Provisions catered a wedding for my son and his wife here in Jackson Wyoming. From the initial menu planning (thank you Courtney and Betsy) through the follow up communication, to the wedding reception, they couldn't have made it more pleasant and personal. The food that they prepared was exceptional, not typical pre made "wedding fare", but delicious, seasonal and local dishes, mostly cooked on site. The servers and bartender were all excellent, personable and efficient. We couldn't be happier with the event and I will definitely reach out to Provisions for parties in the future, larger or small!

Over the last couple years for our annual ski trip we have hired a private chef one of the nights to bring the flavor of fine dinning into the home. With the Covid pandemic it was the perfect excuse to make the chef the centerpiece of our weekend meal plan. They nailed it!!! It all starts with the supporting staff (Courtney) who used my vision and transformed it into a dinning experience. I was not looking for wedding style catering, but rather very unique, personal feel as if the cook in the kitchen was part of the group. They were serving ten large athletic men, so part of the request was more food more often. Each night Provisions perfectly planned two rounds of appetizers (some what if an apre ski) before moving onto plated three course meal. They used fresh local ingredients like bison, beef ribeye, trout and veggies to help remind you that you were not at your local bistro. I am so pleased with our overall experience and I strongly recommend Provisions.

Snow King Mountain hosts annual concert series throughout the summer called King Concerts. One of the vendors is a local company called provisions that provides catering services in the county. I ordered the loaded fries and they did not disappoint. Crispy french fries topped with gooey melted cheese, a few slices of bacon and ground beef. The dish may not look very big, but it is filling and will leave you satisfied. read more

We hired Provisions Jackson Hole to cater our entire wedding week in Jackson Hole, WY, and we truly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the welcome dinner to the farewell brunch, every single meal was flawless. The food was not only delicious--it was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and completely rave-worthy. Our guests are still talking about it! Betsy, Scott, and Chef Clark are a dream team. They went above and beyond in every way, not just delivering top-tier cuisine, but creating an experience that felt personal, polished, and full of care. Had the Bison Breakfast Sandwich while at the Farmers Market which was actually pretty good. Only thing I would say is that the cheese made the texture a little off. read more

For New Year's Eve we booked provisions for a private dinner at our home in Jackson Hall and it over exceeded our expectations. The chef prepared a delicious four course meal and was able to accommodate our dietary requests and offer an intimate/delicious meal. Provisions brilliantly planned and executed a private, 5-course dinner for our group in Jackson, and it was truly a 5-star experience! Provisions was perfect from the start. Courtney and the chefs accommodated our large catering needs for our live production crew for Natural Selection during Covid times beyond my expectations and they are high! Every step of the process was seamless from sending us menus, meeting our budget, early call time meal drops, exceptional food, amazing attitude, lovely people and last but not least the donuts! They did custom donuts for our "wrap" and it was a perfect treat to finish our show. I can't say enough great things about our experience working with Provisions for our catering needs. They went above and beyond is an understatement. read more

Provisions catered my daughter's wedding and a Jackson Hole Book Festival fundraising event for 100 people. Please call me if you want all the wonderful and terrific details (they'll give you my number) but I am now the non-official President of the Provisions' Fan Club. Half of the 140 wedding guests told me that the food at the sit down dinner was the best they have ever had at an event. Their bartenders were fully in tune with the guests and as a result, the guests were very happy! Provisions collaborated magnificently to ensure a perfect wedding in a tent (where they had to set up everything). And their staff: Betsy, Scott, their chef, wow, I can't say enough good things. THEN on to the Fundraiser. 100 guests milling about. I will be happy to describe how delectable the brisket sliders and mini grilled cheeses were. Food was plentiful. I would hire them to make every meal if I could. Some notables items included - elk poke - THE best sourdough bread and butter - ranch beef dumplings with ground sirloin - shistio peppers with short rib salt - Mizo glazed cod with rice cakes that I still dream about - bok choy and mushrooms - matcha green tea creme brûlée Enjoy the pics!!! The folks at Provisions are absolutely outstanding! In particular Julie and Scott. We worked with them to cater a Symposium with about 200 people. Great communication. They were really receptive to our needs and worked within our budget constraints. When we found out we had ran out of coffee before our morning break, they quickly sprung into action and arrived with a fresh batch AND a coffee maker just in case haha. Literally saving the day! We hosted a family reunion with 8 adults and 2 children. Normally we'd eat some meals out, but between the Covid situation and crowding in restaurants, we decided on Provisions instead. It was an unqualified success! The meals were delivered on time, came with good directions to finish cooking, were great, and accommodated one guest's garlic allergy.
