained and sent photos. I fired them after two days of no response to my last text message. They then blamed the poor condition of my turf as the reason for their poor yard work. Good riddance because they were always in a hurry whenever they cut the grass and they often left ridges where they didn't property overlap cutting paths. I subsequently hired my neighbor's landscaper and the appearance is like night and day.
