The staff is top notch and did an amazing job, not just for the main driveway expansion job, but also with reconfiguring my steps (towards the top) to be wider and more welcoming (which I didn't even have specs for!). I could not recommend them more. Also, they're the only place I'll go to for propane. They don't swap out your tank, only fill the ones that you bring, which I love considering I purchased new tanks when I moved into the neighborhood.

I've struggled with posting this because he is a small business but after seeing other lawns throughout the spring, summer and fall, I decided to post. We searched the neighborhood for the nicest lawns and landscaping and kept seeing signs for Mike and Marco. We called and he showed up the next day. He removed a ton of landscaping rocks and excess dirt from our backyard cleanup. The lawn looked great to start but as the summer went on his guys destroyed my lawn. Coming from the nicest lawn last year to this was horrible. I called him and texted with no response. I also asked my wife to call because I thought he might be screening calls. I spoke to his guys who pretended to listen and did nothing and actually broke a sprinkler head. I decided to fire him and he finally called back and sounded unfazed. I called my old landscaper right back and will never make this mistake again. It's sad because the houses he handles are bigger and have more landscaping than mine. I guess stealing our money was just fine for him. Edit: because you can't reply, yes you did respond back after numerous calls and texts. You finally called back when I left a message and canceled your service and I thanked you because I was being nice and don't like to be rude. They have open/closed our in-ground pool, power washed our home and exterior walkways, replaced a wooden gate, created a brick walkway and installed an interim drainage solution. They will shop for materials at Home Depot or the Pool Store if needed. Alternatively, you can provide all supplies. [This section of the review remains unchanged] We started using this company a few years back (when they were "Cousins Pool Service")*. Small, family business that was easy to reach via text. They've grown and now use a shared company phone/texting system to book appointments. We booked an appointment for an in ground pool opening today via text. When there wasn't anyone here by 2pm, my brother rang the company owner. His voicemail instructs you to ring the main company phone number. The receptionist collected the information and promised to call with an update. By 3:30 we figured they weren't going to call, so we called them. My brother explained everything (again), highlighting (again) that the appointment was confirmed via text. He was asked (again) who booked the appointment from the company. We have no idea who operates their company appointment booking system. The owner reached out via text to my brother just now (4:30) and confirmed we are not on the schedule. He asked for the details my brother has provided twice to the receptionist. Providing coverage to watch both of my parents is always a challenge as they are elderly. We booked the time and prepared the backyard. (Moving the heavy filter/pump monstrosity, buying chemicals, adding water to the pool, pumping water off the cover, etc, etc.) * The guys who work for this company are really nice. Sean scheduled an 11am powerwash and was an hour late. He completed part of a 1-day project, returning the next day. When shopping for drainage/fencing material (3pm), the guys deviated to work for another client without any notice. Sunset was at 5:53pm with a storm that night. The old gate had been removed, the grass ripped off and a path dug into the ground. I'm glad the guys returned at 7:30 pm and enclosed the yard as we have an in-ground pool. However, putting sand into the hole was poor planning with rain on the horizon. It became mud. Additionally, the landscapers were unable to access the backyard with a moat.
