Unsealed/bolder sink to vanity. I can lift up the sink. Never fixed.

IMAGINE PROMPTLY PAYING A CONTRACTOR HALF THE PRICE THEY SET FOR WORK BEFORE IT STARTS AND THE OTHER HALF AFTER ITS "DONE" FOR WHAT YOU DISCOVER TO BE UNFINISHED WORK THAT IS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 2 WEEKS ACCORDING TO THEM TO COMPLETE AND BEING HELD HOSTAGE ON DAYS/WEEKS ON END BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO "BUSY" AND "INCONVENIENCE" FOR THEM AND THEN HAVE THEM ACCUSE YOU OF ASKING THEM TO DO "EXTRA" WORK! WHAT "EXTRA" WORK DID YOU DO WHEN YOU DIDN'T EVEN FULLY COMPLETE THE INVOICED/CONTRACTED WORK AND YOU TOOK THE MONEY UPDRONT??? THEY ALSO REMOVED THE PHOTOS OF THE AWFUL WORK THEY DID AND UPLOADED A BUNCH OF THEIR OWN PHOTOS. NONE OF THEM ARE REALT CUSTOMER GENERATED PHOTOS. How greedy, discriminatory, unprofessional, incompetent, ridiculous, petty, and unethical! The other five star reviews written or photos posted weren't for services rendered or from the company's family and friends to artificially inflate their Yelp ratings! There is a guy named "brian" who is essentially the secretary who only gives lip service, lots of yeses but when it comes to delivery he can't deliver. "tony" on the last day when i pointed out that they never finished grouting work as discussed and listed on the invoice told me that he's "not sitting on the toilet the whole day at home staring at walls." This is how you will get treated as a paying customer. They have time to answer my Yelp post but not the text nor my phone calls to confirm why they didn't show up today to finish the work. The outright lies they have posted in response is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of exactly what YOU as a PAYING CUSTOMER should expect to experience after they steal your money and then decide to suddenly ghost you in the middle of finishing the contracted work. I MET WITH THEM AND SHOW THEM THE WORK THAT HAD TO BE DONE. THEN THEY TOLD ME THE PRICE WHICH I PAID. THERE WAS NEVER A DISCUSSION OF BUDGET. The contract fully outlines what work has to be done. All you had to do today was 1) seal the sink to the vanity and 2) fill in the gap in the floor where you replaced the new molding which you can see in the pictures. If you pay to have new sink/vanity installed you would expect that it would be properly sealed. If you pay for door/molding to be installed you would expect the bottom of the molding to be sealed. 2 SIMPLE ITEMS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. The reason I had to even write this review is because you decided to take the money and then ghost your customer! Note: I am not even calling out how they bought the wrong doors and I let that slide, the incomplete grouting work, supplying my own paint for the exterior wall surrounding the molding and having them use that same paint to paint the interior walls which I told them multiple times was a different color, etc. because I was so fed up with the level of shortcuttings, lies, gaslighting, being strung along, and dismissive behavior that I just wanted a semblance of completion and never have to deal with them again. IS THIS WHAT YOU DEFINE AS "EXTRA" WORK? THE WORK YOU DECIDE THAT YOU NO LONGER WANT TO DO AFTER YOU TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE PRICE THAT YOU SET AND BUDGETED TO EXTORT MORE MONEY FROM A CUSTOMER???

Tony and Brian did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen. They were able to accommodate my timing, and request for a more modern day kitchen. Easy to work with and great job! Thank you so much!!

horrible work. untrustworthy all around scam. eventually just stop talking your calls. I have too many shotty work pics to even post. Even ruined my things, broke a cabinet they never fixed broke a leg off my armoire, complete treated my belongings like garbage. It got worse and worse over time not only did I find out they were drinking on the job they took beer out of my own refrigerator and drank it. Promise me repeatedly they were coming back to fix everything and now has blocked me. My floors are already lifting after three weeks they had no idea what they were doing.

But the job they did deserves recognition. Among the many people worth a shout-out: designer Chaya Uzan whose enthusiasm and ideas gave us a sense that our project was quite special; and Robbie Goldberg, our day-to-day contact and project manager, who brought a craftsman's eye to all aspects of the job. When problems were encountered, problems were fixed. An example: once we installed a new oven in the kitchen we realized that we would have to do without a favorite built-in spice cabinet. Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. And last but not least, Mario, the site manager, who was there every day, hands-on, always professional and pleasant. On that note, the entire team seemed to like one another and treated us and each other with a refreshing degree of decency and consideration. To summarize: The team at ATOZ was thoroughly professional and kept us informed with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Importantly, the team worked efficiently to stay on schedule and were fair when an unexpected issues arose, providing clear solutions. The final result is exceptional, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend ATOZ to anyone.

I honestly feel blessed to have found them. Trust is everything when you're doing a renovation, and A to Z truly delivered on every level. This company missed appointments. They didn't even contact me on multiple days to say they weren't coming. I had to reach out and then was told that they would be there the next day. Only to have them not show up again. Rinse and repeat. I had to pay for another company to come in and complete their work. There was an entire 6 ft panel missing due to mistaken measurements. They are the ones who originally measured the yard! I sent them a copy of their original measurements and they tried to say that it was incorrect. I had to remind them that they are the ones who came out and did the initial walkthrough to measure. Panels of the fence were put in backwards so that multiple nail holes were shown. I had to pay to get them taken off, flipped and replaced. They slapped up a section of the fence diagonally and I had to pay to get it realigned at a 90° angle. One random post was sticking up over the top of the fence. The fence was not straight. It was crooked going up against the wall. They left a pile of cement which hardened on my brand new pavers. I had to pay to get it chipped off and cleaned. They only called me back when I explained that I would report them and would seek legal means to hold them accountable. George aka Parwinder Singh is the owner. He does not direct his workers. In fact, his workers like Richie, spent more time bad-mouthing their employer and trying to convince me to do off the book jobs with him than doing the work. I hope this review saves someone the headache and time that I had to deal with. Go with a company that will be responsive to their consumer and take pride in their work.

These guys are professionals and they are honest and reliable. Seems like a low bar, but the truth is I've been unfortunate enough to have experienced a nightmare renovation with a terrible contractor so I was putting this renovation off until i had no choice but to move forward with it. I simply didn't want to have the same experience I had before. I found them through Angie's list and they were very prompt with setting up a meeting to get a quote, they were on time, they were open and honest about the job, and probably most importantly, I got a good vibe from Vigan, the owner. After having considered other quotes, I knew Batusha was the way to go. I messaged him and off we went. He sent me a digital image of what the deck job would look like when finished, he sent me his plans to stop the flooding in my basement with the sump pumps, and I approved it, and the work started. The work was done in a timely manner, he was always in constant communication, and he delivered exactly what was promised. The quality of the work is excellent and there were no corners cut. The pricing was absolutely fair, and I will 100% use him again for my future renovations. Once you find a contractor you can trust, that becomes your guy. Vigan is my guy going forward.
