Further, Jen Givens, Director of Catering & Events, was a delight to work with. She helped us pick out our menu, patiently and enthusiastically answered our (many) questions, and coordinated with our wedding vendors. Being Chicago foodies, we knew right away we made the right decision! We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic but Jen was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. Fast forward to the official wedding and it was all perfect. Her staff had to work through a massive storm in the middle of an open field and somehow managed to protect each plate of food from a single droplet of water. The presentation was beautiful and people are STILL raving about their entrees (especially that pasta!!), the breads, the meats, the key lime tarts, and the service. Everything was outstanding. From the very beginning, Chef Andrew was super communicative and highly collaborative. He worked closely with me to design a perfect, custom menu that catered exactly to what we were looking for. The service throughout the night was seamless and professional, and they were even kind enough to leave the kitchen spotless before they headed out.
