It all starts with the supporting staff (Courtney) who used my vision and transformed it into a dinning experience. I was not looking for wedding style catering, but rather very unique, personal feel as if the cook in the kitchen was part of the group. They were serving ten large athletic men, so part of the request was more food more often. Each night Provisions perfectly planned two rounds of appetizers (some what if an apre ski) before moving onto plated three course meal. They used fresh local ingredients like bison, beef ribeye, trout and veggies to help remind you that you were not at your local bistro.
