Chef and her assistant were really friendly, easy to work with and relaxed about the entire experience. Our kids loved them and always wanted to give them hugs. From the get go, she was really responsive and kept us updated about the plan the entire time. We had to navigate a winter storm and she was flexible in moving things around to accommodate.

The service throughout the night was seamless and professional, and they were even kind enough to leave the kitchen spotless before they headed out. Chef Steve was very accommodating with our budget and worked with us to create a menu that suited us. Additionally, the communication was always clear and fast. Come the day of the wedding we were amazed at how good the food was. Every single guest raved about the food especially the bison steak. We had a dessert bar that was cleared out every single time they refilled because that's how good it was. For reference we got the crème brûlée, huckleberry cheesecake and tiramisu and 3/3 were out of this world. I had done a lot of research on catering companies/restaurants in the area and I'm so glad we went with three peaks. Besides the incredible food, the staff was also stellar.
