She will call you, text, e-mail, I'm sure if she needed to send a carrier pigeon she would. Whatever works for you. She will always answer your questions, provide feedback that you may not have thought of, and it's always a no pressure situation. She could have easily told me, like one other fence place, that the fence had to come before some other jobs we were doing in the back. What the heck do I know about these things? I trust the experts. This would have resulted in her getting paid about ten months sooner than she will, but she explained that would not be the best way. So we deferred. I looked at four fence places, her quote was the same as one of the others, the other two were 20-35% higher. But more importantly, you're getting someone proficient and normal. One day I was walking a dog and came across Angel fencing company working in someones yard. I was going to take a photo of the phone number on the truck and a worker came out and offered me a business card. I kept that card for over 1 year, impressed by the workers friendliness while I was walking by. I called the number on the card and left a message, Kathy got back to me quickly. We made an appointment to have the owner look over my job which was to move an existing wood picket fence back 3' and to add a 30" pvc gate. Then in another area we switched over a pvc fence to a pvc gate. Within the span of two weeks Kathy and Bartolo completed work.
