The Rolling Omelet - Bacon breakfast burrito

A really cool and novel breakfast/lunch spot that creatively uses their space on an old school bus…read more Friendly owners, good food. I thought the breakfast burrito was great except it was a little heavy on the potatoes and could have been balanced better with more eggs and less potato. Also their red salsa that was supposed to be the hot one needs a lot more heat, it almost wasn't there at all, but perhaps it's just par for the area. But the real shining star dish from here is the quesabirrias with complimentary consomé, but I think they call it cheesy beef tacos or something like that. Breakfast is only served until 10am, but they do the breakfast burritos until closing at 2pm. Dont skip this great spot!

Such a fun little bus full of food! The owners are very kind and personable and awesome chefs too…read more The food here is tasty and reasonably priced too, which always makes my experience "that much better". I went with a group of family and friends and got to try a bite or two of various items on the menu. The biscuits and gravy had a nice flavor, it was hard to find the them underneath the heaping of gravy that covers the plate, but having too much food shouldn't be a bad thing. The pancakes were delightful and delicious and huge! I got to try the CrossFit Burrito and boy oh boy that was a winner. It was large and in charge, perfect to cut in half and share--and the homemade salsa topped it off perfectly. I also got a bite of Monte Cristo, not my favorite and it was the most expensive item, but it was alright to try. The bus has a fun atmosphere but it's a little squishy--they do have outdoor seating, but that's no fun when it's pouring rain. Overall, fun and fabulous! I recommend making a pit stop here when you can. TIPS & TRICKS: * Bring your appetite or just share! Again, plenty of food and you'll definitely have leftovers. * You can take your meal to go if you don't have time to have an easy, slow breakfast morning.

I found Karen's website after googling Jackson Hole Catering. We had a couple of tries before we…read morewere able to talk to each other on the phone. I let her know that I was simply looking for someone to cater two sides for our intimate wedding that we were having at the foot of The Tetons. I was not looking to spend a fortune which is often difficult when in Jackson Hole. All I was requesting was a side of mashed potatoes and a side of green beans that would feed 27 people. When we finally connected and I let her know exactly what I was looking for, she assured me that she could do that at a reasonable price. She e-mailed me a quote a couple of days later and I agreed that the price was fair and reasonable. I quickly Venmo'ed her the payment and we were all set. Nothing more was needed. The day of our wedding she dropped off the two sides at the requested time. As everybody enjoyed their picnic dinner people kept saying to me that both the mashed potatoes and the green beans were phenomenal. That made me so happy that everybody enjoyed them. I personally thought both were great, but the green beans were out of this world. She used the thinner french version of green beans, so they were already delicate, not tough. They definitely had butter in them, plenty to make them taste good. What was unique is she added white onion. I love onion and it was a perfect compliment to the baby beans, butter, and almonds. I ate so many green beans because I just could not stop, they were so good. I appreciated everything Karen did for us and at such a great price. If you are looking for catering in Jackson Hole you should look her up, you will be happy.

Communication was awesome, they were on time, helpful, friendly and Karen made planning easy. Especially since we planned the whole event out of state. We found her online, only with Yelp reviews to guide us! She helped us out with details we didn't even think about! The food, oh my, it was outstanding! Everyone talked about how delicious it was. It was all cooked perfectly! I highly recommend her and her staff! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
