Was it some kind of scam for their own benefit? After 5 (!) weeks, the workers finally arrived. The guys who installed the fence did a wonderful job, so I'd give it a 3 stars overall. I never saw or heard from Mike again. Totally unacceptable management. I was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste from dealing with this company.
