My wife and I are amazed at how the space has been transformed. They also fixed some drainage issues while they were at it. They were nice guys and the whole crew was professional and accommodating. They protected the floors since all the material had to come through the apartment. I expected more battle scars, but they were very careful. I was worried about hiring a contractor initially because of all the horror stories i've heard, but I took a chance on these guys and i'm very happy with the results. I definitely highly recommend this company.

Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked. He then added sand, and sealed the pavers on the driveway, back yard and had already did the pointing. The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time. On top of all of this they are genuinely friendly and it's a pleasure to speak with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

If you are a small time landlord, you know what a godsend it is to have someone you can reach out to for property issues. I am amazed at the roofing work they have done. Would recommend to my family. On a side note. I have a very old property and the roof issue seems to have been persistent for some time, even before my ownership. I saw them demo off 5-6 layers of roofing material from previous patch jobs and do it proper. 10 if I can give it.
