Now, let's talk about the FOOD! Several people had recommended that we try the Whipped Feta appetizer, so of course we had to order it. OH MY GOODNESS! This was hands down one of the most delicious appetizers I've had in a LONG time! The whipped feta was creamy, with this wonderful honey combination in the middle that brought everything together beautifully. Paired with the bread, it was absolutely fantastic! I'm not kidding when I say I could've ordered that appetizer and made an entire meal out of it! LOL! If you visit Society, PLEASE try the whipped feta! For dinner, I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which came with their spinach-infused pasta. And WOW, that was delicious too! The pasta was wonderful, the sauce was flavorful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Definitely not your ordinary Alfredo! My friend ordered the Penne alla Vodka, which looked delicious, although I didn't get a chance to sample it. Guess that gives me another reason to return! And can we talk about the SERVICE?! Absolutely wonderful! Our server was attentive, friendly, and always checking on us to make sure everything was taken care of. We never felt forgotten, and everything flowed so nicely throughout our dinner. Then came a little surprise! They found out we were celebrating my birthday and brought out a birthday dessert! Drinks (4/5): The Wine Collective participates in the Scottsdale Wine Walk along with five other wineries in Old Town. You can get a passport at any of the locations for $5 and then you'll receive a discount off of flights at each. You also get a stamp upon completing your mission at each spot. They only had one passport left, so luckily I was able to start the challenge. They have several different flights, more than just your standard red or white, including one where they will customize the flight based on your preferences. I'm not sure how many taps they had in total, but definitely more than 40 I would say. I'm not a big beer drinker, so I ordered a cider. The cider I was served was on tap and really tasty. One thing to note, while I was talking to the owner/manager of the tipsy cactus (shout to him because he was really cool), he told me that Friday night and Saturday nights are usually popping so I wouldn't expect to be first in line on any of those nights.
