Horrible, horrible, horrible experience as i'm going through with Art to Frames at the moment... they cancelled my Amazon order due to poor project management on their part... and now i cannot even get a response to my repeated phone calls for the past week... and i called Friday morning at 9am... ATF customer service tells me they will get back to me later today... not a peep from them so i call back again at Friday 3pm... no answer... because their Friday hours are until 2pm!!! wow... amazing... :-( read more

Sent incorrect $50 frame type and size, called customers service and sent multiple emails but no response. So now I'm out $50 and still don't have the correct sized frame for my mothers birthday gift. read more

Horrible. Submitted my order over a week ago and it's still processing. Expected delivery is a month from now.

I bought 2 frames online through their eBay store and FedEx lost the package. In order to get new frames delivered, the store has to file a lost claim. I have been trying to call the store for 4 days and no one ever answers the phone. Have left at least 5 voice messages and no reply. Have they gone out of business?? Terrible customer service. I am out frames and $$$ with no recourse! So angry! Save yourself the aggravation and shop somewhere else! read more

Art to Frames is the first company that I purchased an nice frame online. I was very happy with how fast the package came and the frame was just as I expected upon arrival. Their packaging really good, so the frame didn't shift around, and if it did, there was also wrapping around the frame itself. Would totally use Art to Frames again. read more

The frame was delivered in a reasonably prompt manner and in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the frame for the price. My only complaint is that there was a small mark on my white frame. I will definitely be buying from them again. read more

WOW! So impressed with the quality and professional look of my canvas print. The price was very reasonable too! I will definitely be using Art To Frames again! read more

Order was placed on May 5th and was given an expected delivery date of before June 30th. Didn't really mind since I have ample time to wait around. A week later and I still haven't received any kind of update. Customer service number just rings and rings and I can't get a hold of anyone via email or phone. read more

On May 13th - I placed an almost $500 order for framed photos. I received one email from the company with an estimated delivery date for sometime in July. I have called and emailed the company's support systems to no avail. I am ready to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card company against Arts to Frame. Suggestions? read more

I purchased a custom double-photo frame online. I have two beautiful original photographs of my grandparents when they were in their early 20s, just before they married, that were odd sizes. Usually I use a company called LevelFrames for custom work, but they didn't seem to be able to make the double-photo look I wanted. I really wanted to display these side by side in a beautiful and elegant frame, so I kept searching trying to find a framing company that would allow me to customize two photos like this without having to go down to a storefront and pay extra to have someone else mount it for me. Enter Art to Frames. When the frame arrived it didn't really come with any directions and tools like LevelFrames did, so that was a disappointment. But I searched around on youtube to make sure I was putting the thing together right and about 5 minutes later I had my beloved grandparents side by side and hanging in my hallway wall next to other treasured family photos. read more

Art To Frames - My grandparents side by side in a beautiful Art to Frames frame. - Framing Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I have ordered several frames from this company before. They are always nice frames and ship very timely at a reasonable price point. I just ordered in the past month and due to the pandemic at first it said I would not get them until July. I was disappointed but I understand these are crazy times and frames are not essential. However, the frames came within 2 weeks. As always, I am very happy with art to frames and their professional service. Their prices are also very reasonable. Especially, with the custom sizes! Thank you! read more

The "custom size" frames are way more expensive than "standard size" frames, which seems like a complete rip-off. The foam backing was cut unevenly, and the sides were ragged and torn. The frames look nice from the front, though. read more

I had a print that I bought in New Orleans two years ago that I couldn't find a frame for "off the shelf" because of the dimensions. I finally came across ArtToFrames online and I am so happy that I did! I was able to customize the frame and it didn't break my bank. I now have a go-to place for all of my frame purchases. They have lots of choices to make the frame exactly how you want it to look. Check them out! read more

This is the worst company EVER! Terribly confusing website! Product is so overpriced!! Customer service does not exist. I got completely the wrong size frame, website promised glass, frames came with cheap plastic. Owner said essentially, tough luck. I paid way to much for something that is just not worth hanging. Do not get sucked in. read more

I paid $64 for a frame online that ended up being the wrong size so I requested a refund. They granted me a refund but I had to pay $76 to ship it back to them. I essentially just got some money back for shipping, which wasn't enough to cover the entire shipping price, and lost all of the money I spent on the picture. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company online. Also, the frame they sent was actually not as nice as it looked online when I received it. read more

I placed my order on August 15th. It was shipped 4 weeks later, but returned because they put the wrong address on the shipping label. Never got a call or email regarding my frame being returned; I had to figure it out on my own with FedEx tracking numbers. I wrote an email to customer service on September 19 asking them to ship it out again to the correct address that I provided when I purchased my frame. And again I sent an email on October 1 asking for a shipping update. All I get is..."Let me talk to my co-worker who handles this...." Seriously? I understand that these are unconventional times with shutdowns and I've been patient for almost 2 months, but this is unacceptable and ridiculous. How hard is it to correct a mistake you made and resend my order? read more

Would give fewer stars if possible! Accepted payment before informing me that they would not ship to my location. Customer service in not available during the hours listed or at all for that matter. Don't waist your time or money with this sham. Very unprofessional! I really should have just thrown my money away. At least then these frauds would not have more funds to continue robbing people. read more

I received my frame today. Shipping of frame and acrylic well done. No issues. Mounting hardware missing critical piece to attach screw to one side. Screws - low quality. I won't use theirs. The little metal pieces that push into frame hold backing in place also a disappointment. Very flimsy and difficult to push into wood frame. I will the keep the frame for now but probably won't use again. If you want an odd size and not to spend $80 for a real frame. Probably OK. But if you want to hang something nice and have it look nice. Find a local frame shop. read more

I ordered multiple times from amazon and they couldn't get the size right. I have odd sized graffiti art prints and art to frames had the perfect size and they fit perfectly. Quality construction at a reasonable price. I'll be back read more

I ordered several frames, and all but one were the correct size. NBD. I called to get a refund or replacement frame and was told I had to take photos of the frames with measurements, which I promptly did and sent to customer support. I heard nothing. I followed up again. Heard nothing still. I just let it go. Whatever, I'll get a frame somewhere else. But then, I get a spam email from them offering some discount. And just for laughs, I text back and complain about this situation. To my surprise, they did text back. It seemed at first they were reaching out to remedy the situation, which would have been impressive. I thanked them for reaching out and said I never received any reply to my emails. BUT they're insistent that they did reply...even though I can see with my own eyes they did not. And then they go on to say that it's passed the 30 day window, so there's nothing they can do. Like man, they really reached out just to tell me it's MY fault for not replying to these phantom emails and I won't be able to get a refund. Like why did you reach out to me? It wasn't a huge deal to me, and I may have ordered from them again, but their petty attitude ensured that won't be happening. read more

Although Covid-19 affected the order time, nearly 2 months to get my order, it was totally worth the wait. The frame is beautiful and very well made. It was well worth the price!! Will be ordering again even if it does take a while. read more

Just picked up a panoramic photo I blew up for a friend here and I'm so so pleased with their work. They were super quick in fulfilling the order and because I chose pick-up as my option, I got it super quick. I've had many of my photos blown up and framed from various places, but Art to Frames is by far the best place I've used for this. So many great, unique options for matting & framing. I will definitely be using them from now on. I highly recommend!! read more

I had a cheap frame on a painting from homegoods, and when it fell off the wall by accident, I needed a new frame. ArtToFrames really had the only decent selection of the certain dimension I needed (16in x 16in). Surprisingly good quality and shipped as expected, but a little pricey for what I needed since I just wanted the cheapest of the right dimension. Package came with lots of extra bubble wrap and cardboard, too, and not sure how much was necessary. Pretty good overall! read more

I had absolutely no problem with the web site, and they delivered exactly when they said they would. The product is exactly what I wanted and what I ordered. Good job! I was a bit worried after seeing the one star review, but my experience proved that they seem to be a good source for frames. read more

Gorgeous frame; arrived in half the time expected; excellent packing protected the GLASS (not plexiglas). And all at a fantastic price - a third of what I would pay at a frame shop. read more

I ordered three white wood frames for prints to use in my newly remodeled master bath. I was very hesitant but OMG, just beautiful! I bought two frames of different sizes. In my order, one frame was supposed to have the standard glass in the frame while the other frame was not supposed to have any glass. However, when I received the frames, I found that they mixed up my order - the other frame had the glass and the frame that was not supposed to have glass did have the glass cover. I emailed them but no response... read more

I have ordered twice from Art To Frames, both orders arrived quickly and were well packed / without damage. I was looking for a frame for an odd-sized picture and was able to easily enter the dimensions on their website and create a custom frame. I highly recommend this company for any framing needs you may have. I ordered a frame as a gift that was unique and perfectly fit the poster I was looking to frame. I received my package much sooner than expected, and a few days later I actually received a duplicate frame. I inquired with their customer service via email and got a response within 30 minutes in which they assured me that I was not being charged twice and I could keep the second frame. They are an absolute pleasure to purchase from and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future! read more

UPDATE: I ordered a 2nd time but one of the mats was missing from my order. I needed it within 5 days for a wedding gift. These guys answered me on a Sunday when they were closed, and they made it right, sending me the missing mat, plus another one just in case, & a new glass, and all before the week ended so I could give the frame to the couple at their wedding. I'M A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE ! Thank You read more

We ordered these frames for some family pictures. The frames are horrible. The cheap plastic was scratched and the edges uneven. The "wood" was so light weight that we decided not to have glass cut to fit. You get what you pay for. We are going to a different company and are willing to pay more for quality! read more

I've ordered two frames and 3 mats from Art to Frames. All arrived quickly, were exact size ordered, quality and price were a good value. I've just started an order for 3 more from this company. Glad I found them on Amazon read more

Just purchased a collage frame and the frame had no hanger on the back. I had to install one. Also, the mats were not cut properly, and did not line up with each other. I had to cut one to fit into the frame and the outline around the picture and is misaligned. Looks terrible. Would not purchase from this vendor again. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 3 frames from them. 1 frame came and was the wrong size, 2 frames never were shipped to me. When I was finally able to get in touch with their customer service they sent me the 2 missing frames. Again, one was the wrong size. Emailed customer service and received the same automated message apologizing that my order "didn't work out as I expected" and was informed I would need to pay to return the frames to them. $60 down the train. read more

I ordered a frame that came later than promised when I ordered. The frame was just "okay" and I could have gotten it cheaper at a local department or discount store. The deal-breaker for me was their customer service. I didn't get the correct hardware to hang the frame so I called to speak with them. They were closed (Friday afternoon) so, as prompted I left my name, phone number, and the reason I contacted them, for them to call me back (as promised on their voicemail. It's been 6 days and I haven't heard anything from them. They lost my future business and now you have been warned too. read more

I put in an order for five frames. After two months, I had received neither the frames nor even an update on the order. I had to contact customer service only to be told that two of the frames were out of stock. After choosing replacements, a shipment finally came, but it had only three frames when I had ordered five. One of those frames I had not even ordered (it was both the wrong frame and completely the wrong size). A second frame was damaged. I once again contacted customer service who told me that more of the frames I had ordered were out of stock. They promised to replace the damaged frame and ship the remaining frames. There should have been four frames in that shipment, but it arrived with only three. One of those was the right frame but far larger than I ordered. Another was an "8x10" frame that was cut too small for my 8x10 art, so it won't lie flat in the frame. This has been perhaps the worst retail experience I've ever had. read more

Fast delivery and awesome frames! Usually have to pay loads for a custom sized frame and it was amazing to be able to get not only custom sized frames but NICE ones for a completely affordable price. read more

Maybe this is a great place if you actually go into the store. I am not reviewing that experience. I am just reviewing the online part of the business. I paid $184 for two large custom frames. I guess I am naive, but I thought they would be decent quality. When they arrived, the "glass" was plastic and the backing was corrugated cardboard. When I complained, I was told that they never ship glass in large frames across the country (I am in California) and that I chose not to upgrade the backing. Unfortunately, I thought that I had chosen glass and a nicer backing, but the "order details" that they emailed me did not provide any details of my customization, so I must have made a mistake somehow. I wish they had sent me a more detailed post-order email so I could have caught these issues in time to cancel the order. I do have an issue with the fact that they ask you to "choose your glass" when it is actually all plastic. I admit that I did not read this closely enough, but the term "glass" was still misleading to me, a busy working mom trying to order frames for her kids' photos. Maybe "glass" is an art term meaning "the clear thing covering your picture," but to the rest of the world, "glass" just means "glass." In addition to their poor customer service and unclear website, what pushed me over the edge was that I just paid $111.28 to ship these piece-of-crap frames back to New York. I originally paid $10.95 in shipping. The UPS man looked at the original shipping label and told me that Art to Frames used UPS to ship this package to me. They may get a bulk discount, but I find it hard to believe that UPS would charge them just 10% of what they charge me. What I think is happening is that Art to Frames is selling a crappy product and is falsely passing off a huge shipping cost to the customer as the cost of a nice frame. So I just learned a $111 lesson: do not buy online from Art to Frames. I hope I can save someone else from having to pay for this lesson. read more

This was my second order for frames from Art to Frames and I couldn't be more pleased. They are made well, many choices available as to materials and sizes. I'm not one to spend an exorbitant amount on framing and this is the perfect solution. read more
